Breakthrough day e17 🎉🎉🎉I needed this workout after 5 days of sitting on the beach, ordered by my doctor! I am babying my feet and shoulder. This workout was epic, I made very little modifications, and I crushed it! Today is my 60th birthday and I am happy, healthier, and much stronger than I have ever been! Thank you so much Sydney and the Squad🎉🎉🎉

Thank you for bringing up bending your legs when you lower back isn’t full connecting with the floor. I was overdoing it on Sunday and now I have a sore by my tailbone. I need to dial back and think about that muscle to mind connection. Modified a couple bc of my tailbone but the other abs exercises worked great. I actually enjoyed that type of jackknife but who wouldn’t when you’re propped up. Thanks royal change team!!

Oh The Abs!!! They are screaming because I stuck with advanced moves keeping my legs elevated and in a seated position. Nutrition will definitely help show off these muscles. ❤❤💪💪💪
my favourite workout!! I so love cardio and abs - BUT INJURY in the high knee side steps - I got too close to my step board and down I went on my butt! hurt my sit bones and left wrist - went easy next round and it worked itself out but when we did the situps my sit bones were so sore - oh dear I can see a big black bruise forming already!! Darn it - thankful I didnt break anything! Thanks Sydney - I finished and love this workout
