update after watching main channel video: I understood far more than I retroactively wish to understand. The only real takeaway that I left with is that life is hard and we’re all trying to find love with those who are in community with us (and if one’s community only includes their siblings and grandmother, then it’s preferable that they find love with their sibling than their grandparent 💀) Thanks for saying the weird thing, and keep those hot takes comin 🙏🏻
Idk why i was so confused with Christopher Sr being a half uncle, my dumbass kept wondering to myself, “how does one become a half uncle? How does that work?” Also sometimes i forgot that technically Cathy/Paul and Cathy/Bart also counts as incest cause one is the adopted father and the other is her step father.. lmao?
HAHAHAHA so in the MOVIE Bart Jr. DID end up with his sister Cindy. However, in the book they just like travel around and sing together and are not married as for "Bart Jr also married his grandmother" I think what I meant was that Bart Sr. married Bart Jr's grandmother, who is also technically his stepmother since she was married to Bart Sr, but the whole family tree is a mess so I may have just misspoke lol
It is one of those ambiguous situations where she probably has a miscarriage but the narrative won't confirm it. Cathy is told she was given a D & C, the surgical abortion procedure, after she had a large amount of bleeding. She is told by her doctor that she wasn't pregnant, but that she needed to be cleaned out essentially. But then later she is told by Paul Sheffield's sister who does not like her, that she was having a miscarriage and it was deformed. I think it's brilliant to keep it uncertain. I do believe it was a miscarriage. With how inbred that baby was, it would not have been very healthy. 😢
