I can get behind redemption stories, but I kinda draw the line at banging a minor when you're 40. Comparing it to ReZero and MushoTen is just egregious. When Subaru treats them like NPCs the writer punishes him for it. Subaru acts like someone completely incompetent at social interaction and makes mistakes he has to fix because of it. When a 12 year old expresses romantic interest in him, he says "god you're so fucking cute," then goes back to the girl his age. Roxy is literally the only one I'd be fine with him getting with, and it's only if he were to actually open up about his reincarnation. With them both having young appearances with a 40 year old mind it is actually wild to me they went with a harem in the end. And frankly I think I'd prefer none of them getting with him in the end, he needs to learn how to live without romance first. Also all three romantic interests being into him after the bare minimum of effort on his part makes them feel extremely shallow as characters, compared to Emilia, who still isn't entirely sure how she feels about Subaru after 2 full seasons.

Just like Aqua cant stop her from bleedibg out in front of him, she can't open the locked door
I would say Aqua is no longer Gorou, or JUST Gorou. Ruby is reskinned Sarina. As a kid she barely got to live a life but now she got a second chance at that. Dancing in s1 was exactly that.
Aqua said in season 1 that he might be "Aqua, haunted by the ghost of Gorou". If Ruby is still Sarina it's more because Sarina had lived so little that she more seamlessly became the seed from which Ruby grew.

Aqua's negative self-talk about his acting is actually pretty ironic, since he's always comparing himself to Ai, saying that he doesn't really feel the things he's portraying in his acting, but rather just making the expressions and using the lighting etc. to create the response the audience should have. Meanwhile, he seems to think Ai was a natural who's sparkling personality just came across from the inside, not realizing that she actually did exactly the same thing he does, calculating every expression to be exactly what her fans wanted to see without any of it coming from a natural emotion. She openly said as much when they first talked on the hospital rooftop, but I guess he was too busy being enchanted by her act to pay attention.
When they showed Ai in the theater seat clapping, my first thought was, if whatever higher power was able to reincarnate the doctor and patient, who died tragically before their time, could that power have then reincarnated Ai, who would then only be a few years younger than the siblings, and Ai is following their careers likeca momma bird?

29:20 Healthy for who? If for Aqua, Kana, likely. How3ver, I see he4 suffering greatly and fervently, if A1ua is still on the war path. If we're talking about the average healthiness for both parties , I'd say Akane. She doesn't have the lifetime of abandonment issues and fear of obscurity, like Kana has. Akane could oeep ip with Aqua, match him, and support him to the end. I zee a relationship with Kana getting broken beyond repair, and then la5er, when what the issue was ge5s cleared up, and Kana tri3d to be with Aqua again, it ends up too painful or just too late. If a relationship with Akane were to peter out or implodez it would be after Aqua take his head, and the dynamic between them no longer fits what has been working until then.
32:29 Ed keeps asking about the crows while his chat is screaming at him "Spoilers!" Lolz 34:06 I can't tell this is irritating or hilarious. Ask questions, ya might get answers, and often, eith anime, that would be a bad thing

I think that's because both Ed and Akasaka are astute observers of human behavior, so they think about character development along the same lines.

22:00 food for though do you guys think that Sarina wold be in "Doctor Play"?
45:00 we need a crow emote to be OnK rat
I don't know if i should watch.. i mean i don't wanna get spoiled
