First time I actually have not come to 'dread' an exercise routine. I can execute these without feeling like a plank (although I am one, have been since puberty), the duration is perfect, and the instructions and pacing are simply ACE. Can't recommend highly enough. Rachel is a gem, and her strength and elegance inspire me every day.

Hallo Rachel my husband and I are both in our sixties, I've done pilates before but stopped during lockdown . He and I started with your videos for seniors, have loved doing them, and are so enjoying the standing pilates. Would it be possible to have more senior mat videos? Or isn't it necessary to do the mat....we aren't sure which are suitable and he is very stiff and needs to become more flexible. I've been forced to do physical therapy my entire life (I was born with mild Cerebral Palsy), and this is the first time in 32 years that exercise is not painful torture, I actually enjoyed it, and I can actually see it having a positive impact. I really enjoy doing this routine. I only started doing pilates a few weeks ago, as although I need to lose weight, my joints are a bit stiff! So l usually start off with this one first thing. I feel like it has helped me so much, even in my mind! I have had a bad back this last week, so have just started doing your gentle back exercises and feel much better, thank you Rachel x
