it's super delicious! it doesn't last as long as beef jerky unless you freeze it, but I never let it go bad cause I eat it so fast :P

Any idea how can salmon will tern out ? The salmon I have does stay as a stake. But I cant cut it very thin without it falling apart.
How do you "check" them? That is, how do you know they're done perfectly?

Ok, so how do you actually make this is the foodie? Degrees? Time? Which rack?
Use the dehydrating racks to be able to fit the most in at once and use the same times and temperatures as listed
How long does it keep and how best to store it?
