    I've always either hated or was neutral towards the yoga classes I've taken in the past. I thought they were too technical or too slow. Your videos and this program are easy to follow for beginners like me, and you are technical and precise just enough. Your videos restored my hope that one day I'd be able to like yoga. Thanks so much for your work.

    I've been doing yoga for a few years now and honestly never took the time to make sure my postures were correct, besides the one off chance an instructor came over to fix my posture during class. I honestly was weary at taking these courses, out of fear they would be too slow and not challenging. However, I can say I'm so happy I decided to take a step back and learn the proper postures. I've seen a dramatic improvement already! Since I've been practicing for awhile, I tend to do two of the videos a day (skipped day 7 and will return once I hit my 7 days). I'm looking forward to completing the 30 day challenge and am already considering purchasing the Headstand Course - something I have always been weary of trying, for fear of snapping my neck. Thank you Tim! I've never had an instructor that's been able to clearly define the posture while keeping the flow of the session. P.S. I'm aware I'm taking 2 year old courses and there's new 2019 courses available, however I tend to like the instructions from the teacher as they're doing the pose, as it seems to flow better for me.

    The breathe pause at the end is kind of stunning to me - I've never been able to do it without feeling short of breath (& kind of panicky) until today. Thank you!

    I came across your 30 day Yoga course because I want to built strength and do some of the basic asanas properly. I am usually not a fan of Vinyasa, because 95% of the time Vinyasa feels rushed, and no time to process the poses, or even just breathe. I really like your pace, it's not too fast, and not too slow either. I can already feel how I am gradually getting a bit stronger, which is awesome. I am really glad you are offering and have created this 30 day Yoga challenge, it's just perfect, and I actually get to repeat what I am learning and get better at it, instead of new things all the time and not knowing one of them properly. Thank you so much.

    This was my day 8 and I am slowly progressing. I am 54. Though I have been quite active but I am slowing down and have gained some weight. Love the step by step approach to the complicated asanas. Fan for life. Rupamala from Kotdwara(near Rishikesh)

    Thank you so much for this. I started this challenger earlier this year but then broke my ankle, Im finally back into it and SO enjoying a deeper connection with my body and my yoga. This series is so great! Bring on week 2!

    Thank dude. I consider myself a bit of an athlete and this challenges my body in so many new ways. I have a knee injury that I'm rehabing and focusing on strength and balance so I figured yoga could help in this regard.

    This is the beginning of week 6 of UA-cam yoga for me. I'm continually learning something new. I liked the day 8 video more than the previous videos. I worked up a bit of a sweat with this one and I look forward to days 9 - 30 to find out how yoga can be used to build cardio as well as skeletal muscle strength.

    Hi Tim. I’m really enjoying this 30day yoga practice. I’m not new to the poses so far but I have to say, I have never really been shown the processes to get to these stages. I usually just jump in and get on and through this, I feel I have weakened my wrists from doing strong poses and not warming up my ligaments first.
    So pleased I came across your page. You explain every thing so well and take your time, which in most cases, I usually I find hard it hard to stay focused connected but you seem to do this in a good rhythm. Many thanks.

    Hi Tim! I'm following your lesson for about 1 year. I feel so good after :). Unfortunately, I can follow every day, but whenever I had about half an hour, I'm on my mat, often after my job, in the evening. More than this, I follow you also because I adore english, so is a double practice, phisical and mental.My dream now is to join one of your faboulous retreat! Maybe one day I'll make it. Here in Milan, there will be a fair exhibition about oriental disciplines ( 3-4-5 and 10-11-12 of February), at the moment I take confort with that.

    This Day 8 yoga has been great for me. I find it very challenging and it really wakes my body up. I've done it a few times and I think I'll do it once more tomorrow and then do day 9 after day 8 three times because i think i have a lot to learn from day 8 still. Thanks Tim for this great workout.

    Thank you for this Tim. It's remarkable how changeable my body is. Some days I feel strong and supple and some days, like today, I'm a shaky, stiff, sweaty thing. I'll pay attention to whats happening to see if I notice a pattern.

    8 days in and I'm loving this 30 day challenge. I'm new to yoga ( I did a 2 month intro first) and then found this by searching "Yoga for Strength". I didn't think I would be able for it but taking it easy is the key. My hams/legs are still quite tight but I'm getting there. Thanks a mil Tim!!

    Woke up to a stressful morning. After I ran my annoying last minute errands for my family, I cam back to do day 7 and day 8 of your yoga teachings. I feel a huge difference after doing yoga. So grateful! Thank you again for teaching us the importance of breathing exercises. *LIKE*

    I'm getting older and my joints were letting me know. My shoulders would hurt so bad I had almost no strength in certain positions. I started doing yoga with you and I have full mobility, strength, and almost no pain regardless of my arm position.

    I appreciate these videos as they are teaching me the basic moves to help get the body more flexible. I have some issues with my joint, and I am wondering, whether I should repeat the firsts videos a few times or simply move along.?
    Some of the moves up until now ok for me, but there are others that are rather challenging and need a lot more practice.

    Love the progression as I am still able to keep up with the sequences. Having trouble holding the half moon though. I am fine until I have to raise my hand in the air, then I start to lose my balance. I'll get it soon.
