- Brand new Hourglass Challenge focusing on abs and booty! This is episode 1, a full body 20 min workout. This is a 4 weeks program that you can do at home with or without dumbbells. If your a beginner, you can do the workout without weights, or if you have a set of light and heavy dumbbells you can use them to challenge yourself further. I would suggest going with lighter weights first to familiarise yourself with the workout, then increase your weights over time.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. UA-camrs optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.
When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. Позавчера я закончила 1 мин челлендж и сразу же пришла сюда. Ребята, я реально чувствую себя сильнее и выносливее после того челенджа. Мне в кайф делать упражнения с весами и чувствовать свои мышцы. Мне нравится, что я могу сделать все упражнения от и до не падая в конвульсиях. Хлоя-- гениальный человек, который дает нам возможность чувствовать себя сильнее и лучше.

So great that you offer this content free. I have just a couple of comments here around safety; don't arch your spine and don't bend your neck in moves that will make you want to, only go has far as comfortable and don't require you to bend or arch. Love the workout very well paced

Two sets got done in a jiffy, i was feeling marvellous. Then...the third set came..despite it being on the mat (which i always look foward to), every exercise pushed my mucles into failue. Yet, i continued. I got to the end of the set feeling as though I were a snail that had just been smothered in salt. The burn and the challenge was fantastic, even though i couldn't move.
So i told myself, well done, darling, you did it.
Now lets find a long cooldown as a treat.
Hah. How wrong was i?
"And for the last set, we've got four exercises up on the mat"
It felt like a cross between betrayal and utter heartbreak. But, it was only four, so...that means it'll be quick and easy, right? I could do it.
WRONG AGAIN.
Courtesy lunges right after some tough glute bridges should be an exercise given as punishment.
I know I'll be thanking chloe for these exercises in the long run, when my waist is snatched and glutes peachy.
But for now, im calling my lawyer.

EDIT: finally posted my progress😅 It wasn't a crazy change but I do still feel so much stronger than I was before. I didn't change my diet at all during the challenge (I'm sure if I did I would have gotten more drastic changes). I think this workout is great for people that want to get into longer challenges because you do get a good amount of rest days compare to other challenges I've done!

I started this challenge to do till i will be able to as my exams were going on but the motivation from inside keep me going till end.
With Hourglass challenge workout i walk 15000 steps every day around two and half our of moderate walking.
I started walking 15 days before i started this workout before that i had sedentary lifestyle.

Awesome job🎉 it's worth it! I am on the 4th programm, tomorrow will start the 5th😈 and it does so much for your mental and physical health, I had such a bad endurance now I can run so fast for quite a while and I see changes (I adjusted my diet too but still eat junk at times 😝)

okay I've already started this workout like 3 days ago (today was day 3) and so I can help others n stuff I'll update it all here! I'm doing the whole hourglass programme.
Side note, before starting this, I was already doing her abs workout so yea. I'm not doing any significant changes in my diet too, just taking more protein and restraining myself from junk food a little bit.
My waist is around 24.2 inches.
My hips are 34.1 inches.
my belly area is 27.5 inches.
I measured around dinner time so normally it's like 23.8, 34.1, 25/25.5 inches.

@@Maria-bm1hc hey, i stopped doing this workout a while ago. I do another workout now and I've seen some good results from this one. First I do like 10-15 mins of cardio usually dance workouts (growwithjo's dance workouts are rly fun) and then I do the 15 min ab workout of oppserve. I've seen some rly good results with this one and I've been doing it for like a month now. Really helps slim down ur waist!!

Hello girls! To increase the weight i just put into a big tote bag some objects, like water bottles, books, till is heavy enough for me. I can’t afford to buy dumbbells😂, what do you think about this method? Is it okay?
i can not do a lunge to save my life🥲. But honestly, it's been a long time since i felt my body get so warm during a workout. You, Move With Nicole and Grow with Jo are my go too for a workout. You guys are fun, kind and i'm always enjoying myself when i workout with any of you ❤

Всем привет! Впервые занимаюсь чем-то подобным (начала тренировку «песочные часы»), я абсолютно неспортивный человек, из-за того, что началось лето, я начала больше думать об этой слабой стороне. Кажется сегодняшний день был последним и я решила наконец-то начать действовать. К слову, я совершенно не занималась спортом ранее, даже на физкультуре в школе, хотя уже успела закончить 11 класс, нужно привести себя в форму хотя бы перед универом. Буду отмечать свои тренировки, чтобы не сдаться слишком быстро ( нет цели похудеть, хочется лишь укрепить форму. Вешу 57,4 на рост 160,5 )
1 день - сделано ✅ Занятие заняло больше времени ( 31 минута по часам ), но оно и так ясно. Ноги начали дрожать уже на середине тренировки, но закончить смогла, не одолела только планку, но надеюсь справлюсь с ней в следующие разы.
Вторая тренировка была тоже преодолена, но проблемы все с той же планкой ( очень понравились упражнения лежачий жук и черепаха )
2 день - сделано ✅ Весь вчерашний вечер чувствовала как работают колени при ходьбе, тело видимо не поняло моей резкой склонности к спорту. Первая тренировка на верхнюю часть мышц прошла отлично, без перерывов, возможно это из-за того, что гантели по 1 кг, но это уже дальше буду утяжелять. Появилось беспокойство, что некоторые упражнению делаю не так, но стараюсь всё соблюдать ( после вчерашних упражнений болят бедра и ягодицы ( например, когда садишься ), видимо всё-таки задействовала нужные мышцы )
Вторая тренировка чуть не убила, я в слишком плохих отношениях с планкой, но старалась выполнять хотя бы опираясь на колени. Может некоторые выполняла неправильно, но чувствовала, как напрягается пресс. Осталось сделать заминку
3 день - сделано ✅ Первая тренировка далась нелегко. Под конец снова сильно дрожали ноги, возможно это еще и из-за самой первой тренировки, до сих пор после неё болят бедра и ягодицы, но это даже хорошо. На некоторых моментах и вовсе хотелось сплакнуть из-за того, что не все упражнения получаются, иногда кажется, что делаю не очень качественно. Тренировка заняла около 30 минут, приходилось брать перерыв из-за того, что сердце билось аж 180 уд/мин
Вторая тренировка тоже прошла не так просто, как в первый день. Даже как-то печально стало, что выполняется всё сложнее, но наверное это лучше, чем ничего, значит мой организм получил нагрузку и всё идет как надо, хотя может моё мышление неправильное
4 день - сделано ✅ Первая тренировка мне очень нравится, попробовала взять гантели больше ( 1,5 кг дома не нашла, пришлось взять на 2 кг ), стало сложнее, но так хотя бы вес чувствуется. Сегодня первый день, когда ноги не так сильно болят, это прям радует, потому что завтра должна быть снова эта тренировка :,) хотя бы боль не наслоится
Вторая тренировка тоже сделана. Тоже понравилась, всё-таки упражнения на руки мне больше симпатизируют. Но все равно в процессе дважды меняла гантели, когда приходилось разводить руки в сторону
5 день - сделано ✅ Первая тренировка была той же, что и в первый день. На этот раз она заняла 21 минуту, ноги начали подрагивать лишь под конец. Пара упражнений получались не так качественно, как хотелось бы. Даже самой удивительно, что тренировка показалась легче, чем в самый первый день, поэтому вновь возникают мысли о том, что я что-то неправильно выполняю. В процессе ощутила болезненно ощущение в правом бедре, чувство не как при нагрузках на мышцы, надеюсь это я не вызывала нечто серьезное по незнанию 🥸
Вторую тренировку сделала за 30 минут, отвлекалась в процессе, да и тяжело было. Пожалуй эта тренировка моя самая нелюбимая ( это как не люблю математику ибо она сложная )Было больно выполнять упражнения на ягодицы, когда нужно было облокачиваться на правое колено, болела ягодица, болела не как из-за молочной кислоты, а просто боль, мда. Надеюсь она пройдет за следующие два дня выходных
6, 7 день - выходной
8 день - сделано ✅ Тяжело начинать неделю с самого нелюбимого, но что поделать. Первую тренировку сделала за 24 минуты. После 5 дня начала думать, что результаты появляются, ведь тренировку было осилить не так сложно, сегодня же поняла, что результатов как будто и нет. Про приседания по-гусарски я вообще молчу, не смогла их сделать. Зато пропотела знатно, можно ли это считать знаком, что польза всё-таки какая-то есть
Вторая тренировка сделана, но желания продолжать что-то делать совершенно нет, хочется все бросить и налаживать шаги, жжение в ягодицах особо не чувствую, ощущение, что напрягаются только чуть выше колен и голени, не знаю
9 день - сделано ✅ Первые две тренировки прошли отлично, но третья это жесть, она вся состояла из нереальной для меня планки, поэтому сложно сказать, что я её выполнила. Сделала все лежачие, но планка и всё дополнения к ней я не пыталась
10 день - сделано ✅ Первая тренировка прошла достаточно легко. Была та же тренировка, что и в самый первый день. Пожалуй только на ней я вижу, что прогресс хоть какая-то да есть. Даже во время уложилась, пожалуй только планка от локтей страдает, ну да ладно. Ягодицы и бедра не болят так сильно, как в первые пять дней, даже не знаю хорошо это или плохо
Вторая тренировка продлилась на четыре минуты дольше из-за того, что делала перерывы. Сложно делать что-либо после первой тренировки, точнее заставить себя. Я выполняла упражнения без резинок, все никак не могу настроиться пойти купить их. Все еще есть упражнения, которые выполняю неправильно, не стараюсь оправдать себя, но может быть еще физ. подготовки недостаточно. Мне даже на одной ноге сложно равновесие держать, пхпх. Зато завтра упражнения на руки, юху (продолжение 👇)

11 день - сделано ✅ Первая тренировка прошла отлично, успеваю за Хлоей, даже планку держала, а не на колени облокачивалась 😎
Вторая тренировка тоже сделана, но на размахах рук я всё еще использую легкие гантели из-за того, что мне страшно за хруст в плече :)
Третья тренировка тоже подошла к концу. Сложно следить за спиной, на некоторых упражнениях она неприятно тянула. Планку на локтях со сгибаниями выполнять тоже еще сложновато
12 день - сделано ✅ Первая тренировка всё еще сложна. Я лишь под конец сообразила почему у меня не горят ягодицы.. нужно было корпусом ниже наклоняться, хорошо, что хотя бы под конец осознала это. Первые четыре упражнении тоже сложны для меня
Вторая тренировка получилась тоже не такой качественной. Недовольна собой сегодня, возможно я себя слишком жалею. Чувствую, что напрягаются бедра и чуть ниже ягодиц, но мне бы хоть что-нибудь чтоб напрягалось, главное не колени. Но эти две и вправду мне показались сложными. Все еще самая лучшая тренировка для ног, которую у меня получается сделать хорошо, это самая первая. На следующей недели ( через два дня ) постараюсь всё делать прям отточено, а то меня всё это начинает смущать уже
13, 14 день - выходной
15 день - сделано ✅ Первая тренировка моя любимая. Старалась выполнять всё правильно, во время уложилась. На пару секунд ставила видео на паузу, когда пыталась выполнить точно так же упражнения на планку. Останавливалась из-за неприятных ощущений в спине, после паузы становилось лучше
Вторая тренировка была труднее. Делала перерыв минут на пять после второго сета, нужно было перевести дух. Последние два упражнения выполняла от колена (была низкая планка, высокая еще получается, а это совсем нет)
В принципе сегодня я довольна собой
16 день - сделано ✅ Первые две тренировки были на руки, один и тот же ролик, пожалуй было сложно только из-за того, что четыре одинаковых сета подряд
Третья тренировка тоже преодолена. Трудности появились только на твист планке (вроде так называется). Приятно чувствовать напряжение в прессе
17 день - сделано ✅ Первая тренировка на удивление прошла хорошо. Во время упражнений чувствую жжение, особенно в правой ягодице, после есть немного, но не так сильно. Может из-за того, что не очень качественно выполнила слоновую тягу, я еще до конца не понимаю правильно ли делаю выпады. Надеюсь у меня так не у одной
Вторая тренировка всё еще сложная для меня. Первые четыре упражнения выполняю с затруднением. Казахское приседание тоже ужасное, нога так не выпрямляться, получается некачественно. Вообщем, второй сет для меня какой-то треш
18 день - сделано ✅ Первая тренировка была новой, трудности были только с упражнениями, в которых нужно отжиматься. Я это делать не умею, поэтому получалось не особо. Зато на последних я познала мир, пхпх. Все еще левая рука напрягается сильнее, не понимаю почему
Вторые две тренировки были уже знакомые. Делала небольшую паузу лишь в конце на последнем упражнение. Даже планка твист вроде как начала получаться, но тоже с небольшой паузой
19 день - сделано ✅ Первая тренировка длилась у меня 35 минут. Показалось тяжелой, к тому же я не чувствовала прям жесткое жжение в ягодицах. Последнее упражнение с выпадами всё еще сложно дается, не получается в таком положение делать нормально выпад на левую ногу
Вторая тренировка тоже сделана. Некоторые упражнения не смогла выполнить, чувствую напряжение пресса, ягодицы что-то вновь не особо жгут, эх

20, 21 день - выходной
22 день - сделано ✅ Первую тренировку выполняла дольше, делала перерывы из-за того, что сердце решило пошалить. В этой тренировке больше упражнений с прыжками, поэтому было сложно, прыжки как-то совсем не радуют
Вторая тренировка на фоне первой показалась растяжкой, пхпх. Всё еще люблю пресс, даже твист планка удалась, хоть и с заминкой на пару секунд
Третья тренировка очень понравилась, хоть и не смогла её выполнить должным образом. Пресс прям напрягся, думаю при следующей встрече с этой тренировкой у меня проблем возникнет меньше. Даже выполняла упражнения в планке, но пришлось приостанавливаться, очень напрягается ядро, тут уже от выносливости зависит
В принципе довольна собой, но могла всё сделать лучше
23 день - сделано ✅ Первые две тренировки на руки меня порадовали. Третья была на пресс и у меня закрались подозрения, что я неправильно его делаю, ибо не получается контролировать спину, а из-за этого болезненные ощущения в спине
24 день - сделано ✅ Выполняла нормы третьей недели, но первые два сета прям очень тягостно выполнялись
25 день - выходной
26 день - были руки и пресс, привычные уже тренировки

i did the 2023 weight loss challenge a few months ago and i finished it but it was a lot!! especially lower body workouts and keeping my stamina up. now i'm doing the 2023 hourglass challenge and i can do curtsy lunges, lateral lunges etc with NO PROBLEM - *with* 3kg dumbbells (will be increasing the weights soon!) - and i feel so good after every workout and i no longer feel guilty about eating more bc i know its all powering my body ❤ tysm! reading everyone's comments is so encouraging too, i'm so proud of all of us for real 🎉

Day 1- Done ☑️, A bit sore but actually didn’t feel as tired as I always do ( I feel good + I walk everyday )
Day 2- Done ☑️, my legs are so sore from yesterday but done it anyway, I did 2 workouts out of 3 🎉( that a victory for me tho✌🏻 )
Day 3-✖️, I couldn’t do it today because I was kinda tired and have some stuff to do (sryyy 😢)
Day 4- Done ☑️, today was much easier than the others, I felt energized and also proud of my self ( push yourself, don’t give up, and you will get what you want ✌🏻).
Day 5-✖️ I had an appointment and I was a bit tired so I didn’t do it. 😅
Day 6- Done ☑️, I haven’t workout for a whole week because of my period but I will continue from today, also I lost 2.4kg from my weight in this week so I feel kinda good (I will do an extra workout too).
Day 7- Done ☑️, it’s so easier than the previous one, also I noticed that when I do different workouts is easier than doing only one (idk this is what I feel tho).
Day 8- Done ☑️
Day 9- Done ☑️ , I have noticed some changes in my body too!, also I haven’t done this hourglass workout for the past two days cuz I am lazy but I have done the summer shred and cardio

I will end this challenge here, for me I lost 2.4 kg in the past two weeks because I was in a diet and also the workouts help, but… I took lot of rest days so I couldn’t see much differences but that’s okay even thought I haven’t done this hourglass challenge because I don’t like weightlifting and it’s just not for me. I am so proud of myself that I haven’t stop doing this workouts even though I didn’t saw much results. I will be starting new workouts challenge tomorrow and hopefully I see more difference in my body than this one. ( If I can do it you can do it too, just don’t give up and continue )

Started today.
Day 1: Took me an hour and change to finish this video, I determined nonetheless.
Day 2: Felt like heaven compared to day 1, I loved the arm and back video.
Day 3: I literally cried my way through those Kneeling Step Ups. Today took the longest because I'm so sore from the first 2 days. Still finished though.
Day 4: The Arn videos are definitely my favorite. The fly ones are extremely hard for me tho. Did it in less than an hour though🎉
Day 9: I'm kinda disappointed in myself, I took those rest days to seriously and added 2 more😅. I didn't do day 5&8. So I'm gonna catch up. I'll take it as a punishment for skipping. Lord give me strength 😭
Yeah, so my period came around and said she wasn't having any of this shit. I really thought I could power through it but every motion feels like I'm gonna pass out or vomit and I have to sit down. And all this start 4 days prior to the flow. I guess it'd make sense that this could've happened, any tips on working out on your cycle? I'm guessing I'll just wait and start from the top cus this isn't the way I want to do this. Hiccups and stumbles but no giving up.

oh no the same thing happened to me! i had to quit a few workouts to throw up. it was a week before my period started. we have to be patient with our bodies during those times. kudos to you for trying!!

Don't worry at all, remember it's okay to take as many rests as you need! Listen to your body, it's completely fine to rest, especially during your period. Congrats and good luck on your journey!

After my second child, my body didn’t go back to the way it was after giving birth like it did after the first time… I started doing your workouts and was actually seeing results. People were noticing and complimenting me and I felt greater too. Then I lost my home and everything I owned during the flash floods and was living in a hotel room for the last couple years, and had become depressed. I’m now more than what I was before I got pregnant with my second child, and just finally about to start pushing myself to start up ur video workouts again. Its not gonna be easy, and I hope that I can continue pushing myself every single day!! 💜💜💜💜

Day 4: still on my period so i can't do it :( but i take walks everyday and try to move
Day 5: i did it ! i did cardio workout before this. And i sweated really good. But it went harder than i expected. So i am really proud of myself

@@samiaicha1450hi if you follow the program on the website she usually has you do about 2 videos per day and it goes up as you progress in the month. doing 5 might be too many and your form will get bad because you are tired and your muscles will be overtrained
In order to be consistent I'm going to be commenting everyday for a month, no breaks or anything and I will be taking a 30-45 min walk after my workout as well let's goo!!

Out of all the work outs that I have done from Ms. Ting, this has to be my new favorite. I have never sweated so much 😅. My legs felt like jelly halfway through lol. But I made it to the end. I'll definitely be doing this one more than once a week. ❤

Just started Day 1 of 2023 Hourglass Challenge! I liked this video a lot. Most of the exercises are totally new to me AND believe Chloe when she says to start off with lighter weight!! (Will upload every week)
Week 1
- I did first week and I am so happy about starting it! I never uses weights in my workouts so it's a new challenge for me. I was afraid of starting but I like It so much now! I did the exercises with 2kg dumbbells as light and 5kg as heavy (which I don't uses that much bc its not confortable for me). I am trying increasing the weights this week as it is recommended!
Week 2
- I said that I will try to use heavier weights but it's still too hard for me so I just did it with the flow and used heavier ones when I could for some exercise. But I do feel better and see little changes especially on my waist!! I am doing these exercise along with a small diet, I eat better and smaller portion and try my best not to fill my sugar craving (which keeps getting harder for me, I feel like working out with weight is making me hungry... If anyone have similar symptoms or know why is that??)
Week 3
- Already on week 3????? Time flies so fast, if you're hesitating on starting this challenge do it right now! I did it!! I was very tired and down for no reasons this week but I handled everything and managed to workout everyday. The 30min videos of this week was so hardddd too but I’m glad I finished the video without taking breaks 😅 I’m sad it’s the last week…
Week 4
- Finally!!! I had to catch up with friends after not seeing some of theme for a long time and they told me that I looked thinner even though I couldn't see any difference on how I looked myself so I was kinda happy! This challenge was very fun to do even though I had a hard time increasing the weights! I am currently doing another challenge but I am kinda sad because I've been eating bad since I met my friends so it has been 4-5 days that I eat junk etc and it's harder to do my exercises with such a weird diet. I hope I will catch up on my healthy journey quickly!!!

i couldn’t do the plank leg raises at all so instead i did plank dips! don’t give up if a workout is too difficult, just try substituting it! 🌟
p.s. of course i had to get my period this exact day 😅 i only managed to complete this one video and i ate way more than i wanted to lol. will do better tomorrow :) !!
