Another excellent video. I refer to your instruction when doing maintenance on my little Suzy. I added a Trollmaster unit to use on Lake Erie and it works great. I could definitely see the importance of keeping the throttle mechanisms lubed to keep it working well. Thanks!
I have a 2021 Suzuki DF20 short shaft bought in March. I have 20 hours on it and now it overheats. I am also missing the fuel line drain hose. It came off the steering tension adjuster (we’re you typically drain excess fuel when transporting and somehow fell inside the unit? Also I found bits of impeller fins inside the intake grid on the lower unit when I took the screen off to inspect😒. I hope I can get it fixed since this is a new engine!
Do you ever have a problem with tensioner for the steering. My motor always seems to be too lose. I mean the steering part is always way too lose. I have tried tightening the bolt but comes lose easily. Thanks

Hi! I love my motor but it is vibrating pretty good at a slow speed. Really shaking a lot hard to hold. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
This, and the oil and oil filter it’s the only things you have to do to maintaine this kind of motors?
Any suggestions on a tiller extension handle? The handle is pretty wide and doesn’t take fit a lot of the handles out there.
