Regarding some of my video titles, some are considered clickbait. UA-camrs optimise their video's titles for discovery for the algorithm. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different and progresses differently. You also can't target fat loss, so don't take a video title out of context when its just optimised for discovery.
It's what's in my video's content that matters and I've explain multiple times across my videos throughout my channel over several years that it takes time to see results, and involves lots of factors such as your diet. If you're following a suitable program schedule, eating well and watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. you should see results. - Навчання та стиль

This is the most effective full body work out that works and manageable. I found gold. Downloading it. I started with 5pound weight, moving to 8 each. Slowing moving to 10 pounds, 12pounds each side. What weight are you using?

Hyy Chloe....I m 20 years old and I m commenting on your recent video so that you can see this quickly.....I went through worst breakup of my life in September 2023 after this I got thypoid in November 2023 I was admitted in hospital and in January 31,2024 I got to know that I have kidney stones....umm ya.... because of feeling lonely I ate street food daily even after thypoid....but in February I started your 2 weeks and challange but I was not able to complete it and did for 4 5 days only maybe less then it....then after 1 or 1.5 week I started your 2024 get toned challenge.... completed 4 days of it will continue it and ya because of you your exercises I don't eat much now of outside and I also consulted with doctor about can I exercise in kidney stones or not and she said yes that I can do exercises it's okk and I m coming out of deepresion because of your exercises it's a big thing for me...........I m from India.... I have no boyfriend currently.... as now I m working on myself....with the help of you I can work on myself consistently...ily Chloe sis🫀

Hello Chloe, oh I'm currently doing the Flat tummy challenge. I've been doing it for four days and I'm already noticing that I'm getting stronger and stronger day by day, which makes me very happy. So today is my first work out after months, so I did your warm up, and then I saw a full body workout and was like NICE and accidentily started a workout with weights, and thought "yeah ok why not 😢" so I did this with the weights I habe, which are not really heavy, but this way i t was a nice full body workout after a long break ❤
