Reduvia helped me beat Bayle, Radahn, Gais, Mesmer... im shocked its not mentioned its got really fast bleed build up and projectiles that proc bleed too
Bloodhound Fang B tiet? No way. It has over 1015 AR on higher level quality build with Rakshasa armor (no buffs). Over 940 without the armor. On top of that, it has bleed, can be buffed and has 10% bonus to jumping attacks. No elemental heavy weapon should be above it imo, because all of them have at least 1 horrible matchup, while BHF can be at least decent against every Boss.
It doesn't have any special effects, it literally just deals good damage like every single weapon in this list already does. Might as well have insane healing, insane stance damage, insane bleed, insane range.. What the Bloodhound fang has going for it's just how easy it is to get, because it simply pales in comparison to more complete and full of buffs and equipment builds.
It's absolutely not better than any of the weapons above it. Some of these can get double AR and come with stance damage, bleed/frost proc, range, BB literally heals you lol
Magma blades are better than Magma wyrm's scalesword imo. It has lower stat requirements than the scalesword Two of them powerstanced is just a bit over half the weight of the scalesword. The ash of war doesn't leave you as vulnerable. And the power stance damage is much better than scale sword 2h attack damage. The stats saved from lower reqs and lower weight means you can invest much more into faith for better incantation damage. And allows you to wear better armor. Also, the fact that the magma blades are curved swords means the jumping and sprinting power stance attack each hit 4 times. That means that it benefits well from rotted winged sword insignia and millicent's prosthesis, and can rev up/proc their max tier buffs really quickly. That also makes it good to pair with the jump attack boosting armor and talisman.
An honarable mention regarding the new legendary Meteoric Ore GS is that it does extremely well against human NPC fights. Like your fights against Leda, Rakshasa, Dane, etc bc it knocks them to their asses on the AoW use. Extremely effective at those battles during the DLC
Seeing Giant’s Crusher in C Tier Completely Disqualifies this list. It’s The Strongest Pure Strength Weapon in the Game Paired with another Giant’s Crusher. Literally Every Enemy in the DLC has almost no resistances to physical. You can One Shot Fire Knights and Posture Break almost every boss. It’s even good against flying enemies. Saying it isn’t versatile is completely not true. I’m on NG+7 and it still obliterates everything. It’s at least S Tier
@@DreyfusLagoonyes but the one...if you dual wield it and jump attack you will destroy everything and if you use royal knight resolve:good job you found one shot build😂
@@Zweanderyea but it has trash everything else, now to be fair this list is kinda shit. But colossal weapons have some of the worst move sets for both pvp and pve. @@evercite1253 I don't do PVP it's trash you only need the good build like madness +sword of damnation and you destroy everybody I don't like it it's only about having a good build
It’s 100% an S tier weapon. A at the lowest, it claps very hard with wing stance, usually all the npc invaders died to me very quickly when I used it on my cold affinity frost knight character. And those ascetic guys or whatever, never died to a single one in the dlc, Milady was a big reason why 😂
Strange nobody ever mentions the bleedbuild Sword Lance. Its helped me trough many bossfights. I think it has the second highest bleed buildup of the game, combined with thrusting blade it slams.
Yeah serious miss. At only 60FTH it’s competitive with a higher investment Arm or DMGS, and you also get access to Golden Vow and FGMS. The high str and dex reqs make it a bit tough at RL150 tho
No mention of Greatsword of Solitude is wild. Its such a comfy and safe weapon. Guards incredibly well, tremendous Ash of War for closing distance and doing great damage. Just an absolutely solid weapon all around.
I've been exploring new builds to try in NG+ for Elden Ring, but I rarely see anyone power stancing colossal weapons or great hammers like the pickaxe. I've been playing with dual pickaxes a lot, and once I had enough endurance, I switched to dual colossal weapons, but pickaxes are faster. I added Wild Strikes with bleed to one of them, and every time I down a boss, I start swinging the bleed-enhanced pickaxe to deal massive damage in a short time. They're also great for counterattacks and funnily proc successive attack buffs really well. I've simply fallen in love with them.
Backhand Blade on C Tier is crazy, that thing shreds with bleed ash. With the LT you can just dance around the boss, hitting him for huge damage while getting easy i-frames.
Magma worm greatsword Backhand blades Falx Claws of night Giants crusher The great stars Bolt of gransax Greatsword Bloodshound fang Nagakiba Star fists Mohgs spear Sword of night and flame Mariah’s executioner sword Dark moon greatsword Deaths poker Wing of astel Bloodfiends arm Blasphemous blade Bandits curve sword Scavengers curve sword
Both weapons have little damage and having little damage forces a lot of jump spamming to improve their damage, now there are better bleeding weapons that cause much more bleeding and at the same time do much more damage per hit, for example greatswords, colossal weapons, great axes are much better at generating bleeding, also katanas which are fast and do more damage.
For jump attack only yeah (though gargoyle are even better damage wise, but shorter), but dual curved swords have a better moveset overall. Better running attack, better L1 and I'd say better solo moveset.
The lack of innate bleed build up makes them obsolete going back to the base game. If they had say 45 innate bleed so you could spec into arcane, they'd probably be.... b tier? C maybe?
@@chrispollot6147 bandits doesn't have inate bleed either, but you can put it on it. That's not a reason why they're not as good as curved swords. But they're a one trick pony with just jumping attacks doing higher damage. Curved swords have a better moveset overall giving you the ability to make a dashing attack build with dlc add ons for bosses with questionable hit boxes.
The 2 best weapons for sliding up to double damage with just talismans are eleanoras poleblade and falx.. with rotten winged sword insignia, lord of bloods exultation, crusade insignia and blade of mercy talismans (last one chosen instead of alexanders shard because both these weapons ash of wars can be used without fp and with barely any damage lost, just get a crit to get 15% damage for 30 seconds) with this setup, get a critical and within one ash of war use on either weapon all talismans will be activated which push my numbers from 1140 on a +10 falx to over 2280, 80 dex 55 arcane 33 strength
No Holy damage weapons hurts my soul. Black Steel Greathammer/Silurias Tree/Ordovis Greatsword/Barbed Staff Spear are all examples of amazing holy weapons that could've made the list. Holy is so good in the DLC too
got the deaths-poker for my int build, going into the dlc and i didnt use it for long, the heavy was really uncomfortable on that one. and now you even have the deaths-poker ashe of war in the dlc... so... yea xD
I know it's not as flashy but i like to use Lordsworn's straight sword. I like The Sword and Board type of build. Plus Square Off is a Poise break machine. Light attack does 30 poise damage and heavey does 40.
I’m loving my Thor build. Smithscrispt great hammer, heavy affinity and savage lions claw. Also running the smith talisman and lots of lightning incants.
I had a blast using a Greatsword with Frost and the Strom Caller Ash of War. I melted all bosses once it was set up and the Hyper Armor was great. The only issue was having enough Health/Defense at first to Trade with Bosses, but once thats done, its so easy a Game Journalist could do it!!!!!!
Why does no one talk about the Gargoyles twin blade? Emberbourne showed numbers and stats that when spec'd in STR and ARC and combined with bleed, its jump attack and numbers going into DLC were higher than scavengers/bandit.
I’ve been running with a halo scythe through most of the DLC along with the blasphemous blade being a faith/strength build. The ash of war makes pretty short work of most enemies. I have tried some of the new weapons but still prefer the 2 I brought with me
Been using Blasphemous blade to wreck this dlc and had no idea it had been nerfed. Haven't even used the magma talisman. The hardest part of using this weapon is lining multiple enemies up to kill with one shot.
Blasphemous blade got me through Elden ring and all dlc bosses apart from Mesmer where I had to use nagakiba with frost and consort rahdan where I used revira dagger which was so easy after I switched to that blood dagger, which makes me think it needs to be on this list
@@andrewcarr2657 the AoW isn't anywhere as good as he death poker. Maybe half the damage which is dumb. Tried it on a few weapons and it's not close which is a shame because it'd love it on the Claymore or lizard sword. Or a curved or straight sword. I guess they thought it'd be too powerful (which it would be) if just about any weapon could become the death poker. Reason is death poker is short, average stance pressure and speed, has an ok moveset (but Claymore or knight GS are better in it's class, not to mention other classes) and lower damage. It's carried by the AoW. But if you can put it on a nagakiba or another bleed weapon, you'd have a status building monster with a nuke AoW. And a great moveset. There'd be no reason to use anything else unless you want to challenge yourself. So I can see why From balanced it like that.
@@nickytheanimal2413 yeah I tried it too,you get double the damage on the ash of war on the poker, still it's nice to be able to use it on a different weapon.
what do you think about the fire knights greatsword? If you pair it with one of Messmer's AOWs AND the winged serpent helm it gets insane damage. This doesn't even include the plethora of ways to buff fire damage. It also has a colossal sword moveset which does good poise damage. With high investment into faith and strength, I think this sword should be a contender for this list. Also, why include the Curved magma wyrm sword but not include the magma curved swords? As you said, powerstancing curved swords is really good.
Crazy most of these weapons aren't good without buffs.... Bloodflame blade to be specific.... You can't put a weapon at the top if most of it's damage is from how it's buffed.... It would make more sense for you content creators to start doing best weapons with and without buffs.... Just a thought man.... Keep up the good work
I think the magma wyrm sword has a terrible R2. That chop is now slower than the regular R2 on other curved GS and its range is terrible. Out side its AoW, it has nothing going for it.
Hyper armor on the R2 is bananas! Jumping R2 into R1 is true combo for almost every enemy too. And off course, the AoW hit for 6k outside DLC and without buffing. Try 54 str and 30+ faith with Alexander and Dread and the job is done
@@enriquecoellotorres9537I said the AoW is really good on it, but I don't like the R2 move. It used to be faster than the regular R2 of other curved GS so it's short range was balanced by that. but now they're faster and have more range. Most moves combo on PvE enemies, this isn't PvP. Maybe not invaders but... they're not the brightest either. Imo there's better choices they could have put there. But then that could be said for a few of the choices they made. It's a really good weapon, I just don't have it in my top tier because I don't like it's look or it's moveset.
Where is the Anvil Hammer? It's literally the highest AR weapon in the game. It's the Giant-Crusher on steroids. Anvil Hammer has highest AR by far - 2582 for Anvil Hammer vs 1978 for Giant-Crusher (with my level and stats equalized and Heavy affinity on Giant-Crusher, or 2712 vs 2081 at max stats) along with highest stance damage. It's crazy! I'm running around in full Solitude armor with the Ritual Sword Talisman, Two-Handed Sword Talisman, Claw Talisman, and Taker's Cameo just massacring everything - and Taker's Cameo keeps my health topped off which gives me the damage buff from Ritual Sword Talisman haha. It's fun! Sometimes I dual wield Anvils and when buffed (with Golden Vow and Flame Grant Me Strength) that's 4245 AR, times two! There's no non-boss enemy I can't one-shot - and many bosses too! Like the Crystalian Trio for example. Three jump attacks = three dead Crystalians. Check out Nizar GG’s “The HARDEST HITTING Build In Elden Ring DLC".
It has a pretty slow moveset and low range. It can't be buffed nor infused and is locked with a trash ash of war that gets outscaled by it's lava version. In general it's not a weapon that will play itself, so it doesn't deserve to be on the top spots.
@@scofa. the ash is quite good, it will one shot knights, but then again, so will reg attacks with talismans. It deserves to be up there because it has highest AR AND it will one shot virtually every non-boss enemy. It's not any slower than the rest of the colossal weapons and greatswords. But if you want faster then jump attack or guard counter - it guard counters fast. It doesn't need to be buffed or infused, it is highest AR as it is. I don't even use the ash of war because you can just run from enemy to enemy one hitting them. Also, using stonebarbed tear on bosses makes them a joke. With solitude set and talismans I use I can just wade into a room full of enemies with abandon. At 96 poise I don't get interrupted and everything I kill heals me. I can clear out an entire dungeon/area without using a flask lol.
Nah, frostbite is so much less effective than bleed that it makes more sense to just proc bleed faster. Frostbite is really good in some situations, but it'll always be less desirable on bleed whenever an enemy can be bled.
At least this time he said it's for PvE which makes sense, unlike the last "best weapons list" they did. The reactions were priceless. Ranni got so mad a few times, she lost her accent.😂😂😂 I'd still argue with some picks here, but it's a better second effort. Maybe they realized they shouldn't talk about PvP because they don't know anything about it?
even for pve it's not that great of a list. at least it's not one of the worst list out there. giant crusher being anywhere near the top is kind of a joke.
@@mgiacmierhns8755 that's what I said. It's not a great list, but it's better than the last one they tried. Like ab C+/B- or so, when the last one was a D- at best.

My first build revolved around the blasphemous blade. I struggled against so many bosses and it was absolutely ridiculous. I don’t care what anyone says, it’s a C tier weapon.
Power stancing great stars is where it’s at. Jumping L1s are busted. So much bleed and stance damage. I didn’t play the game much until the dlc came out. I had a second child and just was too busy. I beat melania 2nd try because of jump attack stun locking her
How exactly do curved swords have better running attacks than backhand blades, when the heavy running attack of backhand blades is also a 4 hit combo, only it deals more damage and inflicts more status build up since it has "heavy" modifiers. Also how can anybody claim that curved swords have better moveset, when backhand blades have better heavy and charged heavy attacks, better ash of war, better running attacks, better (even abit slower but better) light attacks due to having thrust attacks, more range and 7 hits (compared to the 4 of curved swords) is beyond me.
No, bleed beastman is strong, but it's not stronger than occult scav or bleed bandits (lvl 200+). You can look up "Emerald Wolf Arcane Weapon Dive" if you want an in depth explanation.
i think the star lined sword, spear of the impaler, and rellanas twin swords all belong on this as well, the two hand attacks with the twin swords are amazing they hit hard but are very quick and good for going aginst multiple enemies at once, i use those attacks quite a bit you got the quick ash of war for medium range punish and you can knock enemies down or off ballance with the heavy ash of war. the star lined sword is clearly just ash of war that carries it. also is good for multiple enemies and is just like a new rivers of blood but int based, and mesmers spear has great running and jumping attacks , if you land the full ash of war combo it does tones of dammage and has the long ranged heavy that can be buffed with talismans for increase to throwable weapons and increase to lava damage
They really don't, and worse yet, they're very subpar weapons that are nowhere near the level of even the C tier weapons mentioned in the video. The spear is actually decent but the aow is very long and you can get interrupted.
Nope. Rellanas swords are terrible on a RL150 because they scale with 4 stats. You need a high level build to get something out of them or choose between regular attacks or 1 AoW attack. The magic AoW is slow and does terrible damage. And SoNAF completely outshines them. Stralined sword is good, but not top tier. Messmers spear used to be great before all throwing weapons got gutted. It's AoW has potential, but can be hard to land. It's a good weapon, but again not top tier.
Bolt of Gransax is S tier against annoying enemies because of the knock down. Most of them can never get close to you. Black knights, hornsent, etc are EZ mode. Also dragons, if you can get a high vantage point. They can’t hit you and you melt them. Against bosses, not so much.
I was looking for this Tier list cause I’m thinking to abandon my falx and I don’t know where to start ! Milady ? Blasphemous? Who knows maybe a Boing build with A hammer
You say a lot “oh but it holds you in place so naturally it has to be in B tier rather than S” like bro we level Vigor for a reason - oh no the boss hit me too bad my Carian grandeur just ate 3/4 of its health like it’s not that big of an issue if you make your build correctly
Im really struggling with dex weapons in end game content like snowfield or haligtree. I got an 80 dex build which weapons would you recommend? I dont really want to go for bleed but i think its the only good thing dex has going for.
I found the curved swords you put in S+ extremely situational in the DLC. There are enemies who don't care at all if hit by them. Like 80% of the DLC enemies are not phased the slightest bit. All difficult enemy types like Flame knights, curseblades, hornsents laugh you in the face while you have to dodge like crazy. Literally every fight becomes a dragged out battle to the teeth. In the meanwhile i whack them to death with dual giant hammer or dual great stars without ANY resistance. Every single non boss is basically just whack a mole. They get staggered even by hitting the floor beside them. So i wonder what you base your rating on. Because i doubt its overall usefulness. Raw damage maybe?
I saw a video where you showed the ash of the obsidian lamina changing when you perform certain other ashes.... i was wondering today if the bloodhounds fang changes it... i should've tried when i got home from work today.... tomorrow
I tried the bandits curved sword at lvl 150 it doesn't do the crazy damage these videos showcase. At least for me, so I tried a Milady build which I like a lot more anyway in terms of gameplay and cinematics. Something just feels right entering a boss room and starting the winged stance while you and the enemy walk towards each other.
You gotta buff both with Seppuku, Varres Mask, the new Gravebird Chest Armor, Jump Attack Talisman, Bloods Exultation etc. If you just put Arcane to 80 and then expect the 13k dmg perjump attack, youre not gonna get that. Setup is required. But even without, they are Top 5
Fire knight greatsword from the DLC. Can be farmed from messmers knights in shadow keep. Godslayer greatsword if you don't have the DLC. You can get it from Radahns great rune tower I think.
@@vijaybm9305 I do have the dlc. Just been busy getting my buffs up before tackling bosses especially since I just switched from strength/intelligence to strength/faith build. Definitely will look into those options that you mentioned. Got any other recommendations that are top tier or close to tier along with ash of wars that would suit a strength/faith build?
Most great hammers (great sta rs or the new black steel GH) with prayerful strike make this game a cake walk (and if you use mimic he becomes immortal). Sacred blade melts undead (Ghost flame dragon, death bird, skeleton), Blasphemous blade or Sacred relic are good on Str/Faith. All the crucible weapons are amazing and their AoW wrecks (imo the spear is underrated). As mentioned above the FKGS is amazing, especially with flame spear. The new Death knights axes and Great axe are really good too. Barbed Staff spear is pretty fun, but it's more Faith based. Shadow sunflower is really fun too and hits like a truck. Gazing finger is actually a STR faith weapon even though it deals magic damage (which can be useful on a holy resistance enemies) My beloved envoy longhorn was amazing but it's AoW has been gutted. But there's plenty of great choices.
@@matthewcostello8572 There are two aow in the DLC which are fire based. I think flame spear and skewer. The flame spear does great stance damage and has a follow up fire attack. The skewer is a projectile aow with low stance damage. Both go well with flame knight greatsword. One of the aow drops from a flame knight just before Messmer. In the base game, there are again two flame based aow. Flaming strike and flame of the redmanes. Both are good alternatives until you reach shadow keep in the DLC. Put these on aow on any greatsword/collosal sword. Other than flame based weapons, str/holy is also something you could build into. But, holy is only good against undead enemies and they are way less undead bosses/enemies in the game. While fire type damage mostly works on everyone except a few bosses. You could always just apply flame affinity to any aow you can find. Lions claw on a str weapon is normally good. The great hammer from black knights, again from DLC. Holy weapon but has a unique guard counter. Very fun to use with the new deflecting tear added in the DLC.
Anvil Hammer, hands down. Run it in a build calculator. The jump bleed build is also better with double blood knights twinblade... and now since they both have multihit running attacks. There's a new talisman to enhance running attacks now too
he's using pc mods/commands to give himself max strength and arcane and int but in ng+0 so his damage looks insane but he's just over levelled. just look at his ruins
It is debatably the best colossal greatsword, with it having the better lights of godslayers gs and thrusting heavy. But you can get slightly higher scaling for certain infusions with either zweihander or greatsword. And these lists are kinda of bad for both pve and pvp.(they usually have like 2 or 3 weapons that are known to be op and then sprinkle in other random weapons. I all honesty thought the difference between different weapons especially with the colossal greatsword and regular greatsword is not very big. With most of the options being good or at least decent.
I wonder what you guys at RGV smoked, in your previous Tier list you butchered the rankings with really good weapons and their scalings and now you're doing the same again
Well, I'd say this tier list is solid. too bad, this is based on weapon. if it's not, the lightning perfume with rolling spark would be a S+ or even higher.
@@cheesecannon1519 Not everybody use jump build. True with jump build its not necessary but I see plenty of builds not relying on jump attacks at all and are super effective where range matters a lot more

Why would you akimbo them? Unless you’re stupid overleved it’s much better to two hand strength weapons.
@@DreyfusLagoonyes but the one...if you dual wield it and jump attack you will destroy everything and if you use royal knight resolve:good job you found one shot build😂
@@DreyfusLagoonthey said NG+7 they are likely very highly leveled
@@Zweanderyea but it has trash everything else, now to be fair this list is kinda shit. But colossal weapons have some of the worst move sets for both pvp and pve. And you can’t consistently land power stances jump attacks on someone who knows what they are doing in pvp.(just run colosseum for a couple of match’s and you can see this.)
@@evercite1253 I don't do PVP it's trash you only need the good build like madness +sword of damnation and you destroy everybody I don't like it it's only about having a good build
damn no milady hurts my heart
It’s 100% an S tier weapon. A at the lowest, it claps very hard with wing stance, usually all the npc invaders died to me very quickly when I used it on my cold affinity frost knight character. And those ascetic guys or whatever, never died to a single one in the dlc, Milady was a big reason why 😂
Strange nobody ever mentions the bleedbuild Sword Lance.
Its helped me trough many bossfights.
I think it has the second highest bleed buildup of the game, combined with thrusting blade it slams.
I personally think it sucks in most parts of the game. The tracking against average sized enemies is just super bad. Not bad against bosses, though.
Yo, where the flame Knight's greatsword? The best pure faith dps!
Yeah serious miss. At only 60FTH it’s competitive with a higher investment Arm or DMGS, and you also get access to Golden Vow and FGMS. The high str and dex reqs make it a bit tough at RL150 tho
It would be in C tier
No mention of Greatsword of Solitude is wild. Its such a comfy and safe weapon. Guards incredibly well, tremendous Ash of War for closing distance and doing great damage. Just an absolutely solid weapon all around.
100%
Meteoric Greatsword is great also!
Backhand Blade on C Tier is crazy, that thing shreds with bleed ash. With the LT you can just dance around the boss, hitting him for huge damage while getting easy i-frames.

Scavengers curve sword
is there a reason people arent using the dual godskin peeler bleed jump attack build anymore? isnt it just curved swords but slightly better?
Both weapons have little damage and having little damage forces a lot of jump spamming to improve their damage, now there are better bleeding weapons that cause much more bleeding and at the same time do much more damage per hit, for example greatswords, colossal weapons, great axes are much better at generating bleeding, also katanas which are fast and do more damage.
They nerfed bleed buildup on twin blades
If we’re gonna keep up this theme of videos. Why not do videos for each damage type as well. Magic, fire, lightning, holy, pure physical, etc.
The 2 best weapons for sliding up to double damage with just talismans are eleanoras poleblade and falx.. with rotten winged sword insignia, lord of bloods exultation, crusade insignia and blade of mercy talismans (last one chosen instead of alexanders shard because both these weapons ash of wars can be used without fp and with barely any damage lost, just get a crit to get 15% damage for 30 seconds) with this setup, get a critical and within one ash of war use on either weapon all talismans will be activated which push my numbers from 1140 on a +10 falx to over 2280,
80 dex
55 arcane
33 strength
No Holy damage weapons hurts my soul. Black Steel Greathammer/Silurias Tree/Ordovis Greatsword/Barbed Staff Spear are all examples of amazing holy weapons that could've made the list. Holy is so good in the DLC too
got the deaths-poker for my int build, going into the dlc and i didnt use it for long, the heavy was really uncomfortable on that one.
and now you even have the deaths-poker ashe of war in the dlc... so... yea xD
I honestly miss the machinima build battle videos, you’ve come a long way man
I know it's not as flashy but i like to use Lordsworn's straight sword.
Can you do a Colossal weapons video?? With the talismans and armors you think are good to use?
Your channel has helped me so much, thank you for pumping out vids so fast!!!❤
Appreciate that man!
I have tried some of the new weapons but still prefer the 2 I brought with me
Im not the best at the game and am now using the finger shield. Whats the best spear to pair with it morgwyns (whatever it is) or the messmer
What specifically did you use on Rahdan?

I love how the dlc has shaken up the game. I'm having lots of fun with the new weapons. You guys make some of my favorite elden ring content!
Deaths Poker is now obsolete as you can get the Ash of War from the DLC deathrite bird and it goes on any Melee weapon
Yea tried both. Poker is better
@@nickytheanimal2413 yeah I tried it too,you get double the damage on the ash of war on the poker, still it's nice to be able to use it on a different weapon.
Nothing will beat blasphemous blade.
what do you think about the fire knights greatsword? If you pair it with one of Messmer's AOWs AND the winged serpent helm it gets insane damage. This doesn't even include the plethora of ways to buff fire damage. It also has a colossal sword moveset which does good poise damage. With high investment into faith and strength, I think this sword should be a contender for this list. Also, why include the Curved magma wyrm sword but not include the magma curved swords? As you said, powerstancing curved swords is really good.
Good video mate. Only thing I would change is Death Poker's. Should be in A tier since it is basically just it's ash, like Sword of Night and Flame.
Yo! I need to try this build, thanks!
100% agree with the curved swords in S+ tier, even I didn't see that coming
Would putting cold for scavengers, getting bleed and frostbite? Be worth it?
Nah, frostbite is so much less effective than bleed that it makes more sense to just proc bleed faster. Frostbite is really good in some situations, but it'll always be less desirable on bleed whenever an enemy can be bled.
Oh boy don't let Onlywaifu see this
At least this time he said it's for PvE which makes sense, unlike the last "best weapons list" they did. The reactions were priceless. Ranni got so mad a few times, she lost her accent.😂😂😂
I'd still argue with some picks here, but it's a better second effort.
@mgiacmierhns8755 True lol Scavs Sword being S+ and the explanation being "Having tons of buffs on them makes them amazing" is the weakest argument for why the weapons themselves are S+
@@hindae085 i have a build with those that i don't buff with seppuku (because they already have enough damage, just get damn utility on those) and you don't kill malenia, radabeast is immune to bleed, pretty sure rellana murders you before you land, promised consort doesn't let you jump attack.
and do we talk about death's poker ? yeah the dame is great, but anything remotely fast won't let you pull it off.
and everything in the dlc is fast.
I beat melania 2nd try because of jump attack stun locking her
Try this. Dual wield barbed staff spear. It's AOW works with multi hit talismans AND is bugged and applies the bleed build up
Ancient Meteoric Ore Greatsword
How exactly do curved swords have better running attacks than backhand blades, when the heavy running attack of backhand blades is also a 4 hit combo, only it deals more damage and inflicts more status build up since it has "heavy" modifiers. Also how can anybody claim that curved swords have better moveset, when backhand blades have better heavy and charged heavy attacks, better ash of war, better running attacks, better (even abit slower but better) light attacks due to having thrust attacks, more range and 7 hits (compared to the 4 of curved swords) is beyond me.
Yyke's War Spear is the true best and my favourite. It paired with the Eclipse Great Shield and I am walking through the game.
Gargoyle twin blades with the same build you would use on scavengers curve blades is S+. Even better than the scavengers curved blades
Exactly!
Also use the new black steel one. It gives me even higher AR.
cirques are a nice C Tier weapon that works well against NPC enemies. Great tracking.
Idk what I was doing wrong with the night claws, but I was not getting anywhere near the damage all the videos show of it. They were tickling people.
isnt beastmans curved sword better than scav or bandits
No, bleed beastman is strong, but it's not stronger than occult scav or bleed bandits (lvl 200+). You can look up "Emerald Wolf Arcane Weapon Dive" if you want an in depth explanation.
3:07 when he said however like that, it threw me off
Amazing how different the pvp list is by comparison
i think the star lined sword, spear of the impaler, and rellanas twin swords all belong on this as well, the two hand attacks with the twin swords are amazing they hit hard but are very quick and good for going aginst multiple enemies at once, i use those attacks quite a bit you got the quick ash of war for medium range punish and you can knock enemies down or off ballance with the heavy ash of war. the star lined sword is clearly just ash of war that carries it. also is good for multiple enemies and is just like a new rivers of blood but int based, and mesmers spear has great running and jumping attacks , if you land the full ash of war combo it does tones of dammage and has the long ranged heavy that can be buffed with talismans for increase to throwable weapons and increase to lava damage
Blackhand blade/miledy awesome
I saw a video where you showed the ash of the obsidian lamina changing when you perform certain other ashes.... i was wondering today if the bloodhounds fang changes it... i should've tried when i got home from work today.... tomorrow
About to face off against both Radahn and Miquella.
Good luck solider
@@Ben-jitsu23 it went great, I lasted less than three minutes and I only removed a quarter of its health.
You should do one video of the most interesting weapons/builds. Funky builds that work but is not just about super bunks hits.
Any recommendations for a strength faith build for top tier weapons?
Gazing finger is actually a STR faith weapon even though it deals magic damage (which can be useful on a holy resistance enemies)
My beloved envoy longhorn was amazing but it's AoW has been gutted.
Like the Crystalian Trio for example. Three jump attacks = three dead Crystalian.
I thought dual gargoyles twinblades were better than bandits/scavengers curve swords
The jump bleed build is also better with double blood knights twinblade... and now since they both have multihit running attacks. There's a new talisman to enhance running attacks now too
Magma Wyrm’s Scale Sword carried me through the DLC. It might be ugly as hell, but it is a blast to wield💯🌋

Need a tier list for quality builds. Since90%of the weapons in the dlc is dex.
I wanna know how I have all these weapons leveled to max at level 250 and can’t do anywhere near the damage you are.
Alot of your C tier is other people's A and S tier especially falx as fast as it melts bosses faster then most of the weapons on the list
Giant Crusher in C tier. This man is smoking something funky.
Is the fire knights greatsword not op?
It is debatably the best colossal greatsword, with it having the better lights of godslayers gs and thrusting heavy. But you can get slightly higher scaling for certain infusions with either zweihander or greatsword. And these lists are kinda of bad for both pve and pvp.(they usually have like 2 or 3 weapons that are known to be op and then sprinkle in other random weapons. I all honesty thought the difference between different weapons especially with the colossal greatsword and regular greatsword is not very big. With most of the options being good or at least decent.
Where would you put rivers of blood ?
I wonder what you guys at RGV smoked, in your previous Tier list you butchered the rankings with really good weapons and their scalings and now you're doing the same again
There are more insteresting from The DLC dude , Star Lined Sword EPIC!!!! Ancient Dragon Katana Super OP
Well, I'd say this tier list is solid. too bad, this is based on weapon. if it's not, the lightning perfume with rolling spark would be a S+ or even higher.
Beast man. Curve swords do more damage the bandit and scavengers there is a dr Titus vid on it
Its true but beastman have the second lowest range of all swords by a significant margin.
@@snoodge27You literally have to body bump with the jump bleed build anyways so range is a moot point.
@@cheesecannon1519 Not everybody use jump build. True with jump build its not necessary but I see plenty of builds not relying on jump attacks at all and are super effective where range matters a lot more
@@snoodge27 That is very true and I agree. I was mainly referencing the jump build specifically as far as range is concerned.
