Actually deers are color blind... that's why a lot of hunting gear is bright orange camo (the camo pattern is still important though, as they can see those).

please tell me the sample photos of the dear is unedited , the color is just so vibrant , it blows my mind. never experienced proper leica colors but this is just something at a whole other level. though to be honest i personally dont find the body to be all that sexy and much prefer leica's other classical looking bodies. large font spelling leica just looks like they are trying too hard , funny when literally every other brand does it but maybe their fonts are slightly smaller. who knows, but i know i'll never afford it so it doesnt really matter XD

I think most Leica shooters have a good reason for shooting Leica. As for the film M, it's a tool. Some people prefer the looks and/or handling over a similar alternative. Some people like using an M, for example, because it was/is the choice of their favorite photographer. For some it's both. And just like Canikon, once a consumer is invested in a system with lenses and accessories, they will tend to stick with it. Perhaps the reason why you say 'no one can explain', is that their opinion isn't good enough for you.

Without doubt the best mirrorless camera for amateur photographers with deep pockets. The L mount alliance offers more lenses than the available RF or Z mount. That is highly important. The medium format Hasselblad X1D II is a little more expensive and has a similar size and weight but lacks a variety of autofocus lenses and all of them are very expensive. Leica SL2 can have affordable native L mount lenses from Panasonic and Sigma. Sigma recently has introduced the full frame L mount 35mm f/1.2 and the 24-70mm f/2.8 but very impressive and not very expensive lenses. The Leica SL2 has a great future.
Some people complaint that the words 'Leica' shouldn't be there and just leave with the red spot is good enough. It's a pros and cons thing. Some people want to buy it because it 'scream out' Leica but it does attract unwanted attention. Pros n cos

Since I have two Summicron lenses which is 50mm and 85mm F2 made by Germany on Leica M4-P has passed to me from my dad and set there for 15 years then now I plan to get one digital camera with L mount adapter with full frame. Looks awful with that big billboard writing in the front .. I wouldn't touch this camera with a bargepole. Looks like a cardboard box knocked off in a garage! I don't care about the rest. And what's the point of carrying something like a sherman tank in 2020 when you are paying $10K to get going!! Ridiculous! I am thankful for the deer shots .. that was a big relief.

Not really a pro camera.. Best auto focus is a must for a camera of this price in 2021...unless you're got a bucket load of money to splashout on.
