I grew up with the Bee Gees, & you have no idea how happy it makes me, to see the younger generation discover the music we fell in love with !!! Barry Gibb, in my opinion, has the best falsetto voice ever, & what makes it so incredible, is that in his falsetto, he also used his vibrato, which is very rare! Thank you so much for this, they were brothers, & Barry is the last one, but please review more of their music, you will not be disappointed, & they span over years, & crossed many genres 😍 I also believe, that if there is music in Heaven, it would like like the Bee Gee's ❤️❤️❤️
Thanks for the breakdown on his UNBELIEVABLE VOICE.....All are amazing! BEST HARMONY TRIO EVER! BEST HARMONY DUO - RIGHTEOUS BROTHERS! Your thoughts??? How did they do the magic? Thanks again
These are 3 brothers from Britain. Long hair was the popular look back then. Barry Gibb in the middle is the oldest. I believe the other two are deceased now
This is the Bee Gees people.....Barry Gibb in the middle, his 2 twin brother Robin with hands on hips, and Maurice with the beard.....They also had a younger brother Andy who was an incredible singer. They have over 100 songs written for other artists that charted and 22 albums over 50 years....they are from Australia
Oh my friend, listening to the Bee Gees is a direct trip to paradise. Those 3 brothers harmonized like no one else on the planet. They wrote all their songs, made all the musical arrangements and wrote songs for great singers. They were also simply geniuses and may new generations appreciate their Talent makes me feel very good. I am 43 years old and my parents adored them. Over time I understood why and I adore them too.
You see back in the days you had to have talent. In the early days their was no auto-tune or any trickery an artist could really use to make them sound better, you either had talent or you didn't. The Bee Gees had incredible talent as did the younger brother Andy Gibb, sadly only one Gibb brother is left and that's Barry the lead singer of the Bee Gees. Good to see young people appreciate and respect old school music
The brothers actually went even another step further. They were the first songwriters to ever give the publishing rights to a song to a charity. I don't know if anyone has done it since them. But in this as in most things musical the BeeGees were definitely groundbreakers.
They are actually considered disco lol. The guy in the middle is Barry Gibb. He is the king of the falsetto. The other 2 guys are his brothers Robin and Maurice (pronounced Morris).
They didn't get into disco until the mid-70s, though. It was more pop before that, that they did. I know what you mean. They're mostly thought of as disco.
The Gibbs were, in my opinion, the most multi-talented families in music history. They wrote their own songs as well as writing songs for many other musical greats. In 1967, they wrote a song called To Love Somebody which appeared on their third album titled BeeGees 1st, but their first internationally, as the first two albums were only released in Australia. BeeGees 1st was released in July '67. Otis Redding was set to record To Love Somebody on his next album. Sadly, Otis was killed in a plane crash, Dec 10,1967. I thought for the longest time that they didn't record it themselves until after the death of Otis Redding. Their brother Andy Gibb had a very successful solo career as well until his death on March 10,1988. Just 5 days after turning 30. Andy had developed myocarditis, inflammation of the heart, which was brought on by a viral infection While most people recover from myocarditis, Andy's body was unable to fight the infection due to his history of drug use. Soo sad!
If you haven't seen the video showing Robin's grave site, it's really pretty and peaceful. Just across the road from his villa in the scenic cemetery. Andy's is there, too. I saw a clip of Maurice's funeral, and it was surreal!
Check out their song, I Can't See Nobody! The 1974 video is the best video of it. Robin aka the guy on the left is the lead in that song which was originally produced in 1967!
These guys are actual brothers.. The Gibbs (Bee Gees.. brothers Gibb) Barry in the middle and the other two are twins.. There are actually 5 or 6 of them.. but these three make The Bee Gees.. Barry is the only one left alive.. all the others have passed..
They are all brothers but the middle one, Barry, is the only one still living. Barry just released a new album of Bee Gees music on Jan. 8 and it is already #1 in the United Kingdom. They started singing as teenagers I believe.
the bee gees in my opinion is the best band ever , they have along list of hits K they once had 5 hits in the American top 10 chart , they have an endless list of everlasting songs , please react to ( staying alive ) ( Dimensions ) ( hoe deep is your love ) ( tragedy ) ( for whom the bell tolls )
I love that you love this! It takes me back to November 1978 when I bought this single. It blew me away, even though I was a Bee Gees fan as early as '75 - '76. This is one of their best, but they have more than forty years of music. Enjoy, I know that I have and still do!
He Sings With So Much Love & Has San Angelic Voice All Of The The men Are DeAd & The Middle One Isaalk That’s Left , They Are Real Brothers ! Harmonizing This Prefect Gift ! & Never Hear It Again ♥️⚜️🌹🕊😢💧
By the date of this recording, the BeeGees had already been singing together professionally for 21 years when Barry was 12 years old and the twins were just 9.
The BeeGee's"brothers Gibb"are from The Isle of Man.Barry(the center)is the oldest brother, Robin (clean shaven)and Maurice (pronounced Morris)are actually twins.Rhey had another brother named Andy who had a solo career and passed away really young. Then Maurice died from an undiagnosed repairable birth defect. Then Robin died of cancer. The only brother still alive is the oldest,Barry. He and his wife(who I like to think this song was written about)have 5 children and been married for 46 years.
You were as entertaining as they were... a double punch. Good reaction. I went out looking for reactions for this song and found you. What a delight. Subscribed and gave a like. Thanx!!!
"They look like Jesus!!" 😆 That's Robin with his hands on his waist. They all have very unique voices and sing lead on different songs. They have 22 albums and are brothers that have been singing together since the 60's. Barry ("Jesus") is the only one still living sadly.
They also had a younger brother named Andy Gibb and he had a solo career, where he did well. Unfortunately drug and alcohol abuse took him at a very young age. Search youtube for him.
Here are some facts about the Bee Gee's: 1.Barry Gibbs is 2 years older than I am. I grew up in this Era called DISCO. 2.Barry was the lead singer and his brother's were mostly backup, but all 3 were GREAT. 3.This was Family Harmony at its best. (Three voices sounds like one). 4.They were a normal band until they tried something different. 5.It was an accident, they decided to sing "FALSETTO" for fun. 6.The people loved it, and DEMANDED more. 7 This became their unique, signature sound, and trademark that shot them to the top. 8. Barry was the lead singer, Robin and Maurice HARMONIZED ALSO IN FALSETTO. 9.Their unique sound that made them famous. 10 If you listen close you can hear the Falsetto of all 3. 11. It became their standard. The Disco Era was dying at this point. 12. The Bee Gee's Music, breathed new life into the Disco Era. 13, That kept DISCO alive and popular for many more years. 14. The Bee Gee's wrote 1030 songs in their life. 15.They wrote many songs, for other famous artist, who made those songs famous. 16.They broke many long standing records, in their lifetime. 17. Feel free to check out my facts for yourself.
I love your energy and smile sir! I always thought it was funny that these guys sound so heavenly and Barry "looks like Jesus". 😁 Hello from the USA....and love to you sir!
Only artists to sell more albums were elvis and the Beatles. Barry the brother in the middle was 1 of only three songwriters to have 6 consecutive #1 songs. The great songs they wrote for other artists including soul artists was amazing
I grew up with these guys when everybody considered them disco, they didn't like that they were looked at them like a disco group, all the songs in Saturday night fever were written before the movie was even thought about. This is a great song, Fanny be Tender is one of my favorites.
I 2nd that notion... Stayin Alive is a trip because hidden within one of the most infectious grooves of all time, there is a simple and very inspirational song about persevering through the hardships of society. It's a timeless classic and is relevant in today's world. Guaranteed to make you feel good 👍
See if you can see their BBC concert video where they perform live (bass and guitar) and answer questions from the audience in between songs. They sound JUST LIKE THIS playing live.

All of the Gibb brothers including little brother, Andy, could sing in that amazing falsetto voice. But Barry was the master. He was able to exorcise more control over it.
This song is just perfection, plain and simple. Perfection.
Greatest of all time period.
This dude would make coffee nervous!
"Hair look like Jeeeeeeeeeh-sus!"

I really love your attitude! Enjoy the Bee Gees, they have many hits!
Live band, no auto tune, no computerized voice enhancement and one mic for all three of them. Back then (1979). singing was just pure, raw talent.
The Bee Gees were the greatest ever!! Their music touches your heart and soul!!! Absolutely beautiful
Your opinion

Good opinion

The Bee Gees are a english national treasure.
They sing like ANGELS
Yes, the Bee Gees are angels. I've heard this hundreds of times and it still touches my heart.
Very talented brothers wrote composed and arranged and sang all their own music.

Auto tune is for people with no talent ...this is not autotuned this is an example of real musicians that are some of the best in the world period !
It’s a love song for the ages…times less…classic…stunning
I am 50 years old, this is my music. I have seen many reactions to this song. I have to say yours is my favorite.
BARRY CALLED TOO MUCH HEAVEN THEIR MASTERPIECE...IT IS BIBLICAL, ANGELIC....TIMELESS...

“I wish they’d never stop singing” 💓
Do this "You should be dancing." If you don't get up and dance to this song, you are dead.
I love your reaction my brother... Beautiful

This song was written and donated to Unicef and has raised over $11 million so far. It's probably helped to improve a few African lives.
The brothers actually went even another step further. They were the first songwriters to ever give the publishing rights to a song to a charity. I don't know if anyone has done it since them. But in this as in most things musical the BeeGees were definitely groundbreakers.
What the hell? What does The Bee Gees' "Too Much Heaven" have to do with Africa?
Im exhausted just watching & listening to youre reaction
😂😂😂😂😂

This was from the late 1970's.
It never ceases to amaze me how much joy these 3 guys still give people.

More Than a Woman has always been my favorite. They have so many hit songs. They had a younger brother Andy Gibb who was also great but died young.
Check out their song, I Can't See Nobody! The 1974 video is the best video of it. Robin aka the guy on the left is the lead in that song which was originally produced in 1967!

BARRY is the only one still living he has been married to his wife Linda over 50 years God Bless them and there 5 children and all the Gibb family

Not a auto tune in sight. This is why they were and still are the greatest singer/song writer ever
Love this classic tune. Never ever gets old.
Best time in history for great music. So blessed to have been apart of that beautiful era of music.
It's like they invented harmony!!
They are all brothers but the middle one, Barry, is the only one still living. Barry just released a new album of Bee Gees music on Jan. 8 and it is already #1 in the United Kingdom. They started singing as teenagers I believe.

Absolutely Jonothan. I can only conclude that someone has not quietly informed him that he is,indeed, an African.....
Really??🤣🤣🤣😂

Actually, Robin is on the left, Barry (the looks and voice) is in the middle, and Maurice on the right. Unparalleled harmonies. Astonishing talent.
They have over 1000 songs that they have written, not just for themselves to sing!
Love Jesus and Robin is my fave of the bee gees
😂Berry Jesus srop y'all
The energy of this guy is off the charts.

If this song doesn’t melt your heart, you have never been in love.
I love your energy and smile sir! I always thought it was funny that these guys sound so heavenly and Barry "looks like Jesus". 😁
Hello from the USA....and love to you sir!
All of the Bee Gees can sing, you should listen next to "Fanny Be Tender", you'll here all of their distinct voices. You're hilarious, ENJOY!
Only artists to sell more albums were elvis and the Beatles. Barry the brother in the middle was 1 of only three songwriters to have 6 consecutive #1 songs. The great songs they wrote for other artists including soul artists was amazing
It's this a great song that hits all of the marks.

Very good!! React For whom the bell tolls live Bee Gees...
The hairstyle of Barry, in the middle, has caused "hair envy" for men since the '70's. They've wanted hair just like his.
and, of course, "Stayin' Alive" :)
I 2nd that notion... Stayin Alive is a trip because hidden within one of the most infectious grooves of all time, there is a simple and very inspirational song about persevering through the hardships of society.
