They don't work with VRchat without a mod which gets you yeeted faster than 2month old moldy cheese... BUT if you're using them just to use them, sure. But I like IR over inside out tracking.
As of now, they only work for Vive’s own standalone headset, and are incompatible with pcvr. There is an early beta software to make it work for pcvr but it doesn’t work too well yet from what I heard. Also they are more expensive than any other basestation tracker. I’d honestly recommend Vive 3.0s or tundra trackers.
I jus bought 3 of the 3.0 already have 3 basestations so its whatever dont play vr all the time anyway and wasnt worth it to drop double just to get 3 of these as i got 3 3.0 for $300 if i played vr chat or games that used full body alot woulve but jus got em for the hell of it

I got like 7 vibe tracker 3.0 I’m ready to sell em if I can get these to work with meta quest
same her. I wonder how they'll make these work with meta quest.
How much
They don’t work with standalone until you get a Vive Headset. They’re trying to get them to work with other headsets though.

All that's left is making the index controllers having inside out too.
I have the quest pro these will be perfect
Except they won't work together
@@deltaecho4673Source? Normal Vive trackers work with the Quest headsets from what I’ve read and seen, so why not these?
>need to have a light on to use it
nah
I wouldn't recommend these because I bought them and it says you need an insane amount of light for them to work and their buggy for the q3
@@Killer-hx8oe good to know, this video is ancient too lol

Lol, I thought these were a thing that clipped onto the headset to track the controllers

No these track your lower body but I see how you could be confused lol
@@justgabevrso will we be able to make the valve index inside out tracked by slapping one of these to the headset ?
