Omg! I finally tried this Keto lasagna last night, after seeing this video awhile ago. We were BLOWN AWAY by how delicious it is! Thanks so much for sharing this and other recipes for us to try. As a diabetic, I truly appreciate these low carb selections. I can eat pasta again with no repercussions!
I appreciate that you don’t share recipes you haven’t tried. Sometimes it is frustrating to watch someone prep a freezer meal and never know anything about what it looks or tastes like when it is fully cooked. That egg bake sounds really good! I have a sausage seasoning I like to use for things like this. I use Italian sausage but I don’t like fennel seeds. The sausage seasoning gives that flavor to pork but in a powder form.
The hubby and I are really thinking about trying the Keto for a month or two. These recipes all look great!

Keto lasagna tonight! I made this last night and it was delicious and my family loved it.
Love the lasagna recipe. I'll be trying it. I like the idea of smaller containers line up too. But please be careful if you are eating keto to get block cheese and grate it yourself because shredded cheese have added flours to prevent caking. The added potato starch and other ingredients will take you out of ketosis for a day or so.

Yum! I make a low carb breakfast casserole every week for my husband and I to eat for work-week breakfasts. It has breakfast turkey sausage, onion, egg beaters (could use real eggs), cream cheese & cheddar cheese. My husband also likes jalapenos on his. It's so yummy. I made a keto lasagna like this not long ago. My husband and I really liked it. My kids were a little weirded out by it. LOL I can't wait to try the beef & broccoli recipe! The soup looks good, too.

Husband is going to be doing a weight loss challenge at work and he's determined his team is going to beat his friend's team.We are planning to cut down on carbs but not a true keto or low carb because cutting out carbs makes me sad and I know I cannot sustain. I will definitely do the broccoli bake. I like the sausage bake and the soup. The lasagna looks great but I'm a little worried about the labor intensiveness but maybe I'll get brave and try! These recipes with a green salad would be great and I think the kids would eat too. Thanks for the recipes. :-)

I made the keto lasagna last night. It is really good. I def will make that more often. Thinking about what else i can use those noodles for ! Your 100% right, you don't miss the noodle at all.
