@@mysocialstreams It's not the officer's job to chauffeur drunks home, however, I could possibly see it being done in some cases. Definitely not in cases like this though. The officer gave her plenty of opportunity to call someone. It was clear they did not want to arrest her. Perhaps if she would have stayed calm, semi-reasonable (some drunks do), didn't make threats, etc. they would have offered a ride. I do not think they were "un-honorable" in the least. In fact, I think they were more than patient with this obnoxious drunk.
Additionally, we need to consider each situation .The condition of the person, are they co-operative & respectful? Are they in danger, possibly stranded on a highway or out in the boonies or stranded without any money, phone or family/friend to pick them up, etc. The locale can also be a factor in any stop. How far from her location was her residence? It could have been out of their jurisdiction. There could also be official policies in place for these situations that vary in counties & states considering that a courtesy ride can take a much needed officer out of the field for an extended period of time which could easily happen in a small or big city. So many factors could play into this scenario. In this case, Mom, needed a wake up call per the daughter. Hopefully she was open to getting the help she needs.

Because all she's doing is sitting there. Waiting for the Uber that the owners said they called for her. It's not doing anything wrong. She's not driving. She's not bothering anybody. They're, nice enough to call an Uber tell her to wait outside then cancel it and not tell her. They just called the cops instead.
@@sandylee6025I have a feeling that she made up that story. If the place has been closed for 3 hours I think the Uber would have been there 3 hours ago. That is probably why the owners called the law on her, because she's not helping herself and they are not going to pay for her ride to Timbuktu
@sandylee6025 she may not be bothering anyone but the owners want her removed from the property. That is why the police are there, and I bet they have had problems with her before.
Plus, it looks like it's pretty cold there they probably don't want to find a Frozen dead body in the morning.
Yet again there is no real point in attempting to negotiate with a drunk, once the police have tried 2-3 times to get some kind of reason out of these unreasonable idiots and it has been recorded for the official record, they should then take decisive action and take control of the situation, because endless, pointless 'discussions' with them ends up simply perpetuating the whole thing and wasting police time.
she said she would leave, why arrest? stupid cops escalated the situation to get her in bigger trouble.
Kim's daughter doesn't even want anything to do with her drunken alcoholic mother. 🙄
Kim is the owner.. The drunk has the daughter that won't talk to her.
Smart girl
Crazy that 90 ppl thought this was like worthy and, it’s misinformation 😂👀
Her name is MARCELLA.
It's NOT ma'am!
😂😂😂
I am 54 years old and I want to be called Ma'am. I have earned that title 😊
Move to Alabama! I did in my 20’s and was surprised to be called ma’am every day by everyone! Even elderly people called me ma’am. I never picked up many southern sayings but I did pick up the ma’am/sir. 😊
and this lady obviously wasn’t
Come on down here to Alabama...I'll get my wife to fix us some sweet tea- you want lemon or no?...little later I need to drop by Bills' house- he left me my wallet on top of his mail box for me to pick up.....@@chiberjuberdourado2487
@@chiberjuberdourado2487
Ugh; why would any decent person live in Alabama?
Or any other RED welfare queen deadbeat state?!
Same thing here in Louisiana and I suppose many places in the south. We were taught that this was a sign of respect. @@chiberjuberdourado2487
This is mass up. They cancelled her Uber and called the cops!!!???
They called an Uber then called the police? Why would they cancel the Uber just to deal with all of this crap?? Clearly the drunk isn’t the only one with a lack of brain cells. Should have kept the Uber and on she’d be on the way home!
Yeah what the heck that kinda pisses me off
They set her up lol
“Umm, yeah. This is drinking property”. I laughed out loud 😂
I might start referring to my house that way now. 😂
It was a winery
Wow. Her daughter and I have something in common -- we don't stay in contact with our drunk mothers.
💕💕so sorry and well done 🙏
Going no contact is difficult to do, but sometimes it is the healthy decision.
Same here
@@julesthecat. 💕💕
Same! The feeling of freedom is better than any drink could ever provide
I mean legally speaking it seems the bar owner was ok with her intentions. And by law she wasnt in operation of a vehicle. No one witnessed her in the driver seat. The police cant prove operation of the vehicle. So if she had just remained quiet she wouldve been fine.
I’m just baffled by how many grown ass adults that act like children.
No wonder her daughter doesn’t have contact
This woman's attitude, drunk or not, is reprehensible. Goodness gracious, these cops were SO polite and patient.
Because they are rich
They're always polite. Unless you're black or Mexican.
That officer chewing the gum can arrest me anytime of the day gahdamn
Us poor people handle our liquor better than the rich uptown cats.
With that ma'am phobia,😂 she would really go mental in the south.😂😂
I agree! 😂
Also, I think it's a good thing that people say "ma'am" or "sir" when they don't know a person's name. Better than a lot of other things that could be said.
And it's used as a show of respect......but it's obvious that she knows she's not the respectable kind!
I love it when they say “EXCUSE ME??” 😂😂😂
“WHAT ARE YOU DOING?” 😅😅😅 Classics!
I love when they say "Don't touch me!" like the cops are going to just let her go because she said that.
I never ceases to amaze me how many people tell the police when they are being arrested, no I'm not under arrest or no you're not going to arrest me. So self righteous and entitled
I guess I’m the minority, but she drunk and I would have just let her talk. She didn’t assault anyone and I felt like they wanted to arrest her. Her taxi was coming, and she was in the passenger side so she wasn’t planning on driving. Idk, that’s just what I thought.
