- Thunder Force Review - The new Netflix film starring Melissa McCarthy and Octavia Spencer is terrible. Netflix comedies all fall into the terrible Adam Sandler camp and this unfortunately continues the trend. Thunder Force has bad action, effects, humor and dialogue. I break it all down in this Thunder Force rant.

How does she go from being on G2 to playing the same character type in every movie?
Cause Gilmore girls was a fluke in her live action movie career cause most of her work from bridesmaids till now have been unwatchable cause her shtick is badly mixing chris farley’s physical comedy with Adam Sandler’s toilet humor and it never works and I my opinion she makes me question how the groundlings teach acting cause she was supposed to be a graduate from them but only made one movie that is actually watchable st Vincent cause she isn’t the lead bull Murray,Jaeden Martell and Naomi Watts are the actual leads

I wanna label Melissa McCarthy as the female Adam Sandler but Adam Sandler at least made quite capable movies once in a while.
This isn’t even the best superhero movie to feature Kiss From A Rose.

Right. Melissa McCarthy, what could go wrong? I had this highly recommended by someone I know. Now I am questioning his judgement in all things.
My brother recommended Wild Hogs years ago. I still bring it up whenever I can. I can't have that time back so he should be reminded constantly!

I've noticed 5 movies with her husband has this level of quality. Sigh I understand that's her partner and all, but dang, try to take on other projects with other people.
I think her husband brings out her most annoying qualities as an actress.
@@Missjunebugfreak maybe , maybe not, but it comes to a point where you have put down biases, and acknowledge that it's not working with him as director/writer/producer. I don't think she's bad at, and honestly I don't think we've seen her at her best yet.

McCarthy is the new Sandler. She knows what she can sell, and she gives it to them over and over again.

Jason bateman was actually pretty good in this. In fact all the villains were good.
It should have picked a lane. Had they gone for an Austin Powers feel, I think it could have been much better.
