Dad (Depak) is one of the few men I have seen who can really rock a fedora. He really looks good with it on his head. As a couple, you can tell that the two of them were meant for each other. Just the best! They both must be very proud of their daughter, and I doubt that they have any complaints about their son-in-law. What a great family! Food looks pretty good too. I love green curry, so I will have to try this one this coming week after I get the ingredients from the store.

the outer layers of lemongrass you can make tea from to do second brew of kombucha (to flavor it) and it comes out really tasty. use boiled water, throw in leftovers of lemongrass tough parts, then add one or two cups of sugar and cover with foil, let cool naturally, open, fish out all lemongrass and add to kombucha first brew and let this tea "feed it" to flavor it. cool in fridge and drink.

I made this on Sunday and it smells and tastes great - it’s good restaurant quality! I added snow peas and next time I have to remember to add more tofu than I actually did though 🤔 I made this with store bought green curry paste and in the UK I bought the brand of Thai green curry paste called Thai Dragon and it is a vegan curry paste
If I have something tough to chop, I use a cleaver/butcher's knife, and a sculptor's mallet (wooden mallet - strike the cleaver on top edge) to drive it through the tough stuff.

I live in a small town in Germany and we have a little Asian market that has pretty much everything. Even Coriander with the roots. I always thought that was normal and just how thai Coriander is sold in authentic markets. Now I am even more impressed with our little store 😃😃 Btw, my mom regularly calls me by my aunts name. And my aunt often calls me Rocky, which is her dog. She claims it's because both names start with R 🤦🏼♀️🙈
