    Main last one year se paralysis se seafaring kar rahi hu. Aap ka Yoga dekhne ke baad maine Yoga start kiya. Aur mujhe fayeda huya. Thank u so much aap bahot acha btate ho.

      @ sahina... socked fenugreek seeds .... nabhipuran and nasyam with organic till oil and/or desi a2 cow ghee, and massage on affected area...PL do bhramari pranayam...

      Aur mujhe exercise Kate hue almost 2.5 years ho gaye hai
      Aap bhi daily subah exercise kijiye aap ko bhi bahot improvement dikhega .

    dr said curve can't reverse normal position but exersise , yoga manage pain and reduce the chance of getting curve worse....

    Good representation, but it is so difficult for me at the age of 62 years. The scoliosis position in the lumber region, Convexity towards left, and a patient of L4 L5 and S1(degeneration). Feel numbness and tingling both the legs due to nerve compression. While walking I feel it about 5_ to 10 minutes after. Now suggest me what exercises should do I follow. Expect your reply as early as possible. But I have been practicing yoga about forty years.

    Meri age 40 hai. Meri rid ki haddi 90 digree par jane se pahle hi Kama aur gardan ke thoda niche se Tedi hone lagti hai. Kya ye sahi ho sakti hai.
