Watching this video is weirdly emotional, from watching this channel for the last couple of years and not missing an episode it feels amazing to see this finally happen. You deserve everything that comes your way Ryan, the hard work has paid off.
Fuscardo concrete knocked it out of the park. What a great group of guys and gal. It was exciting to watch them pour and finish that big slab like it was nothing. Could tell that they take great pride in their work. Good job to everyone involved.
Now that’s what you call a crew, they don’t need micro managed. When one guy tells you he enjoys his job you know the whole crew enjoy what they’re doing.
@@xamitz58 One thing I noticed about this team was they all knew what was their next move , Rebecca had her nose to the grind stone, she didn’t once have to orchestrate her team. This team knew what to do when to do it. How many times did Ryan say he had nothing to do. Wasn’t it ironic that when Young Ryan brought over the skid steer to lift the machine onto the pad Ryan had to ridicule him, he wanted to be important. Any other Boss/Father would use this as a proving ground for his son’s ability. This tells me all I need to know about micro management.
