@@HighlyVolkish I think you may be missing the point friend, if you watch the rest of the show, Hunzi (and Vinnie) before them are almost co-stars and have been since the beginning of the show. Brad is, as Rafal Said, a comedic tornado and the editing ends up actually keeping it more on track that you might think. It's part of the comedic aspect of It's Alive, and it's not everyone's cup of tea. Have a great day :)

Some amount of salmon (looks like about a pound to me) sliced lengthwise in 1/4 to 1/8th inch thick slices
3 Tablespoons Gochujang
3 Tablespoons Tamari soy sauce
1 Tablespoon black soy sauce
1 Tablespoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 Tablespoon miso
1 Tablespoon? honey
Ginger (looks like about an inch)
Marinade ...overnight? Maybe 24 hours
Dehydrate at 135 for 8ish hours or until Kevin unplugs your dehydrator
