    One thing I want to point out, which was hard to convey through the translated interview, is how PASSIONATE Bearlike is to this game (both as a player and developer). Listening to him was like listening to a professor where he'd break things down to make sure you follow. Very fortunate to have you and looking forward to great things to come! 🙌🙌

    The bonus upgrades are a very nice idea I think. I see only good improvements and the last unit the Worms were a big and pleasant surprise, nice creativity.

    Good questions and interesting feedback. One issue/question I would like to raise is the option which allows a player to cancel the match during match making. Cancellation is typically used when a player does not want to play against higher MMR players in order to prevent losing MMR. This is rather frustrating and I don't understand why that option is available (unless the user who cancels would get some sort of penalty).

      You can cancel? You just have to do it before the countdown reaches 4 seconds I believe?

      @@iSparty29 yes, you can cancel and that to me is the issue. This allows you to for instance only play lower or higher ranked players without being penalised.

      May have to confirm with bearlike but I was under the impression that cancelling puts you to the bottom of the match-making queue for the next game, so you'll have to wait longer.

    This game scratches the good parts in my brain when it comes to core gameplay, once it gets more developed I so hope it will become popular to the point of "other" auto battlers

    Ground only attack for mustangs would be interesting. You cut of its aerial abillity for dmg boost.

    Thanks for this. I would pay "real money" for the following skins: tall ass banners on FANGS that tilt as they attack move die. Crabrave claws on the CRAWLERS, obv.

    They should buff the energy shield that can be bought from the market in late game because even with the 40% upgrade it just disappear in a blink of an eye, or maybe they could add the option for some stronger but smaller energy shields but at double the cost, enough to gain at least a little bit of terrain at the start of the battle otherwise the shield really are just a waste of money since you do not need to win the first rounds to win the game.

      Thanks man! I used adobe premiere for the graphics (just a few colored rectangles really). It also has a pretty robust captioning option so that's how I got the text in the chatboxes.

    I wish they fixed the current issues first. Units need more build options and players need more stuff to fiddle and experiment with. All the random stuff needs to be offset with things that players CAN controll. Right now Units have one viable build and some units are downright useless. Equipment modules could be great, but they are to random. Hackers are either godmode or they are completely useless. This game needs more moving parts for more strategy, just new units doesn't expand that with how this game plays out.

      Personally I use all the units depending on the situation. Which unit are you referring to as "useless"?

    My only reason not picking up this game is because the position of the units not giving a proper control and feedback. It feels like more like fate and hope driven and not something i like in a tactical setup. If it would be strickt lanes and limited amount of space in them with the same arrow of their direction would just about do it, but just the arrows and put wherever is too much spread and pray. Because of this whatever place also incentivise to ballance spread across the lane instead of a stirct composition in a strict pattern. ANd since everyone else is under these constrains by no constraint, you end up in a blobl vs blob rather then a shaped spear with a shaft.

      After awhile you'll get a good sense of the aggro trigger radius on the units. Also, "mobile beacon" is an in-game mechanism used by many top players to force pathing. With the last few patches you can even have multiple mobile beacons.

    The only thing I would like to know is what MMR they are looking at for balance changes?
    Because they seem to make balance adjustments for issues that at low level play.
    if they are looking at overall percentages data that will be most representative of low level play as most players globally are low level.
    That's world be dangerous for long term balance of the game.

      I'll include this question for my next interview. However, I'm sure they're not just balancing for a specific segment of the player base (especially not the top, which accounts for less than 5% of the overall players)

      @@stoneymechabellum thanks. yes its only 5%, but my thinking is those 5% are closer to the 'truth' of the game. in a competitive game It's everyone else's job to figure the game out!
      Especially regarding competitive integrity towards a possible eports future like he has hinted at.
      Balancing for the masses would be like removing the off-side rule in football because most people play football at home!

      @@BuzzaB77 well said. with the game in early access and growing, I think their top priority is to get more new players in as quickly as possible. i hope their attention will eventually shift back to the competitive scene because that's what's keeping players. SC2 went through a similar phase.

      @@stoneymechabellum The seemingly dedication of the devs to their craft. They know their game at the top level, and look for the best player experience.
      As for the feature, the playing the round replay feature had me hyped up!

      Most looking forward to is the new chaff unit. Hope it will not be too niche; and a part of the start cards.
      I don't need the tournament replays, but would like to be able to play my own replays from a certain round on.

      As mentioned in the video and in the description, the interview was done in Mandarin, translated then presented using AI voiceover.
