I'm Thai and I can say, You can trust this recipe 99.99% (But in Thailand we not use basil oil because smell and favor it gonna change, if you need to put yes you can)

@@Mark-im8hl Who said middle easter is not spicy? Thai and other South East Asians stole the Middle East and Indian also African food ideas. Well they inherited this culture becuase of migration and trades between Arab, Indians and far east Asians. They had nothing to eat other than white rice and fish.

Wow I really enjoyed hearing their recipe and I gained a much greater understanding of the effort that goes into making curry. For people like me that didn't grow up with this type of food, it's so exciting and amazing to see how other cultures appreciate cooking and see meal time as a family time.

Here in singapore, there's a food shop nearby Lavender MRT Station, the so called a hawker center. In one stall, they sell a very tasty thai green curry with pork. You must try. I love them since 1st eat.

Made mark weins paste from scratch recently. 3 batches for freezing. Made the curry then a week later for my parents and they loved it. Making the paste from scratch is good fun.
