- Hi everyone and thank you for coming back for another house project update here at our Dream Home !! The pool is looking better each day and Har is still adding beautiful plants to the yard !! Our Solar is now officially started with the delivery and installation of the solar panels on the roof !! It will be a 12.5kw inverter, 18 solar panels and a 10kw battery with the ability to expand so it's going to be exciting to have this system online very soon !! Let's of see the changes...
Another fine video Tom and Har. Looking forward to the 'solar' switch on. A big milestone for you in your lovely home. We had a thought the other day when Har was sweeping outside, how about an electric leaf blower instead of the broom ? So much quicker - giving you more time enjoying the garden.😀😀😀
@@KB-dm7nt Hi Kevin! Yes a leaf blower might be in our future! Probably not an acceptable Christmas gift 🤣🤣🤣. Solar soon!!!

Hello Tom and Har. The place is looking so good. The pool looks like the place to relax and rest. We need some big comfort pool chairs to sit and drink our coffee in the morning.😂

Hi Tom and Har. Pool looking great. Your pool light, does it step down to a 12V or is it 220V going straight to it, and if it is 220V going to the pool, do you have the option to put a step down transformer to get 12V? I live here in Florida with a in ground pool and the pool light is a 12V and it’s a piece of mind it’s only 12V going to the pool. Thank you for answering my previous question and you and Har continue to enjoy your beautiful home.
@@CBSR80 Thanks for watching and commenting!! Yes our pool lights are on a step down transformer so only 12v to the pool. The pool also has a magnetic switch that functions similar to a gfci so if a problem occurs all shuts down as added protection.
Hello, my mother-in-law once said that sour fruit trees should be planted at the back of the house. Only sweet fruit trees in the front for good luck.

The place is looking amazing. This may be a Canadian issue. It is highly recommended that you net between the solar panel and the roof. My neighbour did not and as a result the pigeons made nests under the panels. Pigeons are extremely dirty, there was s….everywhere. He eventually netted around the panels, end of issue. The pest control people told him his shingles would last less than five years. I know you have a metal roof so that would be different. And since The Philippines is so hot maybe birds there would not nest under the panels! They do here for warmth.

Hello Tom, enjoying your housebuilding vlogs, I really like the idea that you have SOLAR are you able to talk about your budget on the solar project and also for the pool? Does the Philippines allow permitting a SALT POOL? Really interested in, knowing if the Philippines will allow a salt generation pool. Keep up the good work look forward to your answers. Also Tom in the Philippines, do they have homeowners insurance for damage water damage storm damage regular issues, flood, etc.
