10 Minute Pilates Barre Workout- | Beginner Friendly | Improve Upper and Lower Body Strength

- Join me for a 10 minute standing barre workout to strengthen the legs, booty, and hips as well as the arms and shoulders. With a mix of barre moves and ballet arms you'll get both an upper and lower body workout as well as great core work in this short and effective routine. Channel your inner dancer for a lovely session that'll make you feel as elegant as a ballerina whilst knowing and feeling you've had a great workout.

Your videos are great. I particularly appreciate that you have videos for all ages and ability levels. I’m a 64-year-old woman, overweight, with bad knees. When I look at other channels I just feel overwhelmed, as if it’s impossible for me to improve my situation. However your videos are different. They make me feel enabled to gradually make the changes I need to make to improve the quality of my life. Thank you very much.

Perfect for my plantar fasciitis and strengthening my leg glutes and hips but doing it gently. I did not do the heel raises tho as I am still not healed & using ice & heat. Someday I will add that in when my pain is less or gone. Thank You!!😊

Perfect toning workout for “off days”, usually Tuesdays and Thursdays, when I take a walk or ride stationary bike, do some light weights and push ups for cardio and strength. I added this, worked up a bit of a “glow”, 🥵 so worked great for me! And holding a chair is very helpful with my balance issues. I try and do one of your 30 minute sessions on Monday/Wednesday/Friday, usually from the August Pilates Retreat (taking forevermore to get through at this rate!🤪) Thanks for so much wonderful, challenging variety in both session length and format (standing, mat, flow pilates, barre, hybrids of both) - there really is something for everyone, no matter fitness level, age or time available!👍🏻🤗💪🏼🧡💛💚
