Friend, I don't think you know how helpful this is. Truly THANK YOU. You are incredible for sharing all of this!! Moving to Sydney in September. Q- does Safety Wing provide rental car insurance? I'll likely be getting rental cars along the way and in different countries. It's card to find one that covers second party car rentals, like Turo.
I would check but I don’t think so. Personally I always pay extra for full insurance when renting cars as in australia you have to leave a deposit of $1000’s if you don’t pay for the extra insurance 😅 also THANK YOU 🙏 glad you found the video useful!!

Same problem here, however I got my visa and flight tickets. Now it's the waiting game until I leave. So if you really want to do this, just do it 😉

Hi there, if I have less than 5000 Aud In bank account but I have more than 10k in investment account can I apply?
OOO good question - not sure. It's vague but they say you should have at least 5k available to you. Maybe ask this question in the facebook groups?
Hi! I've heard from a different youtube video that employment might be difficult in Australia because employers may not want to employ people on a WHV as theyll just be temporary employees.
Also do you know any info on the demand for jobs in the biology/marine biology field? Any details would be rly helpful.

This can be true - however Australia has such a wide range of seasons and jobs and they also look for seasonal workers! I think it depends where you base yourself and where you look for work! I wish I knew jobs in that sector but I don't im afraid! good luck with your adventures!!

Hi Dain, question regarding 2nd year WHV application. Can you apply for this before your first year has run out?
Yes which is what you do - but you should note that if you apply whilst already on a 1st year visa this will start straight away from the date your first year visa expires!

No not unless a company sponsers you,witch is hard maybe not impossible.

Dain, thank you so much for continuing to put out this information! I am looking at either a WHV visa (just to get out to Aus easily) OR the longer 189 skilled visa route. I'm looking to apply & interview prior to coming out for a quick hols in JAN-25. Do you think if I get a WHV certain employers (e.g. Big 4, consulting companies) will be put off because I'll be limited to 3 years? Or if I come out to be able to work on a WHV then apply for 189 visa in the background this may assure them? Complicated one but thanks in advance! James
Hey James, Thanks for watching mate :) i think the only thing that may put them off is the 6 month work limit. However, if you are open and transparent about wanting to stay longer and explain you are pursuing a 189 you'll have more of a chance! Which country are you from?

Hi Dain I love your Ebook I wanted to ask when you get your visa approved how long do you have to enter Australia and does the visa start when you’re approved or when you land thanks a bunch
I believe once you get approved for your visa, you have 1 year to enter Australia and the visa only starts once you land!

I paid $500 and I found them on Instagram ! Mine was $500 because I have a small business so it requires more work. If you just work through a TFN you’ll be looking at paying $100/150 :)
