You can add sake instead of the water to help avoid undercooking :) Actually, using the sake makes the hamburg more delicious!

The cooking time and temperature depend on the type of oven you use so please check the manual or recipe book that comes with the product :)

Using a sharp knife, chop the onion quickly! This will help you not to cry :)
