From pallet to parallettes | Diy Calisthenics workout project

In this video I'll show you how to turn an old pallet into some high end wooden parallettes with simple tools. High quality parallettes come with a high price but you can make a pair with cheap wood for 10-15 bucks.
they are great for planche training and handstand press progressions as they put less strain on your wrists.

thrust me i've been there, but with creativity you can do so much more than you immagine. i've used powertools for the sake of time-efficiecy, but regular handtools are enough
