  • The routine was:
    10 rounds of
    + 10 Navy Seals Burpee
    + 30 Squats
    + 30 Jumping Jax
    + 5 pull-ups
    Totaling 100 Navy Seal Burpees (300 pushups), 300 squats, 300 jumping jax, 50 pull-ups
    Clean reps only.
    Form over everything.
    Push harder.
    The only way to less pain is through more pain.

    Jesus H Christ….now that’s a figure and workout im striving for. As of right now I’m no where near. Great stuff dude your definitely an inspiration to me

      You can do anything you put your mind to, bro. I am rooting for you. Never let up! If you go off track, get back on track. And then if you go off track, get back on track faster. Stay on track. But most certainly: always get back on track. No matter what.
