The “Angels in the Architecture” quote made me go, “hmmm”, several times. Yep. Also, re news I heard about events in Moscow recently, your community is in my prayers.
I sent a link to the trailer for "How to Save the World . . ." to a few key people in my church, inc. the pastor. I got NO response except for one person, who just joined our church during the past year. Her response was to tell me that to "be careful" as Doug is a "controversial figure." She had just left an OPC church she was at for several years and indicated that Doug was "well-known" by her church. At this point, I see these sort of comments as proofs of the problems with the church. My church didn't/still doesn't recognize the sham of the covid lockdowns and rules, so it's really no surprise that they don't see that we need to fight. The feminization of the American Church is alive an well.

@@dotwarner17 Why would I respond by defining a word when we all have access to google or a dictionary? If thats the best point u have to make, its not worth the time to chat further. Every religious person who is pressed about bigotry says ‘Im not prejudice, I have nothing against (fill in the blank), its just against my religion or a sin or a biblical law…..’, etc. But all they r saying is that their chosen religion, the text they claim to b the world of God, demands they behave & think as a bigot. Its no less just because they claim it to b a biblical command. If God said that a father must murder his 3rd son, its still murder. Please, avoid the cliché ‘God hates sin, not the sinner!’ I dont break for bumper stickers or more realistically, I dont look to memes & tshirt catch phrases or tag lines for answers to deep philosophical questions.
Seriously, its ur choice to follow this stuff or not, but theres no denying that bigotry against the gay community is clearly stated in the Christian Bible.
@@friedricengravy6646 Are you saying Christians are wrong? Do you dislike their chosen lifestyle? Are you saying they should cease holding to their beliefs and change their behavior? Would you say efforts should be made to exclude them from positions of influence where they could spread their views? Would you say their religious identity and convictions place them beyond the pale of good and polite society? If you are, how is that not bigoted?

If one holds to the idea that the founders of this nation intended to establish a NEW idea where the flow of power was God - People - State government - Federal Government, then one would have to say that anything that gave the federal government more power added to the progressive ideal. In my mind, the passage of the 14th amendment in 1866, the federal reserve act of 1913, the social security act in 1935 and the codification of the internal revenue laws in 1953 laid the foundation for the dismantling of the educational, spiritual and moral fabric of America. The elite gain the financial base and the mental control through these seemingly benign actions. I would say there's no doubt that the minds of the people shifted from God to government in great part due to these actions. At any rate, it's plain to see that now we've 'progressed' to a flow of authority that looks like this: federal government, state government, people and no God!

Wow, you are living in a fantasy world. REAL churches, not woke dead churches, but REAL Bible-believing churches full of TRULY born-again Christians are NOTHING like you describe. I should know, I am a member of, attend, play the piano in the Praise Teams/sing in the choir/play in the handbells choirs/attend amazing prayer meetings at one!! Sermons are powerful and timely, NOT "canned", and the church I attend is chock FULL of true meaning, wonderful community, help and ample opportunities to PROVIDE help.

Deleting the video would show guilt, recantation, and a taking of responsibility for your words, in some degree. That will lessen some of the suffering against those you hate. It will give them a taste of the Justice that God is making on their behalf, if only to save them from death and death eternal.

Doug has boasted in his battles recently, and about how long he’s been fighting, yet he has not been fighting according to the rules. For instance, were I to argue you to the hilt and to the dust, Doug would not condescend to you aid, even if he took the time to witness it. Just the other day, he compared himself to Miss Piggy. Why should I be regarded as arrogant for simply pointing out, how my critique he cannot deny?
He is a haughty overlord, a tyrant, who presumes your work is his, if only for his own money making. He sits haughty and aloof from the crowd he summons, the crowd he summons to snoggle his soothe, like a pack of swine plummeting forward, swine he likes to think are his own, and made in his likeness. He muzzles you all with his haughty arrogance, though you take the time to tread out his grain.
We who truly, truly, serve Jesus recognize that the wages of our warfare do not pass away. The wages we are given, is not the mammon that Doug takes from you without sharing.
This is why Doug doesn’t condescend here, and why he has a history of blocking me. He wouldn’t be able to contend with my arguments were I one handed, drugged to stupor, and bound by every seminarian binding at his disposal.
He can’t contend with my arguments by muting or blocking me, or playing stupid or deaf.
He cannot contend because my arguments are from God, as if my testimony, come and see.
