I forgot one beef that I really wanna see. 50 Tyson vs Lil B. We can call it The Special Olympics. (No diss to the mentally handicapped.) I also mentioned that I wanna see MC Lyte vs V-Nasty. Can you imagine the LURIKS that would come from these two battles?
Jay-Z isn't a bad rapper in the slightest. He's kind of boring. I liked his stuff from the 90s and early 2000s. I think people mostly admire Jay-Z for being a great business man.
@beezy430 I don't think he has an argument. I think people, for some reason, get bothered when others don't like a particular artist that they like. And rather than taking it as a person's personal distaste for the music itself they have to create some other reason because they can't fathom another person not agreeing with their particular taste in music. I never encounter this EXCEPT with hip hop fans. It's so bizarre to me.
These guys are the truth. I agree with about everything they have to say on any standpoint. The only confliction I have with them is the fact as although I agree 100% with them on why they don't like the albums they trash, I still like the albums for what they are worth. That's the only difference I have with them.
@toneriggz The story I heard was that Celph grabbed him up in a bear hug ad Cage didn't really fight back. Then, later on, Cage ran up on him and cracked him in the head with a bottle while he was talking to El. That whole beef was kinda lame. But the track El dropped on Esoteric was CRAZY!
I"m not into shows that review music besides this one. I've never liked 106 and Park or any of those shows. This is the only one that I can sit through full lengh and get entertained. Reason being is because yall keep it 100, plus all of yall like different types of music, so it kind of provide the viewers with different perspectives of music. Keep doing yall thing!
Myke C Town is always on point, clearly the most knowledgeable dude In the group on Hip Hop. I agree with his opinion on Jay Z, and also like the fact that hes quick to call dudes wack without hesitation.
Found out about you guys around the time when you uploaded the undergods review. Seen it was posted on a Canibus forum and i have been watching since. Keep it up
Finally somebody mentioned Invincible! Shapeshifters is one my favorite albums and if you know any new material by Invincible you should spread the knowledge.
when i first saw a dead end hip hop video it was a wiz khalifa video. I just remember thinking man these dudes are gone fight lol. I stopped watching for a while, but then when i returned to the channel i found myself watching these guys videos every week. Its amazing how these guys really loved the artists i loved, like Kanye and Gambino where as other reviews always bash them. This is probably my favorite you tube channel. Thanks for your entertainment guys
I remember that beef...My friend went to a Cage show and told me that Celph was swinging for the fences on Cage and missed everytime...a Copy/Celph battle, in the early 00's, would be a punchline extravaganza...
What's the name of that instrumental at the beginning of this video clip?? Such a great instrumental I really need to know the name of that song please
Love yall reviews...would like to see yall review some old shit, just to see if what maby everyone else thinks is classics yall did like illmatic, the chronic, etc...
@MrKeepit2000 your right man. that's why Cole is my favorite new artist right now. I mean to get recognized at the grammy's? It's been such an exciting year watching him.
@spcw4 I really don't think he is either. There were talks of a solo album a while back i thought. Even though fans really talked about it more than him. If he wanted too he probably would have stepped up already, you're right.
@encdee that's what I mean when he died he suddenly became everyones top 10 rapper. From an overall standpoint? No he isn't better than jay. Ppl confuse one main factor about jay ill be the first to admit jay delivery is boring an nonenthusiastic but his lyrics are still deep an witty and if u wanna be realistic to the underground world or the conscious hip hop world jay is actually underrated
@Kingemedia Yea but c'mon how perfectly does Day N Night sound with Sky Might Fall coming in behind it? That album flows so smoothly in terms of theme and music.
@mykectown Damn, you didn't get to my question. Is there any way you guys could discuss Hopsin Tyler beef. Whether or not its legit, and who you got (today's Tyler or today's Hopsin).
@jeffdill Cudi is cool but his albums confused me dearly. Now, I'm just not sure what to think or make of him. The Day and Night record was making noise and then he kind of went somewhere else with his debut album. I still ride with him though.
@tgooch59 I listened to it this morning. It made me stop a bit to see who was playing. I'll have to listen to it again to really take in what he's saying.
Na u have to talk about black thought being underated he's very underrated he's only mentioned once ppl mention him. He's a great rapper that No one speaks about
@MrKeepit2000 in NY he gets play for Workout, Can't Get Enough(feat. Trey Songs) ANd Mr. Nice Watch. I'd say 3 singles off an album getting played is trendy. Can't compare him to Drake because Drake is more mainstream established and is the flavor of the month for mainstream.
You guys should review some old albums! Like DMX Flesh of my Blood, Blood of my Flesh or 2pac Me Against The World or The Marshal Mathers that would be clean and dope af
Whats the artist that Kinge mentions? Not Ab-Soul, the first one. Also, @veryspecialgfx I don't feel like Big Boi is pointless in OutKast. They balance each other out. This can really be seen in Speakerboxxx/The Love Below. Sure, Love Below is musically more innovative but its all over the place. Big Boi grounds Andre. I still really liked Speakerboxxx and his last album too. They are both great, but better together. We need a new OutKast album.
Hey guys, I dont know if this really matters but I listened to a song with Bj the chicago kid and kendrick lamar and its called HIS PAIN. It made me tear up a bit. If Kendrick hadn't solidified my appreciation for him before, he did it with that song. Imma big Kendrick Lamar fan anyway. I just wanted to know what you all thought about it. It's a soul song but its good.
@MrKeepit2000 I think you're being extremely presumptuous in pretending to know my tastes and why I don't like certain artists. How about this. How about I think Wayne is a shitty rapper and Jay-Z does nothing for me as an MC or a song writer. You can call me any name in the book you like from purist to elitist to dickhead. But the fact of the matter is you don't know me at all. If you like these artists, great. Like, enjoy and support them. But debating my tastes on UA-cam = silly.
@MrKeepit2000 hey man yea i have been hearing more Cole on our local hip hop stations lately. Lately they have been playin his joint with Missy Elliot Nobody's Perfect heard it a few times now actually.
@MrKeepit2000 I would say he's generally popular He's the only guy not with YMCMB or established (Jay-Z, Kanye, Eminem maybe Jeezy and T.I.) with a gold album from less than a year ago. Yeah it's probably regional.
Y'all were young damn
THE LEGENDS!
3 people wanted to see Myke and Kinge fight
I forgot one beef that I really wanna see. 50 Tyson vs Lil B. We can call it The Special Olympics. (No diss to the mentally handicapped.) I also mentioned that I wanna see MC Lyte vs V-Nasty. Can you imagine the LURIKS that would come from these two battles?
Jay-Z isn't a bad rapper in the slightest. He's kind of boring. I liked his stuff from the 90s and early 2000s. I think people mostly admire Jay-Z for being a great business man.
You guys are gonna be big!!! Trust me, it's only a matter of time- and I don't say that very often. Good job, keep it up!
BATTLE!
Beezt was up on black thought a long time ago
@beezy430 I don't think he has an argument. I think people, for some reason, get bothered when others don't like a particular artist that they like. @ThaBlacksheepX You can get it anywhere. It was re-released on Def Jux.
What can I say Deadendhiphop is just dope, you guys always got my support!
Throwback !!!
You guys just keep getting better and better, you've contributed to most of my iTunes library now ;)
I HAVE BEEN BIGGNG UP BLACK THOUGHT FOR OVER 10 YEARS!!!!!!!!
These guys are the truth. I agree with about everything they have to say on any standpoint. The only confliction I have with them is the fact as although I agree 100% with them on why they don't like the albums they trash, I still like the albums for what they are worth. That's the only difference I have with them.
You guys make hiphop look like a sport, and i fucking love it.
Looking forward to watching this when I get home, looking like a good time. Keep it up!

Beezy, I swear we have the exact same taste. "The World is Yours" is my favorite rap song too. Cheers
@SolidSnake98 Because you guys are spelling it wrong. It's Cobe Obeah. Check him out!

Yall videos get better and better enjoyed watching!
I remember that beef...My friend went to a Cage show and told me that Celph was swinging for the fences on Cage and missed everytime...a Copy/Celph battle, in the early 00's, would be a punchline extravaganza...
@PM2126 Not sure I can compare them. I like them both a lot. But I think I might listen to Grieves more because his albums are more consistent.
Tell mike C- town to listen to "Hovi baby" by jay-z, a very impressive jay verse
20:26 TO 20:53
What's the name of that instrumental at the beginning of this video clip?? Such a great instrumental I really need to know the name of that song please
The more @feefo talks the more he is becoming my favorite. "It Bumps in the whip"
very entertaining show....Shout Out to Mo Brother (the Intern) dude is HILARIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just discovered them 2 days ago after I seen you comment on one of their vids, so I guess you can say yes. lol
I'VE GROWN TO LOVE THESE GUYS. NO HOMO.
We gotta get more people on the forum! Make sure you all check it out we have good discussions on it. Great episode also happy to see dehh come so far
@spcw4 I really don't think he is either. There were talks of a solo album a while back i thought. Even though fans really talked about it more than him. If he wanted too he probably would have stepped up already, you're right.

@Kingemedia I'm glad i got a reponse from one of u guys, just made my day.
Does anybody know if Elzhi is dropping a full length album this year? Elmatic is my shit! He is another one of my favorites.
Thanks C-town.
@mykectown Damn, you didn't get to my question. Is there any way you guys could discuss Hopsin Tyler beef. Whether or not its legit, and who you got (today's Tyler or today's Hopsin).
Can anyone tell me where I can find Funcrusher plus? Because I've been listening to alot of El-p lately and would like to checkout his early work.

@jeffdill Cudi is cool but his albums confused me dearly. Now, I'm just not sure what to think or make of him. The Day and Night record was making noise and then he kind of went somewhere else with his debut album. I still ride with him though.

@deadendhiphop Late entry- Will Flo-Rida ever just go away? and who thought it would be a good idea to let him destroy a great (The Cult) song?
I started watching dehh because c town made me laugh so much!!!
Damnnnnnn never been first before i needa speech :')
Anybody know what redman battle videos beezy was talking about
@MrKeepit2000 in NY he gets play for Workout, Can't Get Enough(feat. Trey Songs) ANd Mr. Nice Watch. I'd say 3 singles off an album getting played is trendy. Can't compare him to Drake because Drake is more mainstream established and is the flavor of the month for mainstream.
@LamarTaylor2k12 I think that may be in part 2.
Dope stuff.

@MrDiscoHB It's Cobe Obeah.
yall bout yall business dopest reviewers and the new girl bad
Great job guys. That shit was funny
i know its no big deal but whenever eternia says "Dead-in Hip-Hop" in the intro, i am just like "aw damn it"
You guys should review some old albums! Like DMX Flesh of my Blood, Blood of my Flesh or 2pac Me Against The World or The Marshal Mathers that would be clean and dope af
C-Town needs to have an artist spotlight segment like Beezys hip hop minute
I'm taking full credit for this one Cubey.
Whats the artist that Kinge mentions? Not Ab-Soul, the first one. Also, @veryspecialgfx I don't feel like Big Boi is pointless in OutKast. They balance each other out. I still really liked Speakerboxxx and his last album too. They are both great, but better together. We need a new OutKast album.
Myke wearing skinny jeans! DEHH 4EVA.
what do they work with?
Hey guys, I dont know if this really matters but I listened to a song with Bj the chicago kid and kendrick lamar and its called HIS PAIN. It made me tear up a bit. If Kendrick hadn't solidified my appreciation for him before, he did it with that song. Imma big Kendrick Lamar fan anyway. I just wanted to know what you all thought about it. @MrKeepit2000 I think you're being extremely presumptuous in pretending to know my tastes and why I don't like certain artists. How about this. Hiii Marjorie Battle! I think you'll make a great addition.
finally someone gives props to tame 1
hey guys do you think Black thought gets looked over because hes in the roots and not a solo artist?
@MrKeepit2000 I would say he's generally popular
He's the only guy not with YMCMB or established (Jay-Z, Kanye, Eminem maybe Jeezy and T.I.) with a gold album from less than a year ago.
Yeah it's probably regional.
Anyone know the music playing in the background?
+Messvayne perhaps a beat by beezy
Darude Sandstorm
A Doseone v. Aes battle would be neat
@MrKeepit2000 yeah
I didn't even realize that Workout was a Platinum single
He's doing big things
Black Hippy is the movement!
I love Cubey. His given me a shit-ton of recommendations, and he's fucking cool.
