Success on UA-cam begins with a single video, a single subscriber, and an unyielding passion. Keep creating, keep learning, and remember, every great channel started as a small one.
Great comment and quite motivational! Thanks and good luck on your journey💯
Are you the official spokesperson for vidIQ?
Absolutely
Perfectly said. Thank you.
If you don’t think a video is good then you should probably delete it
But if you already know it’s bad then don’t post it or if u already did post it private it
To the person reading this, you’re gonna get a successful UA-cam Channel, I believe in you❤
Thank you for the inspiring words!
I can dream ))
Thanks, we are aiming for at least 1000 subscribers.
believe it or not, I spend 2-3 hours on each thumbnail. I'd love to hire someone to make them though!
You can hire me. Lol. Just saying!
You have great thumbnails but 2-3 hours? I can replicate that in 5 minutes on a phone. Love your style tho.
these thumbnaild are easy to make
I spend a long time studying and trying diff versions of thumbnails too. Good to know big channels do too! 😄
@@FamilyFirstFighter Its more about testing and feeling the thumbnail out. Obv anyone can go and replicate one easily. From brainstorming to finalizing a thumbnail - easily 3 hours.
It took me more than one hour to watch a 33 min video, kept pausing to write down ideas. Thanks a lot for such an incredible guide.
Same😁
Same here! Im in danger of overthinking!
Ditto 😅
As with everything: The best thing you could possibly do, is to keep going
Absolutely!
Thanks for always being there, without you, my UA-cam videos would still be the same as last year = not entertaining!
also great luck to the person reading this.
We got you 😊
had to go sleep nearly 1 in morning but saved and wacthing it as soon as i wake up
I thought I was doing too much by changing my thumbnail but this video tells me I'm on the right track
Our shorts, videos, and livestreams are all doing so much better thanks to these videos. I didn’t know if we’d hit 100 subscribers in our first year, but we just passed 250 in under half a year. Thanks for all the hard work and great advice!
Congratulations 🎊 I'm getting close to 100
@@jaxxonvideogameresale That's so exciting, good to hear!
@@TelestialGaming yeah lol been working hard
Congratulations! I did it too in less than 2 months and am growing daily
@@suriICT excellently done! Keep it up!
The bright colours trick on ur thumbnails really works!
This beginner's guide to UA-cam for small channels is exactly what I needed. Thanks for putting together such a comprehensive resource, it's super helpful!
🍿 at the ready
Thank you guys🎉
Thank you for watching!
Amazing stuff honestly! ❤
Those last 2 chapters are absolutely GOLD.
How you opened the video qualifies it for being for a lot of creators. Most of us are beginners, small or stuck. I fit 2 of the 3. Always here to learn.
Lets be honest. We all need advice and support to grow
Thanks for the tips ❤
This was really helpful. I'm not a beginner beginner but it's also nice to learn and grow
Thanks!
Definitely lol
I can't believe all this information is packed into one (amazing) video. Thank you so much for sharing it all in such a condensed manner!
Great that you mention bad audio is distracting and that you illustrate your point so clearly! We notice this a lot in our niche. Bad audio is more often a reason for us to click away than dull visuals. I subscribed and wondered if you have any video's on growing a channel that focuses on audio rather than visuals and if this is at all possible on an image-driven platform. And if not, how to create the right (amount of) supportive visuals without having to invest a ton in graphic designers.
Thanks for the effort you put to help other channels! I am about to hit 200 lovely subscribers, keeping the grind.
That's awesome! Keep growing!
@@vidIQ Thank you!
hopefully i transfer these to my channel! i’ll definitely be grinding
Keeping a Positive attitude and Supporting a community, No matter the circumstances. The more love you put into your content, The more genuine it will feel for the Audience.
I see this often and it's something I try to remember ❤
Fully agree
Good luck to us all…remember it will happen if you keep going…dont quit…youre building youre dream
Just started this year. You guys helped me a ton so far.
This was very informing. I’m starting my channel. Will try these tips out ! Wish me luck😊
You'll do great!
You guys are so informative and kind to share all this tips, it's soo helpful for small channels (like mine 😅), it's like learning the rules of a game! Cheers to you and thank you!
Probably one of THE MOST valuable videos I've watched on youtube. Started posting to my channel in the beginning of December 2023 with some scuba content, and have been thinking of the direction I want to go in, and this has been INCREDIBLY helpful in choosing my direction and approach.
Thank you x100
Here we go! Lets grow our channel 🎉
Best video i ve seen on this channel as of yet, good job guys!
33 min vidiq vid? Let’s go 🎉
I just keep learning. Thank you for sharing.👍☀️
I'm gonna save this one for sure. I just watched first half and every advice is pure gold. It's great to have this sort of all-in-one videos to share with other fellow creators who might need guidance when starting. Keep the good work!
Thank you! We try our best!
Love how you decided on more content useful to small channels!! Often forgotten, but that's how we all start.
(Unfortunately it seems it's also where it ends for us because youtube now flags all our videos for containing minors which means comments get turned off. That should happen just once, but happens up to 10 times per video. It should also not affect how the algorithm treats the video, but in reality it means the video gets (near) zero impressions, doesn't even show up on the feed of your subscribers!. Huge bug in youtube that's basically just completely killed my channel right now)
Thanks vid IQ for helping future channels❤
As the saying goes : always upload videos like this
Great advice as always 😊
🤩 Soooooo helpful! Saved to my private UA-cam How-to’s Playlist to refer back to. You covered so much ground! Thank you!
I’ve been studying this channel since the start of the year, literally applying all of the knowledge! Ty for providing so much value! 🙏🙏
Thanks so much for this!
This was a great tips, still trying to grow. Will definitely save this.
I'm so grateful for all the tips you're sharing! I've been using some of them and gained 1000 subscribers in less than 4 months!! I'm super happy!
Gone keep this one saved for my One Piece channel, Thank you for bringing more light to my path!!
Thank you for wrapping it all in one; Gonna apply all these
Thanks for the tips. We are a new channel trying to get to 1,000 subscribers like so many others. It seems like a daunting task to get the required subscribers and watch hours. But we will keep trying.
This dude is single handedly changing how I view UA-cam and content creation
just properly started my guitar channel, really useful info, thanks for the tips
I entirely grew my channel with shorts, and am suffering because of it….my long term content is so far behind my short form. So I definitely needed this!
Daaaaamn. Mate. By the end of this video I found myself clicking subscribe. I resisted the urge to subscribe which convinced me to actually subscribe. Talk about a rollercoaster of emotions in literally 1 second. Great work mate.
This is great advice on many levels Rob. For me, lately I've been using one of the thumbnails that UA-cam selects because I get about the same amount of views whether or not I create a custom thumbnail. Why should I spend 30 minutes or more making a custom thumbnail when it doesn't improve my view counts or help increase my subscriber count? It doesn't matter because I'm winding down my tenure as a content creator. I recently purchased a condo and look at this point in my life as like starting a new chapter. When a new chapter starts then the previous chapter must close and as such my time as a content creator is nearing its end. It's been fun, challenging, and somewhat rewarding but in the end I just don't have what it takes to do this anymore. It takes a tremendous amount of time, passion, energy, creativity, resources, and motivation to make content that is going to resonate with a particular audience and I've run out of them all. I wish you all the best of luck on you UA-cam journey.
Thanks a lot for this content guys! I have been struggling to reach 1 000 subs for over 2 years and thanks to you I still haven't given up. You gave me so much hope and I am sure I will make it. Never give up! 💪
I recently started my journey but I know that with enough practice we all can make it! Just keep pushing!🎉❤
I NEEDED THIS. not niching down sooner backfired on me.
Can you make one of these for big channels? There's just not a lot out there for us and I feel we could always use constructive criticism
Thanks for the tips, definitely guilty of putting titles in the thumbail & having more than 4 words in the thumbnails 😋
Started my channel 3 years ago. I was not consistent for 2 years. But now I went back have been trying to follow all this rules bu My channel is a struggling but no room to give up. I will keep going. 26 subscribers but no losing hope. One day I will get more. Am learning each day to improve the content. Onwards and upwards 💃💃
I just started youtubing today after much contemplation... Your videos have proven to be a big motivation source... Thank you...
Thank you so much for the tips, this video is absolute gold. I'm starting to get serious about trying to grow on UA-cam and I've got 50 subscribers at the moment, hopefully by the next time I check in that number will be higher!
To the incredible person reading this, know that your dreams are like stars in the night sky - they may seem distant, but they shine just for you. Embrace every challenge as a stepping stone toward your aspirations. When the path gets tough, remember why you started. Keep believing in yourself and taking one step at a time. Your journey is as unique as you are, and greatness awaits those who persist. Keep going, and your dreams will become your reality! 🌟💪🚀
I do appreciate what you have said, but, I have over 800 videos and 1300 subs. 6 years. Granted the last 3 were better content, everyday trying to learn more, but so so discouraged because I cannot work, and I love my channel and what I do but my heart is breaking. I guess I'm just not creative enough or just too dumb. I don't know. What I do know is that I love creating content and I just wish I could get even a little recognition for it. 😢
@Brigitte_Cantin I feel you 100%. I don't know anything about makeup, but I do know you make some good/helpful content from what I've seen. I just subscribed, and I wish you success, from one small channel to another.
@@mashquests you are so so kind, I will amp up the research as much as this brain can handle and keep on trudging 💖😘💖😘💖😘💖😘💖😘
Still I haven't found someone make a video step by step on how to script a video for example showing the gathering of the info knowledge or story etc. To make a video. Showing what info you chose out of that research to then add to the script then showing steps on how you chose to present each the points that you scripted. There might be someone who has done this but when I search I find maybe 1 or 2 vids and of which do not do step by step. Basically a video step by step on how you researched a topic by going to different sources youtube.websites.articles etc.
Micro channel, with organic build. Slow yet steady growth.
VidIQ has provided so many insights and nuggets of knowledge. Thank you.
🤘🏼💪🏼
honestly, this is the best and most helpful UA-cam guide video I came a cross..thank you for taking the time to make this.
