    I have been stretching 4 years for martial arts and just found your channel about a month ago. Your video teaching those hamstrings stretch using a swiss ball is by far the most confortable/effective stretch i've done in my life. Thank you so much! You sure deserve more viwers. Best of luck!!

    I’m so tight from sitting down all day at work. This video definitely address a lot of areas where I’m tighter in! Definitely coming back to do this throughout work

    Hi tom!! ,i do this everyday twice a day.i have problems with my neck, after to do this exercise! I start feeling more confortable. Thanks for this video.

    Amazing video!"!!!! Specially for people like me who work or have worked in a office job for many hours. loosing flexiibility and having tight hips has been my main concern due to be seated the whole day.

    What about the other leg muscles and the hips? Is it OK to do this stretching if I sat for 3 hours, then stretch, then again sit for 3 hours and stretch again?

    Is it normal to feel a lot of tingling through arms and hands while stretching?anything to do extra or just do these streches more frequent or maybe stop doing them?

      Get a checkout from your doctor before starting any change in your exercise - even one as simple as these stretches. Ensure you have good circulation; check for cold areas, no tight clothing or arm-over-chair closing off those veins. If any symptom becomes a bother enough to be distracting, check your position against the standard and do fewer reps or exert yourself less for a while. People are not all built the same. Modifying (yoga, others) positions is something any good instructor encourages if the standard position causes problems.
