More people should avoid complaining. At the end of the day someone will always have it worse than you and even if not, if you’re literally living the worst life possible in the entire world, it’s still life and you still get to make choices for yourself.
Take your skid steer out to that field with the ground hog, run a metal flexible hose into the hole and then attach the other end to your skid steer exhaust. Let it run for awhile then fill the hole in with the skid steer when you’re done.
I just finished (almost) moving. I have exhausted myself moving my stuff around. It has created an existential crisis in my soul. Now I want to live in a cave with nothing.
I heard about someone carrying a bucket at a workplace, for four years, no one asked him to do anything else. I even think he earned a pretty good salary.
And in general, I am surprised to see such a young farmer who goes about his business with fire in his eyes and even tells others about it. Well done. I like you.
I have the utmost respect for farmers-their dedication and hard work is unsurpassed in our country, we need more Americans like our farmers. We watched an 8 part series on History on Demand "American Farmers" and it was eye opening. I would gladly pay more for something produced by American Farmers. There are not many young folks like him with the same work ethics! Love this channel.
Must be hard for your Eric...working on the farm day in and day out and uploading these great constant UA-cam videos. Take care of yourself man! Thanks for the great content!
I grew up on a farm (peaches). I'm retired and now very urban, but I do enjoy seeing a young person stepping up to do the work needed and without a word of complaint that I have heard Your family must be proud. They trust you to keep the operation moving even while they take a break on a beach 🏖️. Blessings from New Orleans.
Skid steer sure beats doing it with a fork and shovel. Hard dedicated young man I wish him and his family every amount of prosperity and success on the farm.
Once I worked for a lady that had like a 20x30 pony lot that needed manure removed from it.. there was no skid steer so we had to do it by hand. Mind you it was about as thick as those calf pens. This was about 8 years ago but I still envy you. Good video as always Eric.
Always interesting to see the different styles of machinery used in various countries. I notice lots of farms in the USA & Canada (mainly dairy farms) used skid steer loaders and they look to be useful bits of kit 👍
The quality of the scraping action of that shovel is on point. one pass and it is neat and tidy. sometimes its the little things like that that makes things so much easier haha
Your doing a great job making sure every video is unique. Even though i have seen you clean that area before you add in different angles and extra facts about the task
For the style of pens and space you have the SSL is perfect. For the ones my family has I use my Case cx36 mini excavator with a bucket and thumb.... straw/pen pack. Great video👍
Eric your always working working working. I hope you take some time to have non work type of fun. I know your a hard worker and proud of the family business. Sure wish you lived near me in MN . Your a good Christian man, maybe thats what draws me to watch you . Stay safe and warm. Tom in Minneapolis.
My guess Eric is that you decide to do a lot more work than you decide not to do. I'm always impressed with your dedication, work ethic, and ability to get things done, and done the right way! Great video.
Oh hey there Eric how are you on this wonderful Thursday. As always I am in the process of getting a education and using letters in math class which is just so fun. But I will always be back later to watch because I love your vids man keep up the good content❤
Hey man love the videos. I was wondering if you watch the NBA at all? If so, who are you favourite players and which team do you follow if you do. Keep up the great work!
Great video. Does your daughter have a junior size basketball hoop? Looking forward to seeing the digging and construction process. It is exciting to see your success.
Are your calf pens sloped to the middle? If so we have found using straw works better because it always the bedding to drain some not requiring as much bedding
People don’t realize how destructive ground hogs are. The holes can damage equipment and if a cow steps in one it can beak a leg. They can dig out under buildings. Great channel.
Not only will the groundhog hole rock your world, it can break a tractor axle. Ah the days of groundhog hunting with a water tank, two people and a .22 rifle. Locate both holes of the den. Fill one end with water to flush the groundhog(s) out and the other person at the opposite end with the rifle for when the groundhog is flushed out.
This man lives and works on a farm, films videos, then edits them and you don’t see him once complain about anything. dedication respect
Very true! Good job👏
Complaining is done when you sit down with your family
More people should avoid complaining. At the end of the day someone will always have it worse than you and even if not, if you’re literally living the worst life possible in the entire world, it’s still life and you still get to make choices for yourself.

Literally a 10 minute video of shoveling crap and he makes it so interesting. Thank you for such great content
Except the crap is actually gold, great fertilizer.
@@JoshDragRace0688 big facts
no kidding, he certainly is talented discussing it, keeps it interesting!
No matter how advanced the manure collection system is, a shovel will always be involved.
😂🤣 until elon musk invented tesla milk 🥛 🤣😂
Or in the case of this video a 2×4!

I will not be happy until we get a “what’s good in the hood” intro again 😤
@@jaconyoutube I couldn't agree more
What's good in the hood? New Amish rap song! 🤣🤣🤣 yes I know Eric isn't Amish!
Can't have it every video. Then it wouldn't be special!
Take your skid steer out to that field with the ground hog, run a metal flexible hose into the hole and then attach the other end to your skid steer exhaust. Let it run for awhile then fill the hole in with the skid steer when you’re done.
@@ajskab99 great idea
Maybe a gas engine though because it would be a bit faster
I have concluded that 99 % of human existence is simply moving stuff around.
😂
Why is this so accurate 😂
Simply moving or carrying stuff around makes you look busy 👍 just don't tell anyone what you're doing
I just finished (almost) moving. I have exhausted myself moving my stuff around. It has created an existential crisis in my soul. Now I want to live in a cave with nothing.

Must be hard for your Eric...working on the farm day in and day out and uploading these great constant UA-cam videos. Take care of yourself man! Thanks for the great content!

It'll be like a whole new farm come summer.

this is one of the best farming yt channels there is and i will stand by that.
What this young man does for work in one day is more work than some of these kids do in a yr and you don’t here him complain once about it

Good morning Eric. Another excellent video from the tenth gen den production facility
You and your Dad are skid loader magicians. I don’t know how we farmed and ranched without them!
You make it look easy but I know it’s HARD WORK!! Thanks for sharing 👍👍
Eric...man of many shovels! Nice work
Hope your parents have a great time in Florida. Dont work too hard Eric . thank you for the hard work on the farm and doing the video.

You're in charge... Don't let all that power to your head❗👍👍🙂🙂🙂
Your parents picked a nice week to come down here to the Sunshine State. I hope they have a wonderful week away, and always safe travels.

I think young man a lot of families would love to have a hard working son, God bless you 🙏
These videos are just awesome.
Eric, hope you are able to setup a camera to do a time lapse of the new barn excavation and build. That would be awesome to see

Great videos always amazing I love the baby cow’s
make sure to get a timelapse of the whole build of the new barn, like you vids, ceep it up, you are talantet
Another great video
I don’t know why it’s so satisfying scooping manure like that. But is is to me.
G'Morning Eric, hope all is well in your world.
Love you videos. I think there should be a dairy man insta for daily updates on the farm
When I was cleaning out cleaning out calf pens in the 50's, I don't remember it being that much fun :)
Hi Eric and dad I always looking forward for you’re video it’s always awesome and you and you’re dad and families be safe 🇺🇸🇺🇸

That ending lol great video
Parabéns pelo belo trabalho, Curitiba, Paraná, Brasil 👏🏼🐂🇧🇷🇧🇷
i like that calf barn might have to get one for myself
How do you keep track of what fields have gotten dry/liquid manure on them yet?
Great video. Does your daughter have a junior size basketball hoop? Looking forward to seeing the digging and construction process. It is exciting to see your success.
5:52 Love this shot, kind of feels like your driving it
When it comes time to get new tires for your kubota, look at BKT’s. They wear really well on our skid loader and it’s on concrete all the time.
G’Day
I was thinking a 4 in 1 bucket for the skid steer would be a good for the farm. Highly recommend you look into getting one.
I wish my Channel could be like yours you are so good at it
Quality manure hauling vid right here👌👌.......... sometime I wanna see some feed haulin videos though 😂😂
nicee jobb mannn .
good luck with
Great Video
You should get a new exhaust For the 7130 !
You sure can make a nice job of cleaning out that calf barn. Looks great! How often do you have do this big clean job???
Great video 📹

Was wondering how getting rid of them was done. Figured how it was done in Caddyshack was not the best way.
Are groundhogs good for anything?
Great awesome video Eric, clean clean , whats new in the hood as Eric would say lol
