I feel like Hafthors English speaking skills have come a long way in the past few years. I remember listening to him being a bit difficult but now it sounds much more effortless despite the strong (but cool) accent. Love his videos nowadays

It's pretty easy to make your own chicken stock, especially if your dad is a dedicated chef, just boil a leftover chicken carcass with a bit of veg/herbs if you want and that's it.
He should have him make some bone broth for those nutrients and protein and skip the stock. It’s a pain but so good for you

I sometimes eat canned sardines or pizza from the fridge cold without heating it
Canned fish is such a nice and easy source of protein, really underrated. Just make sure to check your mercury blood content if you really eat a lot of it

Hell yeah that’s awesome man! Glad it’s working for you. I add chicken broth to my meals especially meals with rice as well because it’s proven to raise glutamine and really help digestion. It made a hell of a difference when I added it in. Glad to see you back in strongman
