I agree that some of the conditions on some Australian farms are appalling and exploitative and often there is no reason for them to be so. However, many westerners have not worked on farms in their own country and therefore do not know what the conditions are like on them especially for people who come from poor countries and get taken advantage of. Not sure if there is already, but it'd be great if there was an app that was like Yelp fir farms so that it can warn people of any horror stories
Thank you for your videos I have been waiting for my WHV for a while and I am trying to figure out how it really could be in reality, there are so many videos on UA-cam that have given fantasy lives of people who are holding this type of visa and with your shares and thoughts, I have a better overview and a better preparation for moving to Aussie throughout your videos.
this is what I was looking for. thanks for your help! I'm also glad that you notice that cows have their own personality. hope you became vegetarian or so
Hey Marc, thanks for the vid it was really informative! You briefly mentioned the idea of staying at a farm hostel, potentially through delta backpackers. Do you have any experience with this, or maybe heard others experiences with this arrangement? Out of everything you mentioned, this seemed the best option to me as you'd most likely be surrounded by others in the same circumstances as yourself, and wouldn't be feeling as isolated as you might working the job you did on the cattle farm.
Great information to share here because so many people interested with this, and yeah finally Australia will be oven for Agriculture visa to Asian and I hope I can got that experience
My pleasure. Akh yeah maybe you can tell about specific the step for the application process as well as what important requirements must be prepared, and how much deposit we must be have in the bank account as a worker from aboard. Thank you🙏
Thank u so much for sharing , this really helpful for someone like me who wanna stay there .... support u . im waiting for your recommend again and again :)
Hi Marc. I badly want to go to Australia so I'm considering doing farm work on a working holiday visa. This is super helpful btw. My question is, can I apply for a full-time office job (and hopefully secure a work visa) while on a working holiday? Thanks
Hi Marc. I truly need to bring Australia. I'm currently based in Nigeria. I want to stay there permanently. I need a full time work. I need first hand information from you on how to make this work
But do you go to that kind of farm work just to extend your visa ? Or you can also get Australian PR after all that ? If not, its not a very wise trade.
hey That's wonderful video. I'm on working holiday. now that looking for job that could be get second visa. if you don't mind could you tell me recommend farm work place. thanks
Thanks so much for the very important information you have given me, Am a Ugandan wanting to migrate to Australia to do farm work how do I get their and fine a Job.
Australia has weather conditions very similar to the weather you can find in the sunny part of African countries. One of the major downside of Australia is the long distance from other parts of the world. Flight cost are often on the higher side given the long distance. As an African immigrants or students one is expected to pay so much for flight.
Please I don't have much education,I have high school certificate education.i once worked in kenya as general work in flowers production company in kenya for

Thank you mr.mark🙏i am charleston i am 60years old. Can i get a job chicken farm or Frute farm or any lower job.i can speak and read English. My education i have passed 8th standard .Kindly guide me .i have spent all my earnings to hospital bills for my wifes brain surgery. 🙏🙏
How much roughly can you expect to earn from farm work?? People often say it’s good for saving or it “pays well” but could you give ballpark figure for a daily amount?
Most of the time, the industry minimum wage is 25 AUD/ hour. It does pay well because it covers much more thzn your expenses but it is NOT well paid if you compare it to other categories of jobs, i.e office jobs
It depends on the farm. My farm was very professional and did everything legally. With a tourist visa I think you cannot have a tax file number, so for example the farm I worked for would not hire you. I’m sure there are farms that would but you will be more exposed to low pay and exploitation by them. Watch out.
Australia is not America.Australia is a safe country. If you are concerned, I suggest you do seasonal jobs like fruit or vegetable picking, where you will work with heaps of other backpackers

From what i see on the internet about 25 an hour
25.45 dollars I believe an hour if you are paid under this quit your job and report the employer it is strictly forbidden to pay under this.
