Tabata is my favourite workout style. I seem to push myself harder knowing the work period is only 20 seconds. Loved the pace and loved the mix of conditioning and strength. Way to go team - we're in this together.

The Sydney Squad is incredible! The fact that it supports Sydney to keep providing these incredible workouts for us was reason enough! It has been extremely valuable in my fitness journey. I love having access to the full workout program calendar and the community aspect! She also provides so much guidance with nutrition!!!

Another one done!! I just want to give props to Sydney. I’ve had four babies, and to be doing what she’s doing and battling through every second while pregnant is super impressive!! It doesn’t matter who you are, pregnancy can kick your butt! I don’t know how she does it!
Great job, mama! I'm 10 weeks postpartum with my second. I didn't keep up with working out in this pregnancy like I did with my first and wish I had. But showing up now--can't change the past. Way to keep at it!!
