@Hunter Labrada-Scapula Retraction Question-with each rep, are you going for a full absolute stretch, retracting and pulling or do you stay retracted the entire time in between reps, that means range of motion is slightly shortened the entire exercise. What do you prefer? This will help me clean up a bit

Used to do these one hand over the other holding on to the bar. Ala Arnold. Great for the lats, but hella stressfull on the bicep tendons

@Hunter, with the Tbar lower lat focused exercise at the start, you mentioned no rocking, if some lower back motion is incorporated in the movement, isn't it another way to work erectors and the lower lats which are closely attached to the erectors?
