    Hi Tim! I've been following you for a while now. I have diastasis recti from having children which was made worse by lifting heavy weights and my posture was getting worse and worse. I looked like I was 5 months pregnant at the end of each day even though I'm only 110 lbs. After being consistent with your videos for the past 6 months I am able to hold correct posture ALL DAY!!! I stand taller, my belly doesn't pooch out, my back doesn't sway and my diastasis recti has almost closed. I've explored other yoga teachers but I always come back to you because I really need the cues and the time in the poses that you allow. Thanks so much for your time and effort you put into these videos. I recommend you to everyone else I know that is interested in yoga!!

    Your videos are gold, Tim. Commentary about pelvic form and breathing (just to name a couple) are exactly the subtle tips I was lacking. Already I am achieving deeper folds and longer reaches with less strain. Thoroughly looking forward to the rest of the series. Namaste!

    I had a slight arm muscle injury in November, and it threw my new daily yoga practice into a tailspin. So this 30 day challenge is EXACTLY what I needed to get back into the routine in a gentler way. Thank you for helping me build back my strength. I'm already feeling that heat in my body again.     Thanks Tim! My boyfriend and I do your yoga lessons together. He has autism and is colorblind and doing yoga helps him interact with others and see colors such as brown and purple. For me, it is helping me think of new gluten free recipes to cook on the weekends. Thanks again Tim you truly are an angel.

    Tweaked my shoulder a little during day 1, but feeling better already with day 2 behind me. I can really feel the 10 year-long lack of yoga in the many tight places and glad they are getting yoga love again!

    I felt slightly sore the morning after Day 1. Went through my usual stressful day, only to find out I craved for yoga, more so for my mind than for my body. I'm happy that I can keep this up, even if for just two days so far. Namaste. Hitting play!

      well done Debbie, I bought a membership last year for the Man Flow Yoga (I don't know if you heard about it) but I haven't practiced it at all. I finally started 3 weeks ago, liked it and decided to add more so this challenge was my choice. Stay motivated :)

    Thanks Tim for providing this yoga journey. I'm a year and a half into yoga now. I started with Wii Yoga, kids moved out and left the Wii. Then I found Yoga with Adriene. Much love Adriene!
    I like how you stay in the poses a little longer, like the Wii did. I like that a lot. I'll only three practices in with you so I haven't learned , hmmm how do I word this? Your words that describe what you want us to do but I'm sure I'll get used to them quickly. What I mean is I'm looking up at the TV to figure out if I'm doing the movement properly and them your off to the next movement. My problem, not yours. Have a great day Tim and thank you.

    Back at it! I'm unable to use full movement of my left arm because of an injury that seems to require surgery to repair, so modifying poses. Very grateful for this practice (since I have yet to find a studio in Hanoi I like) and my renewed commitment to my body's physical health and mental well-being. Yay for 2018!

    I love these videos! I appreciate that you go a little bit beyond the typical beginner's yoga but are not insanely advanced (yet)! You give some cues that I've never heard before and they make the poses so much more effective (i.e. lower ribs in while leg lifting). It's helpful for me if you indicate "left" and "right" (i.e. in twisted triangle) as your guiding us. It doesn't matter to me that we're not mirroring you because in those cases, we're more listening to you than looking at you.

    Done! I'm happy you are helping with building strength for chaturanga! I've been taking yoga classes for over two years now and I'm still struggling with that! Nobody takes the time to check if everyone can properly do it, they just assume you'll figure it out one day haha.

    Really looking forward to try this 30 days challange. Been practicing yoga for years but haven´t really evolved in my practice. How you construct your flows and give instructions are really making me understand the diffrent poses and seeing them in a new light!

    I really like the way you introduce the poses slowly allowing for improvements each time. I was without exercises for over 9 months due to a very bad tennis elbow. I still feel pain and need to take up exercise slowly. Your lessons are just great for me. I'll certainly be sending in my donations. Thank you!

    Hey Tim, I just wanted to thank you for doing such a great job. These clear videos, with all the specific instruction, plus your pleasant and easy manner make it easy to keep up a practice. My partner has recently started a yoga practice, and because he is following your instructions, I know he's learning all the important stuff so he doesn't get injured. He's 61, and is loving it.     Only day two and feeling better already. I've done yoga before but found it complicated and overwhelming. These repetitive moves with gradual progression are perfect and allow me to maintain correct posture as I'm not constantly trying to perfect new poses. Yet, I can feel my whole body has been worked. Thank you, really looking forward to day 3 😃

    Hello, Tim! Thank you for these videos. I am so excited that you are doing this because I am hoping I can get my Husband to try it out -- he doesn't feel particularly motivated with skinny Gumby ladies busting out their moves -- he feels we are innately more flexible and he just wasn't created to bend and stretch. It is nice seeing a man sharing his yoga - hope Hubby will try to stretch out his legs - his hamstrings are more like rebar rather than stretchable muscle. Wish me luck!

    thank you very much Tim! I really like your videos, I started practicing yoga because of a depresion problem I had (cause I'm working on it, so I stay positive) and yoga has helped me a lot in the past and I'm sure it will help me be balanced again, I love your lessons cause I can do them, some movements with a little more effort but it makes me feel awesome that I can do them, sometimes I see asanas that I cannot perform and it kind of brings me down... but this is notthe case, thank you!

    Great instruction! I really like how you talk us through every detail of every move. I especially like how you verbalize when to inhale and when to exhale. That's super important for me because sometimes, when doing yoga, I catch myself holding my breath.

    FINALLY someone who teaches how to do a proper chaturanga! I've been attempting it terribly for a while.
    Quick question: on the ab workouts on the ground I find that my neck tenses and shakes. Any recommendations for how to either relax it or modify but still get stronger?
    Thanks for your videos Tim. I've found your style to be achievable, but challenging. (Usually it's either too easy or way out of my league.)

    You're such a great instructor and I feel like I can do this without even look at the screen. Can you do a series on inversions and head stands?? How to get to the doing the splits type things while in the head stand?? I don't k ow the proper word. Anyway- you're awesome!!
