See you in the next video!
the original routine is literally what i started my fitness journey with. After 2 years of depression and panic disorder , that was my first step towards a healthier lifestyle.
So happy to help. Congratulations to you for working through it, you did the hard work 💪🙏
Hello, I hope you are well
any updates both mentally and physically? i hope you are doing better now
@@mohammedpandor4466 went to see a doc and started medications, took me almost a year, learnt to do handstand and middle splits by then, I got off my medications, started marital arts after that. So yeah been doing pretty good since.
@@prabhjotkaurarora1232 that's good to hear
I’ve been following your original 15 min version for about 18 months. I do this 7 days a week (might have missed one or two) as soon as I get out of bed and I find it a great way to start the day. I’m a 68 yr old Aussie who surfs, plays golf and cycles (not all at once!) and your routine is a great help in all these areas. Might give this version a run. Cheers!
Congratulations on 15 million Tom! I may have commented something like this before, but I wanted to say exactly how important that first 15 minute video was for me.
I first found it at a point when my body was failing. I was running regularly, trying to rebuild fitness I had lost over a series of illnesses, but I was in constant pain. My legs ached like nothing else, and I felt incapable of dealing with the stress. At some point, I saw a David Goggins video where he talked about stretching for hours straight, and how it had completely changed his ability to run and recover. I poked through youtube, found your routine, and then something clicked. I had stretched and done yoga before, but never found a routine that really worked for me. (I'm slightly allergic to people saying "namaste" in a breathy voice). Your style of video was exactly what I was looking for.
At first I tried doing just your 15 min routine every night before I went to sleep. After maybe the third day, I woke up pain-free, and completely amazed. I had no idea stretching could have such a positive effect on my well-being. It focused me, and restored my ability to sleep, relax, and recover. I followed that video every day for over a month without fail, and started adding more and more follow-along routines to the end of it. UA-cam would autoplay me through your evening relaxation, hamstring flexibility, and many more routines and vlogs. Somehow, I was able to get into the best shape of my life in the following months.
I've been through many ups and downs since then, but I've continued to follow and be inspired by your channel. I'm a proud owner of some nice wooden rings, and have a goal to perform a stalder press before I turn 30. I really appreciate the resources you put out there, and plan to make use of them for years to come.
Tom! You made my day!! I was so sooo excited to see this. Brilliant 15 minute stretch 👏🏻 🎉 I’m definitely not your typical audience, I’m a 47 year old female dental hygienist in US. I have chronic pain and I am out of shape. Your variety of stretch videos have been life altering to me. I try to start my day with one every day. I wake up with severe neck and upper back stiffness and achiness and after one of your videos I feel great! The first one I came across was the 1 hour active flexibility. This helped alleviate tight muscle tension that had built up over 20 years. Please try to come up with more short videos with this audience in mind. I’m sure I’m not the only one. I’ve shared your channel with my chiropractor. I feel like I’m ready to start building strength not sure where to begin to avoid injury. Thank you thank you 🙏🏼 ❤❤
Another person who has followed along to your original 15-minute stretch dozens if not hundreds of times. Congratulations, Tom!
Just looked up Ardour after doing your original routine for years. Before I hand I wouldn't' of believed that I could be more impressed by you. Thank you for being you!!!
Coming back after a stretching hiatus and happy to see another version to the original as it was my go too! This year it’s time to touch our toes ! 😂
That original video is what made me subscribe and I've used it for at least 3 years. Keep them coming because you make outstanding follow alongs.
I stumbled on your original version about two weeks ago. I have a highly -stressful desk job & don’t drink or smoke, so that stress seeps deep into my muscles. Last two weeks I’ve felt that release. I am more limber and lighter on my feet, and am in a generally better mood overall.
You've changed my life Tom and made me admire stretching
These routines have been a part of my physical routine for the last 12 months - and something that we talk about quite often during the "physical" portion of our show. Look forward to sharing the newest video here with our audience as well!
I had started wth the first beginner rountine for the last few weeks and was using it a couple of years ago and love it, the new one I had to stopped 1/2 way because I am not flexible enough and could not come close to those stretches and went back to the first one
What a great addition to your streatchy, mobility library. I've been doing one of your many videos at the end of my workout routine for many years. I love the different videos which work my joints and muscles in slightly different ways to keep me a strong flexable senior. Thank you
Thank you for providing a basic stretch routine. This is perfect for me, even slightly modified for knee issues. Hard to find videos that focus on the work us non fitness models.
Hello, I'm not a subscriber because I'm not very sporty person but I love those beginner flexibility routines and try to do them as often as possible ☺ thank you and greetings from Poland 💛
Thanks Tom, a great alternative workout for the stiff limbed beginners who have trouble touching their knees!!!
I love your stretches. Just a few tweaks to quite common stretches makes a huge difference. Thank you Tom!
Just amazing. Thank you.
This one is even better. I have been doing the follow along with the earlier one. Will keep switching between the two. Thanks for all your great videos.
Hi Tom, I've been doing your stretching exercises after gym and a swim. Needless to say, they've been nothing short of a miracle. Much Love and appreciation ❤
Can't wait to make this one a staple of my habits!
This feels so good after leg day!
Thank you. You explain details of the movements very well and it's easy to understand.
Love this 15 min session, so good to start the day.
Thank you, Tom! Happy 15 million views!
I like doing yoga when I need some gentle exercise, but your videos are the best thing I’ve found when I’m sore. Thank you for producing great content!
This is the first video I've done of yours and thee best stretching video I've done on UA-cam!!! Thank you so much!!
Great Video Tom - thanks. I have to say those elephant walks are very very challenging when you say move the left and straighten the other leg.!!! Very hard!
Hi, could you make a fighters hip mobility, flexibility and strenghtening routine, please) Your routines are really good, but I think for fighters it is more specific. Thank you.
This routines really good, find it a bit more challenging than the original one but it builds up a sweat and use it all the time before working out to warm me up
I’m 50 and a cyclist with desk job- v tight hips and hamstrings- this routine is great. I’ll try and do one a day and hopefully see improvement..
Thank you Tom for this amazing beginner stretching, helps me a lot . God bless♥️🙏♥️
Really enjoyed v3. Thank you for posting your videos and tutorials.
ive been doing your routines for 5 or 6 years now essentially since the first beginner flexibility routine @alanthrall was my first instructor but your frame and background seemed better suited to mine as i am 6’5 and about 200 pounds like you are. thank you 🙏🏼
Another great routine that I'll keep on my playlist to do daily. Thanks!
Best channel on UA-cam!!

Amazing! Thank you Tom, we love follow along videos.
This stretch routine is great firs thing in the morning! I usually follow this up with a J and some coffee before my 5 mile run.
I really like the way you present your videos. Doable and very effective. Thanks,
These follow along videos are really helpful. I started morning stretching a week back and followed your 15min stretch video. And now I am following this video.
Dude! I’m so excited! I’ve been following the first routine for years. Gonna give this a try 😃
Thank you so much you are the man 🎉
I really like your video I think it’s the only video I really felt like my muscles are stretching!
I will definitely be using your videos from now on.
Keep up the good work! 💜💜
Nice video . I start stretching daily last week and I was confused because all this videos and it Was complicated for me as a beginner . Thank you tom for this simple routine . I hope you have a good day ❤❤
Beginning my new life without pain in my body. Thanks man ;)
Thank you so much for the amazing content that you continue to create Tom. I discovered your channel nearly 3 years ago and have incorporated your follow alongs into my daily routine. So pleased to see your channel grow over the years.
Another great video Tom! You explain every move so well and I encourage my friends to follow your routines to stretch particular muscle areas that are tight. Perfect length video for me. Thank you and keep up the great work 😊
Thanks for that video, Tom. I’ve been doing a lot of strength straining in the last few years but I’ve always neglected the flexibility aspect, so that video is a good starting point. Cheers 😊
Great quick routine for rest days! Thanks.
Great video! I have never been able to sit on my heels, and still cannot. Would love to know a modified way to do this. Thanks!
Thanks
I feel reborn after these stretches
Thanks!
Congratulations and thanks for the follow alongs 🙂
Awesome routine, a perfect away to kick off the week after a weekend of cycling 👌

Thank you very much Tom, another great vid, cheers!
great video! will be implementing this into my routine as i’m a beginner when it comes to being flexible 😅. Does this help with mobility as well?
Hi
I join this routine .
Thanks and I wanna keep this routine for three month .
Next step is 20mins Videos for beginner .
What is your idea ?
Is it ok to do general beginner flexibility exercises for 6 month ?
Then do general flexibility exercises for three or six month .
After these general flexibility exercises , do specilised exercise for middle split or shoulder or hamstring or ankle or ... .
Gracias 🙏🏽
I have shoulder pain when I do upper body stretch and I have also mobility limitations in the shoulder
thanks you are amazing and easy to follow along
That was awosome!! so helpful and relaxing thank you✌
Loved the neck stretch making the L with my hand. It felt great!
Love your follow alongs! Thanks for making another great video
Thank you Tom!
Is there any other hamstring stretches that anyone would recommend swapping in? The one in the follow through just gives me an intense, quite painful, almost burning sensation in the back of my knee and i cant really get any stretch into the hamstring. Love the follow along so would be good if I can get everything covered!
Love the video! Been a big help! Btw what microphone are you using? I’m struggling to find a good one, any help would be really appreciated 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
I may have account Ted for 1000 views on the original plan to use this one just as much. Thank you for the great content
Thank you for sharing
Is it better to do these stretches before or after lifting weights/playing sport?
make a follow along for back stectches bro
Tom loving these stretches….what does pnf mean?
Thanks for sharing this. 💪
Thank you!❤️
I love your flexibility routines. Maybe you could do one for Skateboarders! ❤
Jesus Christ that was THE routine, left me feeling 15 again.
I really don’t understand what the action is with the L-shaped hand on the back of the head, even after having done the various beginner stretch versions. I just don’t feel anything, pulling the shoulder down and elbow back has no effect, is it supposed to make the hand lever/push on the head more or something?
🙏 😊 thx
Thank you ❣️❣️❣️.
Thankyou Tom!!! :)
Thanks for the stretch, what watch you got?
Hello - love the videos! They have helped me a ton. Quick question, when doing hamstring focused stretches I feel a mild burning on the back of my legs, not a harsh stretch but a more acute feeling. I think it's mild sciatic discomfort. Is there something I can do to help this?
Thank you!
Any routines for a 42 year old frontrow rugby player with a creaking body 🤕
How long can I be in a stretch position? Is there a limit for being in a stretch?
Hey Tom, does following your stretching routines fix postural issues? Like anterior tilt for example? Thanks.
Can i do this both before a workout and after ?
Hi, I'm not sure which routine to choose, the original one, V2 or V3? What are the differences between them? Thx.
Is this a thing to do daily ?
I do the OG routine twice a day for six months now.
What is the OG routine?
