Its good and bad, but with that said you might as well paint the whole car! 😅 i like to leave original finish whenever possible, if I could get away without blending I never do! 🙌🏻

I hear that is a difficult color to spray. But I have a question on the headlight, was that a new one,and you sprayed a clear coat, or was it refinished orginal light? If it was the original light,what is the final sanding grit you used? But that color sure idsweet like candy

The one i cleared was the right side one which was very faded, since we replaced the left one with new we decided to refinish the old one so it matches. 1000/1500/3000 grit… if it is really bad use 600 first!

​@@LncPainter ok cause i seen different people do it differently. Some do 220 to 400 then clear it. I tried to do mine?i think i sanding it to much. Plus for some reason it came out worse then before. I will have to try your method. Thanks have a great weekend

@@robertevans6481 400 is way to coarse to clear over, must be at least 1500 to have a nice clear lense!

I had the same car in a couple off years ago for similar work it was a very tired car but i managed too make it look fresh again wasn't easy 🥲. You've done the customer a great job 👍👍👍👍

Yes for some reason they tend to look lousy, especially the edges of all windows form bubbles and look very cheap…i feel like Maserati are the Honda civics of the exotic world 😅
