What about the other leg muscles and the hips? Is it OK to do this stretching if I sat for 3 hours, then stretch, then again sit for 3 hours and stretch again?

Is it normal to feel a lot of tingling through arms and hands while stretching?anything to do extra or just do these streches more frequent or maybe stop doing them?

Get a checkout from your doctor before starting any change in your exercise - even one as simple as these stretches. Ensure you have good circulation; check for cold areas, no tight clothing or arm-over-chair closing off those veins. If any symptom becomes a bother enough to be distracting, check your position against the standard and do fewer reps or exert yourself less for a while. People are not all built the same. Modifying (yoga, others) positions is something any good instructor encourages if the standard position causes problems.
