    I have made this salmon jerky several times. I use Montreal steak seasoning cumin seasoning and ginger.Omit the lemon. Love this salmon jerky

      it's super delicious! it doesn't last as long as beef jerky unless you freeze it, but I never let it go bad cause I eat it so fast :P

    Any idea how can salmon will tern out ? The salmon I have does stay as a stake. But I cant cut it very thin without it falling apart.

      Use the dehydrating racks to be able to fit the most in at once and use the same times and temperatures as listed

    Umami means savory so idk why you called it that. Those are not savory flavors
