      I've heard of the trend youtubers losing subscribers over the years after they peak. There's also UA-cam automatically unsubscribing channels not viewed in years.
      This channel started in 2009 which means maybe there was a time when the number of subscribers peaked.

      Well what can we expect from the average UA-cam user who fall for some culinary clickbait such as "only 2 ingredients chocolate mousse!!"... Chocolate mousse basically it's 2 friggin' ingredients, chocolate and whipped cream!!! Of course you can make it tastier and more stable with other ingredients but the base it's about melted chocolate heavy cream and a whipped mass to incorporate into that.
      What I mean is that among all these pretentious culinary YT channels there's very little room for someone who really cares and put knowledge and love in his recipes like Bruno.

    I have done it for this Valentine and I have to say that the mix of flavors is very good. I used the "amorini" mold instead of the "amore" (8 units of about 7 cm). Very good, Bruno, a 10 !! ;)

      @Alvin Cunanan No, I don’t. Still this amazing cake (Bruno is the best!) is an entremet montage à l’envers, which is classic french pastry, with the glaze twist, probably inspired by Cédric Grolet. And I don’t see any foams, immersion or alginate bathes, siphon, liquid nitrogen, xantham and other stuff that characterizes molecular cuisine (at least in its most known form from the 80’s lead by Adrià).

    I love your videos.
    If you don’t mind I would like to make a suggestion.
    Since there are a lot of people here who don’t know how to cook (myself included) you could make a video series of short videos about the basics of different subjects, like.
    1- Different types of dough (tart, pie, choux, etc) how to prepare them, what are their characteristics, why use them, how to combine them, how to handle them, how long do they last, etc
    2- Different types of filling
    3- Different types of cream
    4- Different types of merengue
    5- basics of a mous,
    And so on. It would be amazing and it would attract a lot of people since we would get to understand more about the cooking process.

    I have actually made many of your desserts, the Fraiser being my favorite. However, I have been reluctant to try the ones where you re-create beautiful fruit. This one looks similar but I might have to try it if I can find the silicone mold. It is simply stunning.

    I'm glad I got reccomended this. My dad has a passion fruit vine (plant?) that's absolutely packed with fruit. It'll be a lot of fun to make this!

      @@onemercilessming1342 Lol, what's wrong with you? I just helpfully pointed out that most toddlers don't like ginger so that you wouldn't make a dessert for your granddaughter that she doesn't like. Unlike ginger ale and cookies, which don't really taste like ginger at all, the crystallized ginger in the insert of this dessert comes through quite strongly, which i know because I made the apple dessert which uses similar ingredients. If yours likes it, great. However, if she's as touchy as you, I wouldn't count on it.

    where do you find passion fruit? i'm in socal too and the only passion fruit i've found is pretty sad looking.
