I love mixing the zesty Italian with some Worcestershire sauce and marinating chicken in that. My children also "shop" my freezers and pantry and I live it, gives me the feeling of still feeding my little chicks.

I hope you read this comment and discover that you can peel large quantities of garlic SO quickly at a time by chopping the end off, putting them all in a container with a lid, and shaking the tar out of it! It’s fun and effective! New to your channel and loving your videos!

Unsolicited advice but... I make breakfast sandwiches all of the time and the EASIEST way to do your eggs is buy a muffin top pan. Spritz with cooking spray, crack 1 egg per opening, break the yolk, stick in the oven for 7 minutes at 350. You can make 12 eggs at a time that way! I hope you try this, I think you’ll love it!

An even easier way is to scramble an egg and microwave it in a microwave-safe bowl for 1 minute! Was my go to in highschool!

For those eggs rings if you put a bit of water in a pan with the lid on it cooks much faster. Just add a little bit of water every once and awhile instead of putting alot of water. That's how McDonald's does it. I used to work there as a teen and a young adult. They butter the rings every time and break the egg yolk as soon as you put it in the pan. I hope that helps! Xoxoxo

I find if you throw your garlic into a prep bowl of warm water, the skin slides off neatly underwater and your fingers don't burn (or smell for ages afterwards)😉

I put garlic in my freezer too. I chopped mine very fine, placed it in a small zip top bag and flattened it out. When I need garlic I just open the bag and break a piece off. It doesn't freeze super solid so its easy to pinch some off. :)

My favorite marinade for chicken or pork is a Greek marinade that I make with olive oil, lemon juice, lots of minced garlic, onion powder, and Cavender's Greek seasoning. I cut meets in chunks, marinate for 24 hours, skewer, and grill for a fantastic souvlaki. Great with orzo, a greek salad, and Tzaziki!

Our concessions stands at sports games and church camps here in Oklahoma sell small cups of frozen pickle juice. The kids love it and it's great to help keep them from getting dehydrated during the hot summer.
The easiest way to peel that much garlic is to put the cloves in a bowl put the lid on and shake it until it's completely peeled. Learned this from Rachel Ray's tv program.

Also if you spray the silicon egg circles with spray cooking oil the egg won’t stick to them. How long do you heat up the breakfast burritos? I’m liking your videos. Thank you. Hugs from Australia.

So Kimmy here I am just full of advice, lol. When doing your breakfast muffins and burritos my hint is to beat up your eggs with salt and pepper and pour them onto a cookie sheet and bake in the oven. Stirring every so often just to get the layer done. Then take something, a glass, cup, etc and cut out for your muffins 1st. Then take the remainder and cut up for your burritos. Hope this helps! Blessings!! Oh also for shredding the block cheese. The same concept for cutting corn off the cob works great. Turn a bowl upside down on say wax paper for instance, that will support the bottom of your grater. And it will work great!! No knuckle grating or holding things at an awkward angle.

  • @pmbramucci1056

Not sure where I've seen this, but you could cook a pan of eggs in the oven, then use a biscuit cutter to get the round shapes you want for muffin sandwiches. Then you can mash up the leftovers for the breakfast burritos.

You do NOT want to kill bacteria in your private areas. That thing is crazy. When the toilet paper shortage happened, we bought bidets. Seriously the best thing ever. We use so little toilet paper now that we haven't bought any in over 6 months and we didn't even hoard. We use the bidet and bamboo washable cloths to pat dry. I only use tp during that time of the month. Saves money, so much less trash and better on the pipes.

This is so helpful to get me over freezer meal slump. Shopping my pantry and freezer to make a few easy things. Totally making pizza kits too! I love using Italian dressing on chicken and cooking it on the Webber. The charcoal smoke does something truly magical to the dressing! So good! Here is another amazing and simple recipe. Use BBQ sauce and a "healthy" squirt or more. The tang of the dressing goes so well with bbq sauce. Wishbone or Kraft, both work well for me. You can used chopped chicken instead of bone-in. I also add in diced kielbasa and bacon, serve on sandwiches. Great shredded too!

I always press the knife over the garlic cloves and press it and it's so easy to peal the skin off of them very fast.

Love french dips! We always use a roast in the crock pot (we don't have an instant pot 😅) and we use the au jus mix and a PK of dry onion soup mix and beef broth! Sooo good! 😍

Zesty Italian dressing mixed with soy sauce is another great marinade. I never thought to do just Italian dressing.
    ¼ cup of soy sauce
    ½ cup Italian Salad

For perfect round eggs I use a wide mouth canning ring. The inside is well greased before adding the egg.

Amazon sells paper deli sheets. Wrap egg sandwiches or burritos and freeze them like that and run under water before reheating in microwave. Paper keeps them moist and is super easy on the go!

DOUGH MESS TIP! I got this tip from another UA-camr “OurHalfAcreHomestead”. She used to be a baker at a shop. And she uses a tablecloth (folded) under her dough. It makes clean up so easy. I just use an old pillow case.....but I swear by it now. Now scraping flour from my counters anymore.

I don't know when you're due but if it's after we're "sprung" you can invite a good friend over and prep it all together. My bestie and I did that before she had this foot surgery that was going to take her out for weeks of bedrest. We cooked all day and filled her freezer. It was a huge blessing to her hubby & kids.
