      Id be adding fruit n veg way more. Min. 3 fruit a day and 3 serves of greens. And maybe a potato meal or sourdough bread for fibre

    Could you do a video on what you did for gut health? Ive had a lot of issues similar to you and have to eat eay more calories than I i should need to gain. I got gastritis years ago ans have had issies ever since, Pooping 6-7 times a day etc

      Put BB and BB eating style on pause for a while and work with doctors. My stomach/bowel problems went away with weekly fasting periods and dropping all condiments, sweetners, fiber, dairy etc. Got better after awhile, thank god!

    Hey Hunter, have you tried cooking your rice with beef gelatin? I notice bigger pumps and more growth when I eat gelatin vs without. It also makes the rice taste better.

    Hunter. You're great on camera, but your video editing leaves something to be desired. Whoever is doing it, I'd have shorter videos, with music that doesn't have vocals.     Scissors arent a good idea for steak because if you cut flesh with the grain it will be tougher. Thats why you cut steak sideways and never lengthways

    Waste so much carbs by drinking some liquid sugar. Why not enjoy some gluten free cereal post workout with protein for example? 🙂 Also eating just white rice for carbs there will be lack of micronutrients like potassium for example.. There are different types of gluten free grains like quinoa, buckwheat and also potatoes, also where is some fruit or vegetables? Crazy bad diet.. Did you know that your body needs potassium to make stomach acid?
