Thanks, Tim! I am so glad I came across your channel before I joined any other "live" yoga classes. The ONE yoga class that I did attend, was intense, but fruitless in a sense because there was so much focus on airy-fairy ideals, that the physical class got lost in it all. You are doing a bluddy good job.

Seriously am loving this entire process. I’ve flirted with doing yoga for real for like 15 years. I lift heavy, I climb, I’m a fireman. My body is constantly under stress and I really enjoy it. This is new and different. Tim really explains it so well that I can follow along without fear. I’m already noticing better proprioception, flexibility, and peace of mind. I started a handstand practice before I even did this and this helping me so much with that as well. I look forward to it everyday and miss it when I don’t get a chance to do it. I’ve even begun to do the flows in my firehouse and it helps me center myself there as well. Tim, thank you!

This has been such a great challenge. I realize you did this some time ago, but wanted to challenge myself. Every full day has been helpful in improving postures, and breathing. I've taken the liberty of repeating other days as well, which has been very helpful. Thank you for taking the time to share and to teach what not to do.

This is great! My two teenage boys are home schooling this year, so we are using Yoga with Tim as their physical education unit. We have completed 15 days so far and they are planning to go on to the hand stand course when we complete the two 30 day series.

I'm really glad that this is happening in bits and pieces- it's allowing me to focus on proper alignment for sequencing. I'm surprised by how a little everyday can go such a long way. It feels good to have a new strength in these poses. I've been doing yoga for years but never really got the education to do it in a safer way. Thank you so much for taking the time to put these videos up!

Like Crystal I found this video extremely useful and I am loving the 30 day to revisit the poses with mindful attention. Thank you Tim for reminding me how important it is to slow things down even when we have been practicing for some time. Studying yoga for 12 years and I was lucky to start with a very experienced teacher who had the insight and experience to slow things down like Tim, it has prevented me from injuries and I think helped me enjoy the practice much more.

Wow - I LOVED this practice. Tim this is what I meant when I said that I preferred a warm up using yoga poses rather than swinging the arms etc. Both have their uses and their place. I prefer this as I have limited opportunity to practice yoga and do the other stuff in my other sports. Thanks for a great practice. Namaste.

Hello Tim. I just wanted to say thank you for making this channel. I ,and am sure others, feel that this channel is very helpful in daily life and you are a very good teacher. You have a positive outlook on life and help beginners really understand and do yoga well. I just have one question. My feet and hands sweat a lot, enough to make them slide when I do some poses like downward dog. Is this natural or am I doing something wrong? Again, thank you very much and have a great day!

Hi Tim! your videos are great, I'm getting addicted to it! Sometimes I hook to a video, like these 15 warm up and I repeat it some days and after that I do some other videos if I need more.
In general I feel better, more flexible and stronger, but lately with this 15 had some little lower back pain (maybe I'm doing wrong down dog or full forward, I don't know). I guess I need to listen more to my body, see if I'm doing well the postures and know better which videos are more adequate in each moment.
Thank you for sharing your videos and your knowledge!

Tim, I love your videos. Yoga-ing with you is a highlight that provides an improved mood throughout my day. I work construction and find this very helpful in keeping my body moving properly. What keeps me coming back is your gradual building into moves and sequences to build strength and proper posture. I've found several pointers, such as lifting from above the knees to improve my downward dog, to help unlock the true expression of a posture for me. Along those lines, what do you mean when you say to "pin your hip in"? Could you explain that using other words? Also, what is proper hip alignment when doing warrior 1 (and crescent),2, 3, and lifting back leg to sky when in down dog? Should my hips always be as square as possible or do I let one side open up (which allows for more, perhaps improper, movement.) Finial question; any tips on how to improve flat back when coming up from a forward bend? If you could address those three questions when you have time, I'd greatly appreciate it! You da man. Thanks, Fran

When opening up from warrior 3 (left leg extended in line with spine, right hand by planted right leg, left arm up opening chest) I'd want my left hip open and not square?

Lol, well you were saying you should feel like you're plugging your inner arm into the socket whilst stretching out the rest of the arm and forearm. So I guess you mean to plug in your arm while straightening your elbow? Because to stretch your arm out would be the opposite effect of plugging it into the socket.
