@@skDoger If you're using non-stock ammo, it always costs SL to fire. In actuality it's actually the restock after battle that costs SL which can be disabled. The X/X on researched ammo is how many shells you have available and if you somehow manage to completely fire all rounds in a match, you won't be able to resupply more. This cost is the SL number when you look at the ammo in the modification menu. Crew replenishment is also similarly limited to 30 replenishment. Disabling Auto Rearm on the bottom right of your line up, and having a vehicle out of ammo, will mark it with a Red ammo icon, low ammo will be marked with a white ammo icon.
ALSO; in assault arcade, where it is actually possible to completely run out of ammo, a repair/supply wrench will not restore your ammo if you're out of shells to resupply. If you're in a mobile, or fast firing tank, that might live a long time in assault arcade, be prepared to either J out or die once you run out of your better ammo, or bring some normal ammo to ensure you can always fire something. Vehicles that are likely to survive long enough are autoloading tanks and tanks that can hide behind cover like an IT-1 or Mephisto as the AI is unable to fire upon you so long as they cannot see the hull of those missile carriers.
That last map details section was really cool I had no idea how much attention to detail was put into the maps, looking forward to more videos like this
Btw "mark for squadmate" is also usefull for rangefinding, cause it apperas on your minimap exactly where your line of sight have hit the ground. All you need after that is to count the grid squares and convert it to estimated distance. Also you can be more accurate with minimap ping and arty strikes. Very usefull tool.
Incorrect about the He-51 A-1 being the only aircraft in game with a swastika. The He-51 B-2/H floatplane has one as well. Also all the Finnish aircraft have them as well (though they're not Nazi swastikas).

It is possible. You just need to take off the upwind rather than downwind. Can’t be bothered explaining the physics but you are technically going 40 knots faster. It is easy to take off from.

If the wind is flying into you at 40 knots, you are effectively flying into the wind at 40 knots. It's not your actual movement that matters, it's you move against the wind. It doesn't matter if the wind is moving or you are. This is why planes use Indicated Air Speed and not Real Air Speed. Some planes (ultralights) can even take off going stationary or even backwards if they're taking off against an incredibly fast wind.
The cartography section was golden Yes i understand the devs how much time they are spending to make the maps as realistic as possible(and beautiful) but from gameplay prospective they are not that well made but it is what it is right

Last time I played it, the British mosquito has clipping bombs. When you choose the 500lb x2 loadout the bombs are 1 behind the other and they clip together. Although I belive they were historically carried side by side in the real aircraft during service
the broken down walls inside the commie blocks are just the destroyed version of the building kept inside the shell of the normal one, and is visible when the building takes enough damage and collapses, it's the same thing for most other buildings on other maps, it's to save processing power and reduce lag during a match when the buildings collapse

Another thing about the alecto, it can kill the panther in the test drive frontally by driving into the lfp, because the front of the alecto is wedged it can push up the panther enough to mitigate the angle on the lfp so you can pen it and kill the driver over and over

The Sversk-13 segment nearly made me tear up, There's so much content on that little map that Gaijin could've made an entire STALKER esque game around the story of that map. It's almost forlorn in a way.
You certainly used to be able to get in the Zeppelin hangar. You just had to glitch your way in... it's been a few tears so maybe Gaijin fixed it. You were invulnerable to rank fire and most artillery. Bombs worked if they were large enough... the problem was figuring out there was a tank in there, then plopping a bomb in its lap. Hard to do when it can't be seen.
The yak38 can take off from the carrier without hover in realistic too. I did it. you just have to drive to the sheer edge of the carrier, and start from there

The reason why the buildings in Seversk are destroyed when you noclip inside is because they are destructible, so they sink the model on the outside with some SFX
Bridges on a number of low tier Air RB maps can also be bombed, despite not being a bombing target, destroying them will reward SL and RP and prevent ground units from advancing along them. This can turn the tide of a match as these units won't be able to capture a ground point and also become easy pickings for bombers as they stop at the broken bridge. On the Vietnam Air RB map the bridges are actually target able as well and destroying them quickly enough will prevent the airfield from being captured and prevent ticket bleed to ground units killing each other, however this rarely comes into play with how fast that map plays.
the translation at 4:13 isn't entirely correct. The last part actually says "[...] e antipasti [,] venite a trovarci più spesso", which translates to "[...] and appetizers [,] come find us more often". The map is set in Campania, which is on the other side of the Peninsula from Veneto and Venice.

Great video as always, but you made a couple of mistakes. 1: "Prospekt" is not a Russian name of boulevard, we have a word for boulevard too, it sounds like "boulvar" (бульвар), pretty close to your version. 2: (This one was very painful to hear) Then you said "Lada" you showed a "Moskvitch" (the name of the car literally translates as a "resident of Moscow"). These are two completely different cars, and Russians often argue which one is better (the Volga is still better than both). Also greetings from your Russian audience and thanks for the song about Afghanistan, I was very pleased with this moment.

VaZ-2101 "Zhiguli", how it's better known here. People nicknamed that model "Kopeyka". 20:07 "Мир" here translates more like peace, but not a world. In Russian we got one word for both. "Мир, Труд, Май" is a slogan, what related to "International Workers' Day" celebration.
Maybe not every map, but I'll definitely do a bunch of the interesting maps for sure. I actually was thinking about making them into separate videos, but I'm not sure if they'll be long enough to justify an entire video. This one was pretty long because of the audio clips, but we'll see.

I can confirm, ramming is a feature in game, you can use almost any tank to ram into a small tank like the L3 and send him back to the main menu

Just a little thing: in the cafe at 4:15 it is " pizza pasta e antipasti, vieni a trovarci più spesso". Veneti (venetian) is an adjective referring to a northen italian region. The map is located in Campania, a region in south of Italy . the translation would be like: "... choice of pizza, pasta and appetizers, come and visit us more often". Thanks!

The Vautour does have bombs in the bomb bay, only if you chooses smaller bombs. Bigger bombs don’t appear for some reason.

The Sversk-13 segment nearly made me tear up, There's so much content on that little map that Gaijin could've made an entire STALKER esque game around the story of that map. It's almost forlorn in a way.
You certainly used to be able to get in the Zeppelin hangar. You just had to glitch your way in... it's been a few tears so maybe Gaijin fixed it. You were invulnerable to rank fire and most artillery. Bombs worked if they were large enough... the problem was figuring out there was a tank in there, then plopping a bomb in its lap. Hard to do when it can't be seen.

The reason why the buildings in Seversk are destroyed when you noclip inside is because they are destructible, so they sink the model on the outside with some SFX
Bridges on a number of low tier Air RB maps can also be bombed, despite not being a bombing target, destroying them will reward SL and RP and prevent ground units from advancing along them. This can turn the tide of a match as these units won't be able to capture a ground point and also become easy pickings for bombers as they stop at the broken bridge.
On the Vietnam Air RB map the bridges are actually target able as well and destroying them quickly enough will prevent the airfield from being captured and prevent ticket bleed to ground units killing each other, however this rarely comes into play with how fast that map plays.

Great video as always, but you made a couple of mistakes.
1: "Prospekt" is not a Russian name of boulevard, we have a word for boulevard too, it sounds like "boulvar" (бульвар), pretty close to your version.
2: (This one was very painful to hear) Then you said "Lada" you showed a "Moskvitch" (the name of the car literally translates as a "resident of Moscow"). These are two completely different cars, and Russians often argue which one is better (the Volga is still better than both).
Also greetings from your Russian audience and thanks for the song about Afghanistan, I was very pleased with this moment.

And thanks for telling a lore of Seversk-13 for English-speaking players, i think that map has one of the best non-historical lore in the game. You done really well with a translation, i found only one small mistake in it, 18:02. "Проспект Гагарина" (Yea, it's usually readed that way in Russian) translates literaly like "Gagarin*'s* Prospekt".
19:19. It's real newspaper, called "Комсомольская правда" (Komsomolskaya Pravda), or "Komsomol Truth" in English.
19:21 I didn't know, what that model also called like "Lada 1200". VaZ-2101 "Zhiguli", how it's better known here. People nicknamed that model "Kopeyka".
20:07 "Мир" here translates more like peace, but not a world. In Russian we got one word for both. "Мир, Труд, Май" is a slogan, what related to "International Workers' Day" celebration.

Maybe not every map, but I'll definitely do a bunch of the interesting maps for sure. I actually was thinking about making them into separate videos, but I'm not sure if they'll be long enough to justify an entire video. This one was pretty long because of the audio clips, but we'll see.
@@skDoger You could do multiple maps per-video. Especially if they are maps with little easter-eggs. You can also go over general information about the maps before getting into the easter eggs and other smaller details. I've never seen map breakdown videos for war thunder.
