This is great. My most viewed video on my decluttering channel shows me having succeeded at decluttering my kitchen counters. I’m excited. The counters are clean. “I finally decluttered my counters!” It has 3.5k views and my other similar videos have 1.5k. My assumption is that my viewers want to see clean, tidy spaces. They want to see success. They don’t think they want to see the clutter or struggle, they want to be inspired. So moving forward I’m going to focus on the positive results of my efforts, not the struggle.

The thing I love about this channel is while most are just here and give you the exact thing you came for, vidIQ also shows how they made YOU click on the video, so that you can understand how to portray the same effect onto the viewers you want to get on your channel. It's kind of degrading at the same time though, that you 'fell' for it. although, it really shows that it works. But the best part is, this isn't just clickbait. Even if it does contain re-used topics, they are always different in some way, that have helped me continue growing my own channel. I keep coming back for more videos because even though 75% of it is just hooks and clips to keep you watching, it really does get to the point without being something we all know, like 'hey make better thumbnails.' :D
This video deserved more views. the effort and the advice were really great! 40 minutes of pure youtube knowledge ! now that's something nice to watch all the way from the start!

10:55 whenever I hear the term open a loop, I think of Open Ended questions being a lot better than Yes/No question, because that’s how people would continue a conversation rather than just end it too soon.
I have an action figure channel, but was given some building block sets by a company to create content and those build videos are over 50% by search 🤷🏽♂️

I started my channel 3 months ago and I was doing somewhat fine from the start getting around 300 to 400 views on average and got to 1000 subs in just 2 months but a month ago I couldn’t post videos for 25 days straight for some personal problems and now my channel seems completely dead I get around 20 views at most and that’s that I don’t know what to do
I always write out my title of the video before creating the content. Before I even create the content, I write down how I want my video to be done in an organized way before it starting to film.
I'm not sure that this would apply to ANY channel... Mine is about Travel, and I don't think that things like "regret" would work. On the other hand, I've just started, so definitely will give it a try :) Thank you for the valuable content!

Question: I’m a sketch comedy channel. They’re all narrative sketches. Many of these formats feels like they are aimed at video essay/doc/vlog style content. Would using these methods feel like click bait to my viewers
I've always been on UA-cam just to watch videos. But I'm on UA-cam today as a UA-camr in order to create a business from my UA-cam Channel and become an influencer for Nerd Culture.
i also see youtubers sometimes put the titles as, "this video will be removed/deleted soon", "they dont want u to know this", "Secrets revealed/exposed", not sure if these are good titles to make.
I highly doubt you will get back to this, but never hurts to try and ask. As for titles in gaming for example, where you are playing X amount of ranked games, how would you format titles ahead of time, when you don't know the outcome for those games... Or even further, it seems harder to really grab attention when it feels roughly like the same content over and over again... Great videos, love them yo. 🌲🌲

Tip: Forget subs, focus on doing the same thing you enjoy over and over until you perfect and build your community. I have 60k subs and not monetized.
This is also a great way to go , for some like me , youtube is a great place to express myself & it makes ne think furthermore
