@@jucjuc314 its close to netherlands , next big city arround is Oberhausen but my restaurant is in a little village. I just did today the ua-cam.com/video/CRGqbY0o1kU/v-deo.html the Crispy Almond cookie they are perfect for a Mille feuille with Cappuchino-white choclate mousse . The cookies are the most easy dough i ever did and they taste so good. Btw Frankfurt is almost 2-3 hours away from me depends on traffic

I made this today using the Odense almond paste since that is what I could find and used strawberries instead of raspberries and it was delicious! I will note that the instructions for the pistachio paste is different here than on another of his recipes so I followed the other one. The pistachio diplomat is absolutely delicious! Everyone loved this and it looked elegant. Thank you!
