Could you do a video on what you did for gut health? Ive had a lot of issues similar to you and have to eat eay more calories than I i should need to gain. I got gastritis years ago ans have had issies ever since, Pooping 6-7 times a day etc
Put BB and BB eating style on pause for a while and work with doctors. My stomach/bowel problems went away with weekly fasting periods and dropping all condiments, sweetners, fiber, dairy etc. Got better after awhile, thank god!

There are different types of gluten free grains like quinoa, buckwheat and also potatoes, also where is some fruit or vegetables? Crazy bad diet.. Did you know that your body needs potassium to make stomach acid?
Get rid of the background music if not going to talk, instead go 2x speed on the stirring,etc ..... Also show less of the dogs. Viewers tune in for tips and knowledge..not dog play
