When you loosen the shift linkage (0:55 to 2:10), first loosen the jam nut just enough so you can turn the barrel nut, then loosen the barrel nut but don't move the jam nut. That way when you reinstall, you don't have to readjust the linkage; just tighten the barrel nut back to where it came from.. The way loco did it in the video, you have to readjust the linkage to be sure you can shift properly.

i changed to another brand, now i use Yamaha lical grease.
The other grease was Selva outboard grease, but it is not available any more.
You can also use lithium grease, and vasaline fot the impeller.
The spray can is a normal degreaser, you can also use: Loctite 7063, Loctite 7070 and also breake cleaner.
