I cannot logically find Karen Read guilty with any degree of moral certainty. The reasonable doubt is too significant to overcome, so there can be no other conclusion except Not Guilty.

Lally wasn’t handed anything. Lally chose to prosecute and he chose his witnesses. There’s so much reasonable doubt, I think it’s corrupt to prosecute her. I live here and it’s scary to think what I could be charged with if I get on the wrong side of someone friends with one of them.

Lally changed the time of the incident in his closing statement to 12.20am! His opening statement and all 8 weeks of trial where it was 12.45am per him! And then saying Proctor's texts are a 'safe space' to be a biased, abelist, misogynist p!g was not cool. Proctor didn't just call her names, he lied about knowing any of the Alberts under oath, twice, he asked for a gift for his wife, he was out drink driving in his cruiser, he blatantly said he wouldn't even consider investigating the 'boston cop home owner' and he genuinely wished for a suicide, he made a 'typo' about when he seized evidence, he changed reports, he used conflicted out cops, passed on info about the case, etc etc etc . If he was just name calling because he was upset, it would be different. Name calling would still be bad, but not necessarily show that he'd frame her. It's what Proctor said and did besides the name calling that's concerning.

On another podcast today they got call from the tow truck driver who says it was not him who drove that into the Sally port it was the cops that drove it in on that tape and it was them taking photos not him......

@@Curtis-1231 just to play devils advocate here, there are several different styles of closings. The one I least care for is the repeating of proposed evidence. Ya, we just sat through weeks of testimony most of which could have been summed up with two or three foundational questions and a few more evidentiary questions and answers…. We know what the evidence put up is/was. The one I most enjoy is the “themed” closing. Especially when there is an obvious pattern throughout the trial and testimony. AJ was masterful, despite using a lot of prosecution techniques in his themed closing, it was nonetheless….masterful.

Inappropriate texting was SO normalized in their daily activities, there was no concern for them coming to light. Conspiracy was less normalized and they knew to be more careful. I found this post and it looks very credible!💯👍 Jen McCabe's 2:27 a.m. search is accurate. The truth is that Brian and Colin attacked John O’keefe in the basement punching him so hard that he fell back hit his head, causing the blunt force trauma to the back of the head & John losing three pints of blood, having a seizure and vomiting. They realized it went too far and they threw him on the lawn to die instead of calling 911 and they were going to pretend that a snow plow driver hit him. Unfortunately Karen found him first so they had to frame Karen instead of the snow plow driver. The man that came forward with the story telling John's injuries exactly before it came out in the media told the defense this but he's too fearful to testify because of retribution from the Alberts. Fortunately the defense does not even need him because John's body will tell the story from the grave of what those assholes did to him. And yes, while they were attacking him in the basement where Chloe was she attacked his arm causing the lacerations from regripping over and over. It was a horrible assault on John O’Keefe.

I heard that someone went and interviewed the tow truck driver recently and he said that he never drove Karen’s car into the Sallyport. 🤯 Makes sense to me as Bukhenic said that it was him and Proctor who were in the Sallyport and used a laser to to point that out. But when questioned by Jackson in cross he backtracked and said it was the tow truck driver because he realized they didn’t have a warrant yet. But Bukhenic just brushed it off and wanted us to just “Look the other way!”

I feel like the jury will go with "Guilty Of Vehicular Homicide With Malice" ! She admitted to hitting John more than once. More than 1 person on that 1st scene heard her saying that she hit him! She knew where his body was & ran straight for him! Her 1st enraged call to John's cellphone will seal that "With Malice" for them! Her inching, inching, & inching until she lightly contacted John's Traverse, then shoved it, shows to me that she knew she hit him & needed to try to account for that damaged taillight that she did when she intentionally John! The lacks of certain injuries🤔 My thinking is that John was bent over & starting to puke, (some puke on his shirt) she saw him in her rear view mirror, then in the vehicles rear camera when she put her vehicle in reverse & hit the gas pedal & reversed her vehicle up to 24mph & hit John's upper body & head causing him to fly & land where he landed! I don't think she impacted him at 24 mph. I think she went backward far enough & fast enough to see where he had landed! A hair & His dna were on the back of Karen's vehicle! Now had she'd stayed put & called the police, more evidence would've stayed right there on the scene, but Karen still being enraged at John, she chose to drive away & tried to cover up what she had done! That 1st voice-mail said it all ! I Fucking Hate You ! Yikes! No dog/animal dna present, so maybe he had his arm fully tensed up & the impact against his fully tense arm had split his arm open! Imo, Karen became fully enraged by completely fabricating in her own mind that John was cheating because he was tired of her & was pulling away from her mouthy accusations & her malicious attitudes toward him! The picture of the taillight in the driveway is not clear. If you see pics of John's car the drift from the snow is covering his entire right taillight, as it is on Karen's car in the driveway. I do, absolutely think it's broken at that point. But I recall seeing it next to John's and his light was whited out. Additionally, when she was driveing out of the driveway, after she hit John's car there ia a lot of red, not all white (which it would be like a white bean of light). In fact, the difference on the light is where the piece they didnt find was at. Also, the one officer said it was broken or cracked, with a piece missing, but not completely damaged.

Defense experts: ER DR read a news article. ME wasn't given all of the information ARRCA was not given all information, did not use vehicle data. Data *helps find patterns that back up evidence, crucial for mathematical and computational research. We need high-quality data to help us make informed decisions. When we've good data, we can analyze it and find meaningful patterns. This, in turn, helps us to draw evidence-supported conclusions* Sidenote: ARRCA said that JO could not have broken the taillight being struck at 15mph or 24mph, so if going off of their theory, KR could not have broken her taillight on JO car at 5mph. A little food for thought about these experts and their theory. The defense was a good story teller, but for me, imo, looking beyond the distractions, KR is responsible for the demise of JO.
IMO I think the attempted argument regarding the CRACKED taillight in JO driveway, is that the expert was stating that a collision at very low speed as that would not have shattered light as it pertains to what is submitted as evidence.

My friend was hit by a car at the beginning of the year. She flew over the roof and landed on her back, 15 metres away. She doesn't remember a thing but those who witnessed it were traumatized. She had no visible injuries to her body. 2 days later her leg showed some swelling and she had a concussion, but still there were no visible bruises. I think it's possible she hit him regardless of whether his body showed any injuries.
I believe that can happen sometimes, not having a lot of visible injuries, but John’s arm is not consistent with a vehicle hit. Also the way Trooper Paul🥴 explained everything, it just could not have happened that way. They’re saying she backed into him 24 mph. The FBI experts said no way.

Lally changed the time of the incident in his closing statement to 12.20am! His opening statement and all 8 weeks of trial where it was 12.45am per him! And then saying Proctor's texts are a 'safe space' to be a biased, abelist, misogynist p!g was not cool. Proctor didn't just call her names, he lied about knowing any of the Alberts under oath, twice, he asked for a gift for his wife, he was out drink driving in his cruiser, he blatantly said he wouldn't even consider investigating the 'boston cop home owner' and he genuinely wished for a suicide, he made a 'typo' about when he seized evidence, he changed reports, he used conflicted out cops, passed on info about the case, etc etc etc . If he was just name calling because he was upset, it would be different. Name calling would still be bad, but not necessarily show that he'd frame her. It's what Proctor said and did besides the name calling that's concerning.

Ya, we just sat through weeks of testimony most of which could have been summed up with two or three foundational questions and a few more evidentiary questions and answers…. We know what the evidence put up is/was.
The one I most enjoy is the “themed” closing. Especially when there is an obvious pattern throughout the trial and testimony. AJ was masterful, despite using a lot of prosecution techniques in his themed closing, it was nonetheless….masterful.

Jen McCabe's 2:27 a.m. search is accurate. The truth is that Brian and Colin attacked John O’keefe in the basement punching him so hard that he fell back hit his head, causing the blunt force trauma to the back of the head & John losing three pints of blood, having a seizure and vomiting. They realized it went too far and they threw him on the lawn to die instead of calling 911 and they were going to pretend that a snow plow driver hit him.
Unfortunately Karen found him first so they had to frame Karen instead of the snow plow driver.
The man that came forward with the story telling John's injuries exactly before it came out in the media told the defense this but he's too fearful to testify because of retribution from the Alberts.
Fortunately the defense does not even need him because John's body will tell the story from the grave of what those assholes did to him. And yes, while they were attacking him in the basement where Chloe was she attacked his arm causing the lacerations from regripping over and over. It was a horrible assault on John O’Keefe.

I heard that someone went and interviewed the tow truck driver recently and he said that he never drove Karen’s car into the Sallyport. 🤯 Makes sense to me as Bukhenic said that it was him and Proctor who were in the Sallyport and used a laser to to point that out. But when questioned by Jackson in cross he backtracked and said it was the tow truck driver because he realized they didn’t have a warrant yet. But Bukhenic just brushed it off and wanted us to just “Look the other way!”

Proctor knew his inappropriate comments would only get him a slap on the wrist if found. But he would be put away for a very long time if he admitted in writing to framing an innocent for murder
The picture of the taillight in the driveway is not clear. If you see pics of John's car the drift from the snow is covering his entire right taillight, as it is on Karen's car in the driveway. I do, absolutely think it's broken at that point. But I recall seeing it next to John's and his light was whited out. Additionally, when she was driveing out of the driveway, after she hit John's car there ia a lot of red, not all white (which it would be like a white bean of light). In fact, the difference on the light is where the piece they didnt find was at. Also, the one officer said it was broken or cracked, with a piece missing, but not completely damaged.
The photo in exhibit 102 was on 2/1 after Proctor had towed the car. Vinnie is wrong in interpreting when that was taken

When was this photo taken? When was it presented? Why didnt either side get the one cop verify the condition of the taillight against that photo or either photo. Vinnie why arent you scrutinizing that photo? We have never seen it before. Not good enough to just to accept it.

IMO I think the attempted argument regarding the CRACKED taillight in JO driveway, is that the expert was stating that a collision at very low speed as that would not have shattered light as it pertains to what is submitted as evidence.

Always wonder about group of 12, and then majority chosing 1 side, a few people left, and then the most loud/strong/secure/etc jurors, changing the opinion, of the jurors who doubt things/cannot choose....Will they stand their ground or be persuaded?

I believe she is guilty of DUI causing death. I cannot say without reasonable doubt that she hit him intentionally to kill him.
Please explain how you were able to defy actual physics? Go slap your arm against a taillight as hard as you can. You can't even deliver 1000 lbs of force no matter how hard you try. The states physics are cartoon physics and no reality will change that. You can't alter that math, the physical testing done by the FBI, and the laws of physics themselves which are an unalterable universal constant. You cannot defy physics. We don't live in the matrix
My friend was hit by a car at the beginning of the year. She flew over the roof and landed on her back, 15 metres away. She doesn't remember a thing but those who witnessed it were traumatized. She had no visible injuries to her body. 2 days later her leg showed some swelling and she had a concussion, but still there were no visible bruises. I think it's possible she hit him regardless of whether his body showed any injuries.
I believe that can happen sometimes, not having a lot of visible injuries, but John’s arm is not consistent with a vehicle hit. Also the way Trooper Paul🥴 explained everything, it just could not have happened that way. They’re saying she backed into him 24 mph. The FBI experts said no way.
