I have a baby fox that comes to my house everyday and he is so gentle! He is very patient and while I'm in the kitchen prepping his food he just sits outside in my back yard. I called him Todd from Fox and the Hound. I really don't understand why people are scared of such beautiful, gentle animals.
She is edgy and cautìous but even so she combines that with gentleness and respect. She knows not to bite the hand that feeds her. I know some humans who are less civilised

Tara,You can use the video, thanks for asking! To address other comments: I don't feed the foxes or raccoons more often than twice a week so they don't forget how to fend for themselves. Pizza because... I was eating a pizza when she came!
We have foxes and I throw out the slop in the yard and if he beats the cats and the birds he can have it. I hate throwing food in the trash when so many people are hungry so I give it to nature.
Seems like youtube is the only place I can go to find likeminded people. I feed my local foxes and love seeing them every evening. My neighbours are not very pleasant and one lady was seen chasing after one of them with her dogs. They're such amazing and gentle, sometimes cheeky, animals when you get to know them.
I know some people don't like it when humans feed wild animals but I would do it. Wild animals do need help sometimes. But some cold people hate to admit that. Then they wonder why they need to feed on domestic animals like cats and dogs. I would feed away from human neighborhoods. But to each his own. Glad you fed this beautiful fox!
I give Foxes a wide berth as no matter how cute & sweet they appear, I respect that they are wild. An accidental bite or even scratch could wind up having serious consequences - many carry Rabies (even if they do not appear sick).
So cute. I have two fox's that come to my garden at night. One of them didn't mind when I was a the door it stay eat the food I put out for them. The small fox's is very nervous
Always makes me angry when people say wild creatures are vicious and untamed, if thats the case who taught them to be this poilte and gentle, ALL animals are gentle if treated with kindness.
rockgollem Thing is though tigers can easily over power a human and when people hunt foxes for sport they obviously are warey of people and explains their timid behaviour as we are much larger and seen as a threat. Don't forget who's number 1 on the evolutionary food chain (Humans)
+yankeeville all wild creature are vicious and untamed, stray cat/fox aren't wild, they have less anxiety problem, because they are used to meet a lot of human in daily basis, have a walk,in wild africa,or deep in southeast asian rain forest, and tell me about how not vicious tiger and lion are, goodluck.
when i lived in my last place, we got moose & deer , bear & fox as well as all the little animals. I used to throw all kinds of food out in the woods & the fox loved it. they would bring their babies , the racoons did too.
loved the way u caller her - hey girl and she came to u she was kinda scared and suspicious but she did come to grab the food. and thank you for ur kindness. cheers
Wiki says the earliest known fossils of V. vulpes date from 1.8 - 3.4 million years ago. (Home sapiens? A mere 200,000 years.) The intelligent caution in those deep, beautiful eyes has developed over a very long time indeed.
This is cute no doubt and i have given it a like. BUT this behaviour should never happen with a wild animal. It could approach the wrong person one day.
Totally agree. As a farmer I know foxes raccoons skunks coyotes and more are seen as pests and sadly disposed of. I dont agree with it , but its reality. One that is feral and approaches humans might be mistaken as having rabies. I love this video and liked it but I also know the cruelty of the human race. It's a sad world.
@@gw4451 yes will be better just the people to leave the food apart in their yards so the wild animals to eat it alone . Here also racoons ,foxes and other small animals ,maybe even coyotes are allowed to kill any time of the year
I have a family of foxes that I feed every time I come through to a business that I deliver to. I am a truck driver and I named one of them foxtrot. He comes really close to me but try not to let him get right up next to me because I'm not sure if I could trust him or not. He seems like he would not attack me but you never know.

Heh gentle
You cook a food for him? I thought 90% of fox food supposed to be raw. You don’t them to get sick eating cook food everyday

Lol!!! One of the funniest comments I 've ever read. BRILLIANT! If you're not writing comedy, you should be.

Great video! Can I ask what county or town in NJ this was? I'm from Jersey but have only seen one fox in Hacketts town at a distance.
Nice back garden you got there.

brandon g lol, hates throwing out food because people are hungry... then gives food to animals instead. Brilliant.
She tried to eat around the crust... even the damn wildlife are jumping on the gluten-free bandwagon.
Hilarious

I'm sure it was very thirsty after all that salt! One of my kitties got into a bag of jerky & I watched him drinking water non-stop afterward
there is drinkable water everywhere for him to drink, dont worry about that, food is more scarce
Love that she dropped the animal cracker immediately like "yuck nope. Any more of the yum stuff from before?" 😂

"Hey Girl", attempting to cat-call a fox 101. Just kidding but that fox is absolutely beautiful
Hey foxy!
Ive been feeding urban foxes a few years now, i Absolutely love it. Very rewarding wen they turn up wiv cubs too x
The fox bit was good, but I think your yard that merges into the woods is magnificent. Does it snow there? If so, it must look awesome.
Just came across. This video. Cute fox kind man feeding him
I was going to say the same. Can imagine the wildlife coming through his/her yard is awesome.
I've fed a wild fox similarly and was amazed at the time. I also know of people taking in injured ones and keeping them as pets.
I love you for helping that fox
It's cute lol haha.It take that food and ran away then take it again haha.Lv it!
Foxes have such smart and intellegant eyes, personality too.
It’s so fluffy and cute
U have a kind heart, sir. Foxes need people like u to survive.. God bless u..

Cute black-white paws
Обожаю лис! Они одни из самых красивых творений Божьих!
I feed the foxes chicken drumsticks, dog food, cat food and scraps. Dont know if im doing something wrong.
dont feed them cooked chicken bones
CR OZE6IX why?
It could splinter and choke them to death
CR OZE6IX it's OK to feed uncooked bones?
Yes.
The Fox is gorgeous
That was so awesome you got to feed him by hand. He was so comfortable that he went on the hill and rested for awhile.
Wow, great photography on your camera.
Beautiful Animal.
This was worth watching.

I love foxes...obviously. They have the qualities and features of both a dog and of a cat...a winning combination.
That is a beautiful animal. You are kind as well.

The fox now wants to know if you have any beer to wash down the pizza.
gosh... he is so beautiful...
Notice when he takes the food, his eyes isnt on the pizza, his eyes are on the guy giving it him.
Always wary and alert
I loved the last part after feeding, the fox went up the hill and relaxed there.
That backyard view is nice
Wonderful meeting!
an awesome visit from one of natures most beautiful .
Yes! Cold pizza is Grrrreat!
Was that Domino's? I only ask because he prefers Papa John's. They have that garlic butter ya know!!! Cool video.
So envy you what a beautiful garden merging on to the trees and able to enjoy the fox visiting you hat would be my ideal garden with the foxes,
